Abstract

Ragum adalah alat genggam yang dipasang pada meja kerja dengan dua rahang penjepit untuk menahan objek kerja tetap di tempat. Nama lain dari ragum adalah tanggem, perkakas ini digunakan pada beberapa jenis mekanik baik untu pengerjaan logam maupun kayu. Ragum berfungsi sebagai perkakas yang digunakan untuk mencengkam objek kerja agar tidak bergeser atau terlepas ketika proses pengerjaan sedang berlangsung. Ini membahas tentang bagaimana ragum mini yang di desain ulang untuk memudahkan pengerjaan benda kerja pada mesin EDM dan mesin Grinding. Pertama menyiapkan material dengan ukuran 65mm X 30mm X 26mm menggunakan mesin milling dan finishing dengan mesin grinding untuk badan ragum, material ukuran 26mm X 26mm X 15mm. Setelah itumembuat drawing menggunakan aplikasi CAD 2020. Kemudian mengerjakan bada ragum terlebih dahulu melalui proses milling dan grinding, dan juga untuk membuat slot tengah pada benda kerja menggunakan mesin Wire-Cut dan EDM. Pada bagian rahang gerak ragum dilakukan melalui proses milling, drilling dan grinding. Selanjutnya membuat penahan screw agar rahang gerak dapat bergerak.Yaitu dengan meggunakan material dengan diameter 11mm dengan panjang 15mm. Proses pengerjaannya menggunakan alat bantu puch former pada mesin grinding untuk mengurangi diameter.Setelah semua bagian selesai, selanjutnya proses penggabungan benda kerja. Jika bentuk benda yang ingin di cekam silindris, maka minimal diameter yang bisa di cekam adalah 0.8 mm dan maksimal 6mm.Setelah ragumnya jadi, kemudian akan melakukan pengujian terhadap ragum berfungsi dengan baik atau tidak. Desain ulang suatu produk agar fungsinya menjadi lebih baik, cepat dan akurat, dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran yang baik di suatu institut. Karena dapat memunculkan kreativitas mahasiswa/i.

Abstract

The research aims to answer the formulation of the problem of what motivates and what the village head does in economic development?This research is a literature study of the Motivation of Village Heads in Economic Development in the Hargomulyo Village.The method used is to use descriptive qualitative research.The results of the study show that in economic development it can be carried out well because of coordination with superiors and subordinates and program regularly, facilitating education, reducing the cost of developing Early Childhood Education (ECED). Building traditional markets, increasing family planning (KB) programs, forming small business groups, making it easy for information businesses to enter the village, improving Intellectual Quation (IQ), Emotional Quation (EQ), Spiritual Quation and Creativity Quation (CQ), conducting counseling and Holding a Joint Farmers Group (GAPOKTAN) and increasing the selling price of agriculture also made tofu factories and tempe factories.Suggestions are aimed at improving education for citizens in general and Hargomulyo village officials in particular, Hargomulyo village officials and their citizens are always vigilant and prevent the arrival of miransantika and diligent worship according to the provisions of each religion, in the sense not to deviate from the religious teachings that have been adopted, because the deviation of religious teachings will hamper worship and the economy.

Abstract

In the Mining Geology and Geospatial expertise program, practical learning is mostly conducted outdoors or in the field. This means that there is a high flow of equipment in and out of use, and students' negligence can cause damage to the equipment. Additionally, manual management of practice tools can be inefficient and result in losses, which can hinder the learning process. To address these issues, an online tool management system based on ubiquitous computing is proposed. This system can be accessed on various devices such as computers, androids, and smart TVs. The research begins with a preparatory phase that involves surveying user requirements. The implementation phase involves data analysis, application design, testing, and software implementation, followed by maintenance and further development. By using this system, practical tools can be tracked, and the advantages of the application can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This facilitates the administration of borrowing and returning practice tools at the workshop for Mining Geology and Geospatial SMKN 1 Balikpapan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of beauty vloggers on the consumer behavior of students at SMP Negeri 3 Kabanjahe. The formulation of the problem in this research is what influence beauty vloggers have on the consumer behavior of students at SMP Negeri 3 Kabanjahe. This research uses quantitative research methods with a survey approach. The sample in this study consisted of 100 students who had the criteria of having watched beauty vlogger vlogs or beauty tutorials. The data collection tool in this research uses instruments in the form of questionnaires, namely the beauty vlogger questionnaire and the consumer behavior questionnaire. The results of the research show that there is an influence of beauty vloggers on the consumer behavior of students at SMP Negeri 3 Kabanjahe.

