Abstract

Rendahnya keterampilan literasi sains siswa, diakibatkan beberapa faktor salah satunya kurangnya inovasi dalam menerapkan media pemebelajaran. Pembelajaran yang baik memerlukan kemajuan, khususnya pengembangan cara pendidik mendidik atau kemajuan dalam aset pembelajaran. Salah satunya dengan menghadirkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif, karena saat ini siswa dan pendidik diharapkan mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah penggunaan media poster digital berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan literasi sains siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 siswa kelas IV sebagai sampel. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa indikator mengidentifikasi isu-isu masalah ilmiah siswa tergolong dalam kriteria sangat tinggi, indikator menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah siswa tergolong dalam kriteria rendah dan indikator menggunakan bukti ilmiah siswa tergolong dalam kriteria sangat rendah. Hipotesis alternatif bahwa media poster digital berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi sains siswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk memahami pengaruh media poster digital terhadap keterampilan literasi sains siswa, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran di era empat titik nol yang serba digital

Abstract

The role of education in developing effective problem solvers, critical thinkers, and responsible members of society is of great importance. This research deals with the low performance in social studies subjects caused by the continued application of conventional teaching models. The aim of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students in social studies subjects at SD INPRES 3 Talise by applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, following the Kemmis and McTaggart model, involving 22 students from grade V. Data were collected through tests, observations, and interviews, then analysed quantitatively and qualitatively. Initial observations revealed that only 36.36% of students achieved the learning objectives with an average score of 50.90. The implementation of PBL involved the collaborative planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. The results demonstrated significant improvements in student engagement and learning outcomes. The average score increased, and the percentage of students who achieved the learning objectives rose significantly, respectively from 63.63 in cycle I to 81.59 in cycle II. However, the average score did not yet reach the KKM. Furthermore, the percentage of completeness has also increased, namely in cycle I by 59.09% and cycle II by 86.36%. This research demonstrates that PBL can effectively enhance the quality of social studies education by fostering learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desaian penelitian Kemmisa dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 20 Palu tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 28 orang siswa terdiri dari 16 orang laki-laki dan 12 orang perempuan. Analisis data terdiri dari lembar observasi (pengamatan) aktivitas guru, lembar observasi (pengamatan) aktivitas siswa, dan angket motivasi belajar siswa. Pelaksanaan pra tindakan diperoleh motivasi belajar siswa masih tergolong rendah, pada siklus I dan siklus II diperoleh motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 67,4% dan 81,2%. Hasil aktivitas guru siklus I dan siklus II sebesar 60 dan 93,3. Hasil aktivitas siswa siklus I dan siklus II sebesar 61 dan 91. Berdasarkan hasil tesebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPAS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas IV SD Negeri 20 Palu.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of project modules to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) that promote the use of plastic waste in learning. This study aims to develop an ecobrick module as a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) by utilizing plastic waste to improve students' creative dimensions. The project module developed is named the ecobrick module. This study uses a research and development method with the ADDIE development model. Data were collected using questionnaires and creative dimension observation sheets, then analyzed descriptively using qualitative and quantitative methods. The study involved 26 students, selected through a saturated sampling technique. The feasibility test scored 78.3 (good) from media experts and 94.66 (very good) from material experts, confirming the module's high feasibility. The practicality test showed very good responses from students (86.725) and teachers (95.53), confirming the module's high practicality. Furthermore, the effectiveness test of the module on the creative dimension of students was analyzed using the t-test. The results of the analysis showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, thus accepting the Ha hypothesis and rejecting the H0 hypothesis. This means that the P5 module (ecobrick module) is effective in improving students' creative dimensions. It can be concluded that the innovation of the P5 module (ecobrick) on sustainable lifestyle is valid, practical, and effective in enhancing students' creativity. In addition to improving students' creativity, this study has implications for the growth of environmental awareness through the utilization of plastic waste that can be continued.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di delapan sekolah dasar di Kota Palu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Kurikulum Merdeka bervariasi antar sekolah, dengan keberhasilan yang lebih tinggi di sekolah yang memiliki dukungan manajemen yang baik dan pelatihan guru yang memadai. Meskipun efisiensi waktu cukup tinggi, keterbatasan sumber daya dan alat bantu belajar tetap menjadi kendala utama. Proyek berbasis konteks lokal terbukti relevan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, tetapi distribusi manfaat kurikulum belum merata akibat ketimpangan sumber daya dan dukungan pelatihan. Dengan menggunakan kerangka evaluasi kebijakan William M. Dunn, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mendesak untuk pelatihan intensif guru, penyediaan sumber daya, dan distribusi biaya yang adil guna memastikan implementasi yang lebih inklusif dan efektif.AbstractThis study evaluates the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in eight primary schools in Palu City through a qualitative, case-study approach. Data collection involved unstructured observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate varying effectiveness of the Merdeka Curriculum across schools, with higher success rates in institutions supported by strong management and adequate teacher training. While time efficiency was relatively high, limited resources and teaching aids remain significant challenges. Locally contextualized projects proved relevant in fostering students' critical thinking skills; however, curriculum benefits were unevenly distributed due to disparities in resources and training support. Applying William M. Dunn's policy evaluation framework, the study identifies critical needs for intensive teacher training, resource provision, and equitable funding distribution to ensure a more inclusive and effective implementation.

