Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous research as the main reference which is then decorated and varied so that it is different from previous research. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtained from 350 Samsung Smartphone employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the hypothesis used in this article, namely the variable Trust in Superiors, does not have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence because the P-Values ​​are not below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.52. This can be caused because not only Trust in Superiors can affect Employee Trust in the company such as Superior Behavior, Work Environment, and other things that can make Employees trust the company. In addition, the Work Engagement variable also cannot moderate the influence of the Trust in Superiors variable on the Employee Trust in the Company variable because the P-Values ​​value is above the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.051. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in the study cannot be proven and accepted.

Abstract

High-frequency transformers offered numerous advantages but also presented several challenges. As frequency increased, the dimensions of the transformer decreased, making parasitic parameters more dominant and unavoidable. Leakage inductance disrupted the converter circuit by storing energy that impacted the switching devices. Additionally, increased winding resistance contributed to higher winding losses, resulting in decreased transformer efficiency. This paper proposed the use of interleaved winding and litz wire as solutions to reduce parasitic parameters, such as leakage inductance and winding resistance, in toroidal transformers. Analysis and verification were conducted using 3D finite element analysis (FEA) simulations. The results demonstrated that interleaved winding significantly reduced leakage inductance by up to 98.9% as frequency increased. The distribution of leakage magnetic fields in conventional windings was effectively minimized by altering the winding arrangement. Furthermore, winding resistance was notably reduced when using litz wire, leading to a more even distribution of current density across the conductor plane, which equivalently reduced the skin effect.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia terus berupaya menjamin akses yang adil bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Meskipun demikian, masih ada kendala dalam keterlibatan mereka dalam aktivitas fisik terorganisasi yang memfasilitasi perkembangan motorik, sosial, dan emosional. Pemahaman yang tidak memadai tentang metode adaptif untuk latihan fisik di kalangan pendidik dan orang tua memperburuk masalah ini. Inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini berupaya mengatasi kesulitan ini dengan membuat program bimbingan aktivitas fisik berorientasi bersepeda di TK Roudlotul Hikmah Jombang, sebuah lembaga pendidikan inklusif. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik anak-anak, mendorong hubungan sosial yang positif, dan menambah kemampuan instruktur dan orang tua untuk memasukkan aktivitas fisik berbasis permainan. Observasi awal, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), instruksi teoritis untuk guru, bimbingan praktis untuk siswa, dan penilaian formatif dan sumatif menggunakan tes kebugaran, kuesioner, dan wawancara adalah beberapa metode yang digunakan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan substansial dalam koordinasi motorik anak-anak, kecakapan pendidik dalam pendidikan jasmani, dan hubungan dengan teman sebaya. Keunggulan program ini meliputi metodologi yang menarik dan berorientasi pada permainan serta potensinya untuk skalabilitas. Meskipun demikian, masih ditemukan kekurangan dalam fasilitas dan keterlibatan orang tua. Hasilnya menggarisbawahi perlunya peningkatan infrastruktur, keterlibatan orang tua yang proaktif, dan integrasi teknologi untuk menjamin keberlanjutan. Upaya ini merupakan contoh bagaimana sekolah inklusif dapat memasukkan latihan fisik dalam kurikulum harian mereka, yang mendorong perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran strategi retensi karyawan dalam mengurangi turnover karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk buku, jurnal dan laporan dengan menggunakan pendakatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat strategi retensi karyawan dalam mengurangi turnover karyawan, seperti kompensasi yang kompetitif, pemenuhan harapan, program induksi, praktik sumber daya manusia, serta pelatihan dan pengembangan. Selain itu, ada juga terdapat beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan suatu perusahaan dalam retensi karyawan untuk mengurangi terjadinya turnover, yaitu memperlakukan karyawan seperti memperlakukan pelanggan yang paling bernilai, membuat karyawan jatuh cinta kepada perusahaan, melakukan program rekruitmen dengan baik, dan menempatkan karyawan di posisi yang tepat.

Abstract

Makalah ini mendiskusikan tentang analisis tegangan sag dalam sistem distribusi. Tegangan sag disebabkan gangguan hubung singkat 1 fasa ke tanah. Tegangan sag memberikan dampak kerusakan pada beban Pujon. Tegangan sag diatasi dengan kompensasi tegangan dari salah satu Costum Power Device paling efektif yaitu Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR). Metode kontrol ANN ditambahkan dalam Kontrol Hystereisis diusulkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja DVR mengkompensasi tegangan beban. Hasil simulasi menunjukan bahwa DVR mampu mengkompensasi tegangan beban terhadap tegangan sag dari gangguan hubung singkat fasa ke tanah rata-rata sebesar 98.73%, gangguan 2 fasa ke tanah rata-rata sebesar 99.07% dan gangguan 3 fasa ke tanah rata-rata sebesar 99.34%.