Abstract

The community service carried out in Pelutan village aims to train participants to have the knowledge and information to do troubleshooting or detect motorbike damage. To achieve this goal, training was carried out using the counseling method by delivering material on troubleshooting and how to handle motorcycle damage. The activity was attended by 18 participants. Methods of implementing activities include: preparation, implementation, and reflection. Preparation is carried out by analyzing the problems and needs of the training participants. The implementation of the activity is carried out using the lecture method (question and answer) followed by a reflection stage. The end result of the community service activity is that participants can troubleshoot motorcycle damage and know how to handle it. The results of the analysis of the activity reflection questionnaire are as follows: 1) Understanding of troubleshooting material scores 92 %; 2) The benefits of the activity material presented with a score of 90%; 3) The level of pleasure or satisfaction of participants in the activity gets a score of 80%. Based on the reflection data of community service activities, it was concluded that the implementation of community service received a good response, hoping for further follow-up.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and financial compensation on performance of employees of PT Asuransi Asoka Mas Surabaya. This research data obtained from the questionnaire and some observations and interviews with relevant parties. Research findings show that leadership variable effect on the motivation of working. Research methods used in this study using multiple linear regression analyst. In testing simultaneously by using the F test showed a real influence among variables with variables bound. In the relationship between this generated koefisiens simultaneous determination (R2) of the existing data show that, the third free variables bound variable that is able to explain the motivation of working, while the value of the correlation (R) shows that the relationship between the free variables in its entirety with the variables are bound is quite strong. Partially motivational variables (X1) the dominant effect against the motivation of working with value t calculate > t table. It can be concluded that the performance of employees on the influence by the leadership style against employee motivation.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a decline in performance at Nafisa Production in Surabaya. Because Human Resources are central figures in organizations and companies. In order for management activities to run well, companies must have knowledgeable and highly skilled employees and efforts to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance increases. The more employees have high performance, the overall company productivity will increase so that the company will be able to survive in global competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance. Through the questionnaire method by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents from Nafisa Production employees in Surabaya. Based on data analysis and simultaneous hypothesis testing in this study, it can be seen that motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously influence employee performance (Y), this can be proven by the calculated F value (23.380) > F table (2.034) ). Meanwhile, the R multiple value of 0.771 shows that the closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 77.10%. While the value of the coefficient of multiple determination is 0.594 which means that all independent variables can explain employee performance (Y) of 59.40%. Partially, motivation affects the performance of Nafisa Production employees. This can be seen from the calculated t value, which is greater than motivation (X1) of 2.918 compared to the work environment variable which is only 2.918. Thus it can be concluded that motivation and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of NAFISA Production Surabaya employees

Abstract

Seorang Guru memiliki peranan yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran, di antaranya adalah: 1) guru merupakan sumber belajar, yaitu tentang kemampuan penguasaan materi pembelajaran. 2) guru merupakan fasilitator dalam memberikan materi pelajaran agar peserta didik mudah dalam menangkap pembelajaran. 3) guru merupakan pengelola yang bisa mengendalikan situasi pembelajaran. 4) guru merupakan demonstrator, yaitu seseorang yang bisa menjadi panutan yang baik bagi para peserta didik. 5) guru merupakan pembimbing dan bisa mengarahkan peserta didik. 6) guru merupakan motivator yang baik untuk membangkitkan semangat peserta didiknya. 7) guru merupakan elevator yang bisa memberikan evaluasi terhadap hasil pembelajaran. Peran yang begitu besar tersebut seharusnya menjadi motivasi bagi para guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kemampuannya dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Hal itu diperlukan karena adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat yang mana hal ini juga diikuti para peserta didik. Namun apabila para guru tidak mengikuti perkembangan tersebut maka yang terjadi adalah adanya kesenjangan dan ketidak cocokan antara keinginan para peserta didik dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh guru. Hal ini bisa berdampak pada pola atau model komunikasi yang tidak nyambung, sehingga bisa menjadi faktor penyebab tidak tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang sudah direncanakan.

Abstract

Government institutions play a crucial role in providing public services, implementing state policies, and managing public administration. Human resource management in institutions aims to enhance employee productivity to support the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, commitment, and organizational climate on employee performance at the Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority Office Class III Tanjung Wangi. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal study design. Data were collected from 90 respondents using a sampling technique and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that work discipline has a significant partial effect on employee performance, where higher discipline enhances productivity. Commitment has a significant partial effect, showing that employees with high loyalty and moral responsibility tend to perform optimally. A positive organizational climate significantly increases employee performance by creating a conducive work atmosphere. Simultaneously, discipline, commitment, and organizational climate significantly influence employee performance, suggesting that these three variables complement each other in enhancing work efficiency and effectiveness. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for government institutions in formulating policies and strategies to improve employee performance through discipline management, commitment reinforcement, and the establishment of a positive organizational climate.

Abstract

Climate change has emerged as a pressing global issue, significantly impacting various aspects of human life and the environment. In the context of the shipping industry, a crucial pillar of international trade, the effects of climate change are both direct and profound. By 2025, the repercussions of climate change are expected to become increasingly evident, with rising sea levels, predicted to reach between 0.3 to 1 meter by the end of the century, altering existing port topographies and shipping routes. The frequency and intensity of extreme weather events, such as tropical storms and high waves, are anticipated to rise, posing risks to vessels and potentially leading to port closures and disruptions in established shipping routes. Additionally, the melting Arctic ice is opening new shipping lanes, such as the Northern Sea Route, which, while offering faster transit between Europe and Asia, also presents significant navigational and environmental challenges. This article aims to explore these impacts in depth, focusing on how climate change will affect global shipping routes in 2025. Through the analysis of current data and case studies, it seeks to provide insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by the shipping industry in addressing the urgent issue of climate change. A better understanding of these issues is essential for stakeholders to take necessary steps to adapt and mitigate negative impacts on the environment and economy.