Abstract

Abstract: Proses pembelajaran yang monoton, kurangnya sumber belajar yang efektif serta minim penggunaan pendekatan inovatif menjadi permasalahan utama bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan jelajah alam sekitar terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa SMA. Jenis penelitian ini Quasi Eksperiment, Pretest Postest Non Equivalent Control Group Design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan sampel dari kelas XI IPS 1 yang terdiri dari 33 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 2 yang berjumlah 26 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol, dengan total populasi penelitian sebanyak 83 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes tulis dan tes non-tulis. Tes tulis diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan pretest dan postest 15 soal (PG) dan 3 soal (Esay) sedangkan tes non tulis diperoleh dari hasil lembar penilaian diskusi dan portofolio. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis akhir (Uji t) yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 25.0 For Windows menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di kelas kontrol sebesar 75,1, sedangkan di kelas eksperimen rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh sebesar 85,7. Nilai signifikan (sig) (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh pendekatan jelajah alam sekitar terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa SMA.Abstract: The monotonous learning process, lack of effective learning resources and minimal use of innovative approaches are the main problems for students. This research aims to determine the effect of the environmental exploration approach on high school students' critical thinking abilities. This type of research is Quasi Experimental, Pretest Posttest Non Equivalent Control Group Design with a quantitative approach, involving samples from class XI IPS 1 consisting of 33 students as the experimental group and class The instruments used in this research include written tests and non-written tests. The written test is obtained through carrying out a pretest and posttest of 15 questions (PG) and 3 questions (Esay) while the non-written test is obtained from the results of the discussion and portfolio assessment sheets. The results of the final hypothesis test calculation (t test) carried out using the SPSS Version 25.0 For Windows application showed that the average critical thinking ability of students in the control class was 75.1, while in the experimental class the average score obtained was 85.7. The significant value (sig) (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the natural exploration approach on high school students' critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of a realistic mathematical model to improve student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The instruments used consisted of essay tests, and observation sheets to observe teacher and student activities. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative and qualitative approaches that included student learning outcomes. The results of the study during two cycles showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. At the time of the first test (pretest), the percentage of learning completeness was 4.5% with individual absorption of 42%. After the first cycle, the post-test results showed that student absorption increased to 79% and student learning completeness was 73%. In the second cycle, student absorption reached 91% and learning completeness was 100%. This means that all students can achieve grades according to the minimum competency criteria (KKM). This increase in learning outcomes is clearly reflected between the first and second cycles, student absorption from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 27%. Therefore, this study can be successfully stated after using a realistic mathematical learning model, considering a significant increase in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of student tolerance character in grade IV of SD Inpres 3 Tondo. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research sample, namely classroom teachers and grade IV students, totaled 34 students. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The research instruments used by the researcher were observation sheets, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of observations made by researchers in directly observing student activities participating in classroom learning. The researcher observed several aspects of tolerance that have been applied by students, namely the attitude of caring for fellow friends, respecting differences of opinion/religious differences, not bullying, helping friends of different religions and behaving well. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with grade IV teachers, the results were obtained that students in grade IV had applied tolerance well. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis that has been carried out by the researcher that the value of student tolerance character in grade IV of SD Inpres 3 Tondo is high, this is seen from the data obtained by the researcher on average 78.08%. This is good enough for students to learn to apply the values of tolerance character in students in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the creativity of teachers in learning SBDP (Arts, Culture and Crafts) at SDN 24 Palu. This study uses a type of qualitative research using observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The result of this study is that grade V teachers of SDN 24 Palu from five indicators of teacher creativity, namely developing interesting and diverse activities, making learning aids, utilizing the environment, managing classrooms and learning resources and implementing learning processes and outcomes, including teachers in grade V of SDN 24 Palu meet the four indicators of teacher creativity. One of the indicators that is not achieved is utilizing the environment because teachers only do learning in the classroom and do not utilize learning resources from around the school or other environments. The cause of the non-implementation of these indicators in SBdP learning in this school is due to inadequate environmental conditions or school yards or it can be said that the school yard is not spacious so that if you want to do outdoor activities, the students' movement space is limited. So it can be concluded that grade V teachers of SDN 24 Palu are included in the Good category and show indicators of teacher creativity in SBdP learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of the use  of ethnoscience-based Kabeloa  dance on the learning outcomes of Dance Arts subjects in grade V of SDN 22 Palu. This research method uses a quasi-experimental research method. In this study, there are two groups that will be studied, namely the first group with treatment using the ethnoscience approach method (X1) and the other group with treatment using conventional methods (X2). The instrument of this research is a learning outcome test in the form of 15 multiple-choice questions. Data were analyzed using SPSS to find out the significant achievements between the two groups, the experimental group used the ethnoscience approach method while the control class used the conventional method. Based on the significant value  of the Independent Sample T-test is 0.000, with a significant value of the T-test < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and a significant level of 5% (0.05), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of ethnoscience-based Kabeloa dance  on the learning outcomes of Dance Arts subjects in grade V of SDN 22 Palu.
