Abstract

Endospores are formed by members of several genera of gram-positive bacteria, such as Bacillus and Clostridium. The spores are very resistant structurally; withstand the temperature of boiling water for two hours or more. They contain very little water and show very few chemical reactions. The favorable external environment will cause the spores to break down and the vegetative cells to appear to grow and reproduce. Identification of endospore-forming pathogens is important in food and medical microbiology. However, the spores contain multiple protective layers, which cannot be easily penetrated by simple staining or Gram staining techniques. Therefore, it is necessary to apply heat to help penetrate the color, with various methods of Gram stain, fluorescent spore painting, Schaeffer and Fulton spore painting and Client's spore painting method. The results of the fluorescent painting method have better results but require much more expensive equipment using a fluorescent microscope considering the facilities that must be provided for the Schaeffer and Fulton painting method as an alternative if they do not have these facilities.

Abstract

Coupling 3 1⁄2” Mod EU (Modified External Upset) is an API 5CT (American Petroleum Institute) product specially made at customer's request, this product is a product that is rarely made at PT ELNUSA FABRIKASI KONSTRUKSI. In this API 5CT product, it is a Modified EU Coupling product which is designed to use an additional ring seal for extra protection on the oil-flowing pipe. To make a 3 1⁄2” Mod EU Coupling, use a CNC lathe by going through the Facing, Blanking ID, Threading ID and Grooving ID processes. The purpose of making this final project is to find out the process carried out and the use of the right method in the manufacture of 3 1⁄2” Mod EU Couplings at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction, as a learning media or data retrieval, especially when making other Coupling products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the carrying capacity of agricultural land food crops in Temon Sub-districts. Data of this research is taken from secondary data obtained from the Central Statistic Agencies and the Department of Agriculture. The data analysis is used to make the levels of the land carrying capacity. Based on the research, the level of the carrying capacity in Temon Sub-district for 10 years in class I. Land carrying capacity value for 10 years in the Temon Sub-district amounted to 2,730. This means that the Temon Sub-district has been able to perform the self-sufficiency. The base of the forecasting in 2017-2020, it shows that Land carrying capacity in Temon Sub-district will decrease every year. In 2020, The land carrying capacity of the Temon Sub-district has predicted in class II. It means that in 2020, Temon Sub-district has been able to do self-sufficiency land food crops but has not been able to provide a decent life for the people. Therefore, the Temon Sub-district should improve land crops and productivity of rice and reduce the rate of populating growth.

Abstract

The mechanized ability to specify the way surface type is a piece of key enlightenment for autonomous transportation machine navigation like wheelchairs and smart cars. In the present work, the extracted features from the object are getting based on structure and surface evidence using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Furthermore, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) Classifier was built to classify the road surface image into three classes, asphalt, gravel, and pavement. A comparison of KNN and Naïve Bayes (NB) was used in present study. We have constructed a road image dataset of 450 samples from real-world road images in the asphalt, gravel, and pavement. Experiment result that the classification accuracy using the K-NN classifier is 78%, which is better as compared to Naïve Bayes classifier which has a classification accuracy of 72%. The paving class has the smallest accuracy in both classifier methods. The two classifiers have nearly the same computing time, 3.459 seconds for the KNN Classifier and 3.464 seconds for the Naive Bayes Classifier.

Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration (CSLR) is one of the national strategic programs of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency to accelerate land registration throughout Indonesia. The government sets a target that all land parcels in Indonesia are to be certified by 2025 through the CSLR program with the aim of ensuring legal certainty of land ownership for the people. The CLSR target in 2017 was 5 million certificates, 7 million certificates in 2018, 9 million certificates in 2019 and for 2020-2025 the target is 10-13 million certificates every year. This large target is constrained by the limited human resources available at the regional Land Offices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of optimizing the limited human resources in the implementation of the CSLR program which was carried out by the Land Office of Kebumen Regency. In this study, the strategy of optimizing human resources at the Land Office of Kebumen Regency was carried out through optimizing human resources in every stage of CSLR management carried out, including planning, organizing, directing and supervising. Optimization of human resource in the implementation of the CSLR program at the Land Office of Kebumen Regency is carried out by analyzing existing internal and external human resource problems, and finding solutions to these problems using SWOT. Efforts made in this optimization included regular monitoring and evaluation, competency mapping and employee training, improving coordination and communication, utilizing student apprentices and optimizing the performance of the CSLR village team.

Abstract

Singkong merupakan tanaman yang melimpah dikabupaten pacitan. Pemanfaatansingkong menjadi jenanag tape merupakan produk olahan singkong baru yang memiliki prospekbesar. Jenang tape yang dijadikan sebagai makanan khas dari pacitan ini diharapkan mampumemanfaatkan singkong lokal yang bernilai ekonomis dan dapat menambah varian jenangdipasaran. Singkong yang didapatkan dari para petani yang selanjutnya dibuat menjdai tapeterlebih dahulu sebelum dibuat adonan jenang. Terlebih dahulu singkong dikupas kulitnyakemudian dipotong 3-5 cm dan di cici hingga bersih. Selanjutnya singkong dikukus selama 30menit kemudian didinginkan. Setelah itu dilakukan proses peragian dan didiamkan kurang lebih2 hari. Setelah menjadi tape, singkong dicampur dengan santan dan gula yang sudah mendidihdalam wajan. Tape yang sudah tercampur dengan santan dan gula kemudian di aduk hinggakental dan berubah warna menjadi kecoklatan. Proses selanjutnya yaitu pendinginan adonan danpengemasan setelah itu siap dipasarkan