Abstract

One way to utilize renewable energy sources is by using solar cells that convert sunlight energy into electrical energy. A converter is generally needed to adjust the output voltage of the solar cell to the application's needs. One type of converter that can be used is a boost converter, which can produce a voltage level at its output higher than its input. The output of the solar cell varies depending on changes in sunlight irradiation, which becomes the input for the converter. In this study, the sliding mode control (SMC) method is used to reduce oscillations in the boost converter's output voltage. The study was conducted by means of simulations using MATLAB/Simulink in open-loop and closed-loop control system conditions. The settling time value and the difference in output voltage before and after the disturbance occurred in the form of varying input voltages and varying loads were analyzed.   Abstrak - Indonesia Salah satu cara memanfaatkan sumber energi terbarukan adalah dengan menggunakan sel surya yang mengubah energi cahaya matahari menjadi energi listrik. Sebuah converter umumnya diperlukan untuk menyesuaikan tegangan keluaran sel surya dengan kebutuhan aplikasinya. Salah satu jenis konverter yang dapat digunakan yaitu konverter boost, yang dapat menghasilkan tingkat tegangan pada keluarannya lebih tinggi dari masukannya. Keluaran dari sel surya yang bervariasi tergantung pada perubahan iradiasi cahaya matahari menjadi masukan bagi konverter. Pada penelitian ini metode pengendalian sliding mode control (SMC) dimanfaatkan untuk mengurangi osilasi pada tegangan keluaran konverter boost. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara simulasi menggunakan MATLAB/Simulink pada kondisi sistem pengendalian loop terbuka dan loop tertutup. Nilai settling time dan selisih tegangan keluaran saat sebelum terjadi gangguan dan setelah terjadi gangguan berupa tegangan masukan yang bervariasi dan beban yang bervariasi dianalisis.

Abstract

Wind Power Plant (PLTB) has received a lot of attention from the public, researchers, and the government because of its advantages and role in reducing the causes of environmental damage due to the generation of electrical energy. Unlike power plants that use primary energy from fossil fuels, PLTB uses wind kinetic energy to generate electricity. Many problems arise because the wind speed is always changing every time. The resulting output voltage instability in the generator can affect the electric power system where the output electricity of the generator is injected. This paper describes how to analyze the generator output voltage control at PLTB. The generator used is a type of induction generator with two inputs (Double-Fed Induction Generator, DFIG). while the method of analysis is carried out using the PSIM simulation tool from Powersim, Inc. Control is carried out both on the rotor side (Rotor Side Converter, RSC) and on the grid side (Grid Side Converter), with the aim of maintaining the output voltage injected into the power grid with a certain level of voltage oscillation. The control results show that the generator output voltage can be maintained as desired.

Abstract

Accurate long-term electricity load forecasting was essential for efficient energy planning and infrastructure development. This study addressed forecasting challenges in rapidly growing regions, such as East Java, where electricity demand was influenced by both linear and non-linear patterns. Conventional forecasting models, such as the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) effectively captured linear trends but failed to model non-linear dynamics, whereas networks with Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) excelled with non-linear data but were often less effective when used alone. This research developed and evaluated an ARIMA-LSTM hybrid model optimized with the Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm to forecast electricity load until 2026. The model was trained and validated using historical daily load data from 2021 to 2023 from PT PLN UP2B East Java. This hybrid methodology first used ARIMA to model the linear components of the time series. The resulting residual errors, which contained non-linear patterns, were then modeled using an LSTM network. The DE algorithm was used to automatically optimize hyperparameters for both the ARIMA (p, d, q) and LSTM (units, learning rate, drop out etc.) components. The suggested hybrid model's performance was contrasted with that of the independent LSTM and ARIMA models. The results showed that the DE-optimized hybrid model achieved higher accuracy, yielding a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 3.97 %, which was significantly better than the ARIMA model (12.39 % MAPE) and the LSTM model (4.50 % MAPE) on the validation set. According to these results, the suggested hybrid model was a dependable and extremely accurate instrument for predicting long-term loads, offering a solid basis for strategic energy planning.

Abstract

Approximately 70% of commercial industries worldwide use electron accelerator technology for various irradiation processes. The advantages of irradiation processes compared to thermal and chemical processes are higher output levels, reduced energy consumption, less environmental pollution, and producing superior product quality and having unique characteristics that cannot be imitated by other methods. Research Center for Accelerator Technology (PRTA), BRIN, Indonesia is developing standing wave LINAC (SWL) for food irradiation applications at S-band frequencies (±2856 MHz), electron energy of 6-18 MeV, and an average beam power of 20 kW. This paper aims to model, simulate, and analyze the klystron modulator in the RF linear accelerator (LINAC). The klystron modulator is the main component of the RF LINAC, which functions to supply klystron power with the order of megawatt peak DC, so that the klystron can amplify the low-level RF signal from the RF driver into a high-power RF signal with a power of 2-6 MW peak. The klystron modulator modeling is carried out based on mathematical modeling, then simulated using LTspice to analyze the system performance of the klystron modulator. The results of the klystron modulator modeling simulation show stable system performance and dynamic response. So that it meets the specifications of the 6-18 MeV SWL LINAC being developed by PRTA-BRIN.

Abstract

The development of the world of technology and increasingly advanced internet networks has an impact on people's consumption techniques, thus giving rise to new shopping channels, namely online. People's need for fast information is very easy, can be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. Internet technology has a very big effect on trade or business. Can access information on goods from anywhere, both from prices, specifications, and making purchase transactions. The purpose of this study is to analyze Islamic business ethics in online buying and selling transactions in Indonesia. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that the application of Islamic business ethics in online buying and selling transactions in Indonesia has not been fully implemented, because there are still some sellers who violate the principles of Islamic business ethics. One example is that there are still some sellers who provide escorts or summaries so that the goods received by the buyer do not match the specifications, the seller does not respond to goods complained about by the buyer, and there are still sellers who do not accept returns.
