<![CDATA[Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM), Organizational Culture, and Reward Systems on managerial performance in startup companies in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: This research considered a population of leaders/managers of service companies, with a total of 2,229 startup companies in Indonesia in 2021. Convenience sampling was used. In this case, 25 leaders and managers of start-up companies in Indonesia were the sample subjects., who answered the research questionnaire. This study was quantitative and used primary data. The primary data were obtained through field studies using questionnaires. The structural model in this study was measured using the coefficient of determination (R²) and the path coefficient to measure the relationship between variables. We then test the hypothesis using the t-test to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Results: it is known that Total Quality Management (TQM) and Organizational Culture have a significant positive impact on managerial performance in start-up companies in Indonesia. However, the Reward System has not been proven to have an impact on managerial performance in the context of start-up companies in Indonesia, perhaps due to the company's limitations in creating an effective reward system as a motivation for employees. Limitations: Limitations in this research include the use of a survey method with a questionnaire without direct interviews with respondents. The sample was limited to 13 startup companies using a convenience sampling method due to time constraints and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the low return rate for questionnaires due to the lack of research permits due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Contribution: This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the role of factors in research in facing the challenges faced by start-up companies in Indonesia today. Novelty: novelty in this research includes the use of new variables that have not been studied before and were carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic which provides a better picture from the worker's perspective.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of Non-Financial Performance Measurement Systems, Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice on Individual Performance in Hospitals in Bandar Lampung City. Through this research, it can be seen (1) the positive influence between Non-Financial Performance Measurement Systems on Distributive Justice, (2) the positive influence between Non-Financial Performance Measurement Systems on Procedural Justice, (3) To obtain empirical evidence about the positive influence of Distributive Justice on Performance Individuals, (4) positive influence between procedural justice on individual performance in hospitals in Bandar Lampung City. This type of research is classified as qualitative research. The population in this study is a hospital located in the city of Bandar Lampung based on data obtained from online hospital data, which amounted to 20 hospitals. The sample is determined based on nonprobability sampling technique, as many as 100 samples. Data obtained through direct questionnaire dissemination. Data analysis techniques with Partial Leasrt Square (PLS) are using SmartPLS software.The results of this study conclude: (1) the non-financial performance measurement system has a significant influence on distributive justice, (2) the non-financial performance measurement system has a significant effect on procedural justice, (3) distributive justice has a significant influence on individual performance, (4) procedural justice has a significant influence on individual performance in hospitals in Bandar Lampung City. Based on the above research, it is suggested: for further research to add other factors that might be interesting to test include financial performance measurement systems, or organizational justice and can expand the object of research.]]>

<![CDATA[Terdapat permasalahan yang sering keluhan oleh masyarakat Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung yakni sulitnya memasarkan produk yang mereka ciptakan karena minimnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan sehingga barang yang mereka produksi biasanya tidak sampai ke tangan konsumen secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dianggap penting untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemasaran produk untuk menambah pengetahuan kepada Masyarakat Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini menggunakan Teknik ceramah dan latihan kepada strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Selanjutnya Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian tersebut berdasarkan analisis Swot melihat kekuatan yakni akses kemudahan dan bahan yang mudah didapat kemudian terdapat pelung yakni kebutuhan Masyarakat terhadap olahan yang diproduksi akan tetapi terdapat kelemahan dari segi packing produk yang biasa saja tidak menarik dan kendala yang dihadapi antara lain pesaing dari luar daerah yang mampu melihat permasalahan yang terdapat pada Desa Sesayap Hilir. Adapun dari pelaksanaan pengabdian tersebut penting dalam pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menegah yang ada di Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: The obligation of the Village Government to realize accountability and transparency of rural funds "forced" the village to use the ERP system. This study investigates the characteristics of technologies, individuals, and organizations that influence user decisions to adopt systems that will impact their performance. Research methodology: The technology acceptance model (TAM) was used to understand the factors that influence the adoption of the system and its impact on user performance. Data obtained from 72 users spread in Lampung Province. Results: The results showed that the compatibility of the system significantly influence the perceived usefulness. Facilitating conditions has a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use has positive effect on symbolic adoption. Symbolic adoption significantly affects the user’s performance positively. Implementation: The implementation of this study involves a mixed-methods approach, including a survey and interviews with users and stakeholders, as well as a case study analysis of successful ERP implementations in village governments. Contribution: The contribution of this research is the identification of factors that contribute to successful ERP implementation in village governments, which can inform future adoption decisions and improve user performance.]]>

