<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMA Negeri 1 Tondano Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas IX Sampel sebanyak 30 siswa diambil dengan menggunakan metode total sampling Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survey atau survei Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda Hasilnya menunjukkan sebagai berikut: 1 Penggunaan Aplikasi Google sebagai sumber belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan belajar Ekonomi Kelas IX SMA Negeri 1 Skor Tondano adalah 4 913 dan hasil tabel adalah 2 051 Hasilnya adalah 4 913 gt; 2 051 2 Pada kelas bisnis IX SMA Negeri 1 Tondano terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan keberhasilan belajar Angkanya 2 334 tapi tabelnya 2 051 Hasilnya adalah 2 334 gt; 2 051 3 Untuk keberhasilan belajar ekonomi kelas IX SMA Negeri 1 Tondano terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara penggunaan website Google dengan motivasi belajar: Fhitung 20 296 dan nilai Ftabel 3 35 Itu ditunjukkan Hasilnya 20 296 memberikan gt;3 35 Variabel yang menggunakan situs Google sebagai sumber belajar dan motivasi belajar menyumbang 60 1 dari kinerja siswa dalam perhitungan r squared dan sisanya 100 69 1 = 39 9 berkontribusi pada faktor lain seperti pembelajaran Faktor lingkungan faktor lingkungan rumah minat belajar dan media pembelajaran < p> Kata kunci: Aplikasi google sebagai sumber belajar motivasi belajar Prestasi belajar < strong>< p> < strong>< p> ABSTRACK< strong>< p> This study is a quantitative descriptive study to test the hypothesis This study is located at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano The study population consisted of 30 students from class IX Samples were taken from up to 30 students using the total sampling technique The data collection techniques used are surveys or surveys The data analysis technique used is multiple regression The results show that:< p> 1 There is a positive and significant impact between using the Google website as a learning resource with respect to learning success in SMA Negeri 1 Economics Class IX Tondano has a score of 4 913 and a table score of 2 051 The result is 4 913 gt; 2 051 2 In economic class IX of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano there is a positive significant impact between learning motivation and learning success The number is 2 334 but the table is 2 051 The result is 2 334 gt; 2 051 3 Regarding learning success in Economics Class IX of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano there was a significant positive effect between use of the Google website and learning motivation with a Fcount of 20 296 and an Ftable value of 3 35 is shown A result of 20 296 gave gt;3 35 Variables using Google Application as a source of learning and motivation to learn had a 60 1 impact on student performance from the R squared calculation with the remainder 100 69 1 = 39 9 It is influenced by other factors such as learning environment factors home environment factors interest in learning and learning media < p> keyword:Google Aplicatoin as a learning resource learning motivation and learning success < strong>< p> < strong>< p>]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak< u>< strong>< p> nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di sma n 1 modoinding Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan di SMA N 1 Modoinding tahun ajaran 2020 2021 kurang optimalnya minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang telah dicapai siswa Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya siswa yang nilainya kurang dari kriteria ketuntasan minimal KKM dari keseluruhan nbsp;SMA Negeri 1 Modoinding Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum yang ditetapkan sekolah yaitu 75 khususnya pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi Tapi dalam kenyataan yang ada nilai pada mata pelajaran ekonomi tidak mencapai KKM yang ditentukan Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi ganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Belajar dan Minat Belajar secara bersama sama terhadap hasil Belajar Siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Modoinding < p> nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Hasil analisis diperoleh harga koefisien korelasi rxly sebesar 0 768 koefisien korelasi tersebut bernilai positif maka terdapat pengaruh positif variabel motivasi belajar dan minat belajar secara bersama sama terhadap hasil belajar Koefisien determinasi r2xly sebesar 0 589 atau 58 yang berarti bahwa motivasi belajar dan minat belajar mampu menjelaskan 58 perubahan hasil belajar< p> nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh harga koefisien variabel Motivasi Belajar sebesar 0 321 harga koefisien Minat Belajar 0 535 serta bilangan konstanta sebesar 33 310 sehingga model regresi ganda yang terbentuk adalah Y = = 33 31 0 32 x1 0 53 x2 Persamaan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien variabel X1 sebesar 0 321 yang berarti apabila Motivasi Belajar meningkat satu point maka Hasil Belajar akan meningkat sebesar 0 321 dengan asumsi Minat Belajar tetap Nilai koefisien variabel X2 sebesar 0 535 yang berarti apabila Minat Belajar meningkat satu point maka hasil belajar nbsp; akan meningkat sebesar 0 535 dengan asumsi Minat Belajar tetap Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi Belajar dan Minat Belajar secara bersama sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa nbsp; di SMA Negeri 1 Modoinding < p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> Abstract< strong>< p> nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; This study aims to find out how the influence of learning motivation and students learning interest on the economics learning outcomes of students at SMA N 1 Modoinding Based on observations made at SMA N 1 Modoinding for the 2020 2021 academic year students interest in studying economics is not optimal This is indicated by the presence of students whose scores are less than the Minimum Completeness Criteria KKM for all of SMA Negeri 1 Modoinding the KKM set by the school is 75 especially in Economics subjects But in reality those who have economics subject scores do not reach the specified KKM