Abstract

AbstractThe judge imprison all cybercrime convicts in Indonesia to be trained in house of correction. Nonetheles, the application of training model for inmate in house of correction.(Lembaga Pemasyarakatan/LAPAS) or even mentoring model for inmate in correctional center (Balai Pemasyarakatan/BAPAS) has not used the principles of modern penology. This fact causes the purpose of imprisonment the convicts cannot be obtained optimally. One of the evidences is the inmates repeating their crimes (residive).  Therefore, it is necessary to develop new model based on modern penology for training and mentoring the inmates. The purpose of this research is finding out the urgency and the specification of new model training. The achievement of  goals is conducted using research techniques development in LAPAS and BAPAS on territory East Java and D.I Yogyakarta. The new model is called as Training and Competency-Based Mentoring for cybercrime convict. The reason of the urgency this new model is the inmates individually have a potential in the field of Information and Communication Technology. They also want to get more value in LAPAS. Now, there is no law governing the specific training for cybercrime inmates. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new model of training the inmate based on rational and scientific approaching. While, the specification of the model and the construction of the model is based on the inmates’ need and what they need to get job in accordance with 9 competency of information and technology experts, as well as in accordance with visionary modern penology. Key words: model, inmate, cybercrime, competency, penology  AbstrakHakim menjatuhkan pidana penjara terhadap semua pelaku tindak pidana cybercrime di Indonesia, dan dibina di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS). Namun, model pembinaan di narapidana di LAPAS dan pembimbingan narapidana di BAPAS belum menggunakan prinsip-prinsip penologi modern, sehingga tujuan pemidanaannya belum tercapai secara optimal. Salah satu buktinya, banyak narapidana yang mengulangi kejahatannya (residive). Karena itu, perlu konstruksi model baru pembinaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip penologi modern. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan urgensinya dan spesifikasi model pembinanan. Pencapaian tujuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian pengembangan di LAPAS dan BAPAS pada wilayah Jawa Timur dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Model temuan disebut pembinaan dan pembimbingan narapidana cybercrime berbasis kompetensi. Urgensi penemuan model ini karena secara individual narapidana mempunyai potensi dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), mereka ingin mendapat “nilai tambah” dalam LAPAS,  belum ada ketentuan hukum yang mengatur pembinaan khusus pada terpidana cybercrime, perlu pembinaan narapidana yang didasarkan pada pendekatan-pendekatan yang rasional dan ilmiah. Sedangkan spesifikasi dan konstruksi modelnya didasarkan pada kebutuhan narapidana dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di lapangan kerja, sesuai dengan standar kompetensi pemasyarakatan dan standar kompetensi 9 bidang kompetensi ahli teknologi informasi, serta sesuai dengan visi penologi modern. Kata kunci: model, narapidana, cybercrime, kompetensi, penologi

Abstract

Gaya bahasa hiperbola dan asidenton Panatacara pesisir terletak pada penyimpanganpenyimpangankonotatif bahasa panatacara yang hadir melalui tuturan dalam peristiwapawiwahan. Gaya bahasa tersebut untuk menciptakan kekhasan bahasa pesisir. Hiperbola danasidenton menjadi salah satu ciri pembeda gaya bahasa di pesisiran dengan gaya bahasaSurakarta dan Yogyakarta. Selain itu, gaya bahasa hiperbola dan asidenton panatacara dalamprosesi pawiwahan adat budaya Jawa pesisiran untuk membangun makna. Abstract

Soybeans can be cultivated in Entisol. However, soybean cultivation on Entisol land has problems, including low soil fertility. Providing compost and NPK is an alternative to overcome this. The research objective was to determine the best type of compost and NPK fertilizer dosage for soybean growth and yield in entisol. The research has carried out in the Entisol Bengkulu field from August to November 2020. The research design used a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 2 factors including: the type of compost organic fertilizer consisting of: P1 = Widelia trilobata, P2 = Tithonia diversivolia, P3 = oil palm empty bunches, and P4 = Eichhornia crassipes and the NPK fertilizer dosage consisting of: N0 = 0 kg ha-1, N1 = 150 kg ha-1, N2 = 300 kg ha-1, N3 = 450 kg ha-1. Observation variables include plant growth and yield and supporting observations which include the results of initial soil analysis and climate data during the study. The results showed that NPK dosing had a significant effect on the variables of plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, root wet weight per plant, and dry weight per plant. However, the application of compost did not significantly affect all variables. Meanwhile, there was no interaction between the application of compost types and NPK dose on the growth and yield of soybean in entisols. The application of compost types and NPK fertilizer doses up to 450 kg ha-1 has not improved the growth and yield of soybeans in entisol fields.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesehatan bagi lansia di RW 02 Pedurungan Tengah Kota Semarang, melalui Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, melakukan pelatihan senam Libas, skrining kesehatan, pembagian masker, handsanitiser, dan peningkat imun tubuh. Tujuan Kegiatan adalah pelatihan senam Libas untuk lansia agar kebugaran dan imunitas tubuh meningkat. Skrining Kesehatan untuk memantau Indeks Massa Tubuh, kada glukosa darah, hemoglobin dan kolesterol darah pada lansia. Metode kegiatan adalah promosi Kesehatan tentang pencegahan penularan Covid 19, pelatihan Senam Libas dan skrining kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan adalah adanya pemahaman tentang protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah Covid-19 dan praktik senam Libas 100% (50 orang) pada lansia. Hasil skrining terdapat hiperglikemia 8 orang (16%), hiperkolesterol 39 orang (78%), anemia 12 orang (24%), hipertensi 16 orang (23%), obesitas 20 orang (40%) pada lansia. Kesimpulan lansia yang hiperglikemia, hiperkolesterol, anemia, hipertensi agar segera berobat untuk diterapi. Kegiatan pengabdian merupakan bagian peningkatan kesehatan bagi lansia untuk mencegah Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM).