<![CDATA[As health service providers, hospitals have a big responsibility to provide high quality services. This is achieved by paying attention to security, health and occupational safety aspects in providing health services. One of the main efforts is through identification, assessment and risk management to minimize the possibility of unwanted risks and injuries for patients and medical personnel involved. Problem Does risk management have a significant effect on the performance of regional hospitals in Lampung Province? Does the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) have a significant effect on the performance of Regional Hospitals in Lampung Province. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. The results of the research are that risk management has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Regional General Hospitals (RSUD). This is proven by the path analysis coefficient data showing that risk management contributes 35.9% to improving hospital performance. The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Regional General Hospitals (RSUD). This research shows that SIMRS contributed 63.7% to improving RSUD performance, which is reflected in the path analysis coefficient value of 0.637. The implication of the finding that risk management has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) is the need to improve risk management strategies by hospital management. This may include developing and implementing comprehensive risk management policies and procedures, ongoing training for staff on risk identification and mitigation, and improving risk monitoring and evaluation systems.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: This study aims to determine e-commerce and organizational performance in terms of organizational profits. As a form of e-commerce, e-commerce has become an integral part of modern business strategies. Organizational performance, which includes operational efficiency and goal achievement, is a key factor in achieving business success. Research methodology: The research method used in this study uses primary data from a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample was randomly selected from 43 Gojak users at Indo Global Mandiri University. The data used was an exploratory statistical method that measured the relationship between variables. Results: The results indicate that e-commerce and organizational performance contribute to increasing organizational profits. The use of technology can improve customer accessibility, operational efficiency, and an organization's ability to reach global markets. Organizational performance also plays an important role in determining profit levels. Organizations that perform well tend to achieve higher profits by providing a better understanding of the impact of e-commerce. Limitations: The importance of organizational performance in achieving profit goals and managerial roles can help organizations optimize strategies to improve their overall organizational performance and achieve better profits. Contribution: Follow-up studies could explore other aspects of e-commerce and organizational performance as well as consider additional variables to deepen the understanding of this relationship.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of independent variables, namely institutional ownership and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on the dependent variable, namely Return On Assets (ROA). Methodology/approach: The population used in this study is the population of processed food sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022 totaling 19 companies. Meanwhile, the samples used in this study were 98 samples of processed food companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 to 2022. The data collection technique in this study used the Purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity, Autocorrelation Test, Simultaneous Significance Test, Individual Parameter Significance Test, and Coefficient of Determination. Results/findings: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that TATO has a positive effect on ROA while SKI has a negative effect on ROA in processed food companies on the IDX for the 2017-2022 period. Limitations: The limitations in this study are that there are only two fundamental factors, namely Total Assets Turnover and Corporate Governance, and the sample used is only processed food industry companies that do not represent all sub-sectors of other companies. Contribution: This research can be used as a literature reference for future research, especially research on Total Assets Turnover and Corporate Governance.]]>

<![CDATA[Memanfaatkan potensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Sumber Daya Alam dalam upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah strategi yang sangat penting. Di Indonesia, Car Free Day umumnya digunakan sebagai ruang untuk berolahraga bagi masyarakat perkotaan. Penutupan jalan sebagai dampak dari pemberlakuan Car Free Day memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat untuk berolahraga di jalan-jalan yang biasa dilewati kendaraan pribadi. Di Tanjung Selor sendiri Car Free Day dilakukan setiap hari minggu yang berlokasi di sepanjang tepian Sungai kayan mulai dari Tugu Cinta Damai. Car Free Day telah menjadi suatu kegiatan dengan New Trend Activism yang cenderung pada suatu ajang hiburan bagi masyarakat kota dalam menikmati hiburan dan berbelanja. Banyaknya pedagang dan pelaku UMKM memasarkan produk mereka masing-masing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Lokal dengan Memanfaatkan Potensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) Melalui Car Free Day Tebu Kayan di Tanjung Selor. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualtitatif deskriptif Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Koperasi (DISPERINDAGKOP), Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata (DISPORA), Kecamatan Tanjung Selor, Pedagang di Car Free Day, dan pengunjung Car Free Day. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran Pemerintah Daerah Dalam upaya mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Lokal di Tanjung Selor sudah ada peningkatan ekonomi meskipun belum maksimal, dengan memanfaatkan SDA yaitu tepian Sungai kayan dan SDM yang kreatif, inovatif, inisiatif, dan mampu menangkap peluang usaha, selain itu juga adanya peningkatan minat kewirausahaan yang dialami Masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Many students study in Jakarta but seem to learn nothing. In fact, most of them cannot speak good and correct Indonesian, in fact, there are also students who have not mastered Indonesian vocabulary. The phenomenon of learning difficulties occurs because of serious problems in education in Indonesia, one of which is the lack of mastery of Indonesian in universities. This study aims to reveal the existence of sociolinguistics on the attitudes/opinions of ITPLN students in using language in the campus environment. Finding sociolinguistic factors that strengthen and weaken the use of Indonesian in the engineering field. This study uses quantitative methods and correlational descriptive surveys, namely research conducted to obtain information about data, then processed with statistics with the preliminary study stage carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.192, which means that around 19.2% of changes in sociolinguistic variables and learning achievement can be explained by student learning achievement. Then based on the results of the t-test, sig0.000 <0.005 was obtained, meaning that the influence was significant. In other words, sociolinguistic variables provide a significant positive contribution to the learning achievement of ITPLN students. The results of the F test obtained F count 14.04 sig0.000<0.005 Ftable shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence. So it can also be concluded that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activityto aims to implement the Computer Applications course to enhance information technology literacy among the children of Hidayatullah Orphanage in Palembang. The program comprehensively introduces both hardware and software components of computers. Furthermore, the activities focus on knowledge transfer through interactive education to ensure participants acquire a solid understanding of technology and its effective utilization. The strategy employed to impart knowledge on computer applications includes socialization and hands-on practice with computer devices and relevant applications for the children at the orphanage. Through this initiative, the children, particularly students, gain valuable opportunities to build a strong foundation in digital skills, equipping them to navigate the rapid advancements of information technology in the modern era.]]>