Based on the results of multiple regression calculations it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Learning Motivation and Learning Interest together on Student Learning Outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Modoinding < p> Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar Minat Belajar Hasil Belajar< strong>< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; The results of the analysis obtained the price of the rxly correlation coefficient of 0 768 the correlation coefficient is positive so that there is a positive influence on learning motivation and interest in learning together on learning outcomes The coefficient of determination r2xly is 0 589 or 58 meaning that learning motivation and interest in learning can explain 58 of changes in learning outcomes< p> nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Based on the calculation results the coefficient price for the variable Learning Motivation is 0 321 the coefficient price for Learning Interest is 0 535 and the constant number is 33 310 so that the multiple regression model formed is Y = = 33 31 0 32 x1 0 53 x2 This equation shows the coefficient value of the X1 variable of 0 321 which means that if learning motivation increases by one point learning outcomes will increase by 0 321 assuming constant interest in learning The coefficient value of the variable X2 is 0 535 which means that if interest in learning increases by one point learning outcomes will increase by 0 535 assuming that interest in learning remains So it can be concluded that learning motivation and interest in learning together have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Modoinding < p>]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< strong>< p> nbsp;< strong>< p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Perkantoran Kelas XI Di SMKS Poopo Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI A dan XI B yang berjumlah 50 siswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 44 siswa Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Teknik kuisioner angket Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode analisis regresi liner sederhana analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi berganda dengan menggunakan uji T dan uji F Berdasarkan hasil dalam penelitian ini juga diperoleh persamaan regresi Y =23 093 0 342 X1 < sub> 0 346 X2 < sub>Dapat diartikan bahwa besarnya minat belajar siswa sebesar 23 093 dilihat dari nilai konstan Disiplin akan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sebesar 0 342 dengan asumsi variabel konstan sedangkan lingkungan keluarga akan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sebesar 0 346 dengan variabel konstan < p> Kata Kunci : Disiplin Lingkungan Keluarga nbsp; Minat Belajar Siswa< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< em>< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< em>< strong>< p> This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and family environment on student interest in office administration subjects for class XI at Smks Poopo The population in this study were students of class XI A and XI B which amounted to 50 people and the research sample was 44 students The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire technique questionnaire The analysis technique in this study is the method of simple linear regression analysis simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis using the T test and F test Based on the results in this study also obtained the regression equation Y = 23 093 0 342 X1 0 346 X2 It can be interpreted that the amount of student interest in learning is 23 093 seen from the constant value Discipline will increase students interest in learning by 0 342 assuming constant variables while the family environment will increase student interest in learning by 0 346 with constant variables < p> Keywords: Discipline Family Environment Student Interests< em>< strong>< p>]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< strong> nbsp;< strong>< p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani Kelapa di Kelurahan Kawangkoan Bawah Kecamatan Amurang Barat Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif nbsp; dengan menggunakan jenis data kualitatif Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi wawancara dan studi kepustakaan Metodeanalisis data dilakukan mulai dari pengumpulan data reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan pemerintah atau dinas terkait belum maksimal dan pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari hasil pengolahan kelapa masih rendah Ada beberapahal yang menjadi kendala dalam pemberdayaan petani kelapa salah satunya yaitu Kurangnya kesadaran dari petani kelapa untuk melakukan inovasi terhadap produk olahan nbsp; kelapa yakni dari pengolahan dari kopra biasa menjadi kopraputih Hal tersebut dikarenakan keterbatasan kompetensi yang dimiliki para petani mulai dari pendidikan keterampilan dan wawasan sehingga perkembangan yang lambat dan pendapatan masih rendah < p> Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani Kelapa< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> This study aims to describe the Economic Empowerment Analysis of Coconut Farmers in Kawangkoan Bawah Village Amurang Barat District The research method uses descriptive method using qualitative data types Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation interviews and literature studies Methods of data analysis were carried out starting from data collection data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions The results of the study show that empowerment efforts by the government or related agencies have not been maximized and the income earned by farmers from coconut processing is still low There are several things that become obstacles in empowering coconut farmers one of which is the lack of awareness from coconut farmers to innovate coconut processed products namely from processing ordinary copra to white copra This is due to the limited competence of farmers starting from education skills and insight so that development is slow and income is still low < p> Keywords: Economic Empowerment Coconut Farmers< em>< strong>< p>]]>
