Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based customer service application with live chat and chatbot features that implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology at Raden Inten II Airport, Lampung. The main problems encountered are the slow response of conventional services and limited access to information by users located far from the airport. The system development uses the Waterfall model which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The main features in the application include user authentication, live chat, RAG chatbot, and data management through the admin dashboard. System testing was conducted using the black-box method, indicating that all features function according to specifications. The results of the study indicate that this system can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of customer service. For further development, it is recommended to use WebSocket to improve real-time communication performance. Index Terms— Customer Service; Live Chat; Chatbot; RAG; Web-based Application.

Abstract

In the World of Information Technology computer science, data security something that is very important so that data can not be misused by some parties who have not / not have rights. In the delivery of documents documents is needed a security so that the document file can be accepted by those who have the right to receive it. It is therefore very necessary to process a document encryption / encryption file. Among the science of cryptography that can secure the document file such as LSB Steganography Algorithm (Least Significant Bit). This analysis aims to improve the security of document files by encoding a document file, then providing a password into the document file.Keywords : Encryption, Data Security, LSB Steganography, Files, Documents

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan kemudahan bagi organisasi, termasuk organisasi pencinta lingkungan hidup, dalam melakukan kampanye, mengelola data, serta membangun jaringan komunikasi. Namun, hal ini juga meningkatkan risiko serangan siber seperti phishing, malware, dan kebocoran data yang dapat mengancam reputasi serta keberlanjutan kegiatan organisasi. Salah satu langkah preventif yang penting adalah peningkatan kesadaran keamanan siber (cyber security awareness) pada setiap anggota organisasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan meninjau artikel ilmiah, laporan industri, dan prosiding konferensi yang terbit pada periode 2015–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran keamanan siber berperan penting dalam mencegah insiden serangan, mengurangi risiko penyalahgunaan data, serta meningkatkan budaya keamanan digital di organisasi. Pada konteks organisasi pencinta lingkungan hidup, kesadaran ini juga membantu menjaga kepercayaan publik, mengamankan basis data sukarelawan, serta melindungi strategi kampanye digital yang sering kali menjadi target penyalahgunaan.

Abstract

This Community Service Program was carried out by the lecturers of the Applied Finance Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Kristen Indonesia at SMKS Jakarta Timur I. The purpose was to describe students’ entrepreneurial interest while also providing entrepreneurship education. The method involved distributing questionnaires to 34 students and conducting an interactive seminar consisting of lectures, discussions, and a question-and-answer session. The survey results showed that all respondents were interested in entrepreneurship, but most had not yet established their own businesses. Twenty respondents had tried running a business but stopped, while eight had never started one. The main obstacles were fear of failure, limited capital, and a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge. In addition, the majority of students considered that the entrepreneurship lessons provided by the school were still inadequate. Through seminars and discussions, students gained new insights into the importance of business planning, the courage to take risks, and the use of digital technology. This PKM concludes that although students’ entrepreneurial interest is high, practical education, mentoring, and access to capital are essential to better prepare them for realizing their future businesses. Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan suatu keadaan meningkatnya tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolic, dimana sistolik lebih dari sama dengan 140 mmHg dan diastolic lebih dari sama dengan 90 mmHg. Penderita hipertensi yang tidak melakukan pengobatan akan meningkatkan terjadinya komplikasi diantaranya stroke, penyakit jantung, gangguan penglihatan, dan penyakit ginjal. Salah satu terapi komplementer yang bisa menurunkan tekanan darah adalah terapi rendam kaki air hangat. Tujuan pemberian intervensi untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi rendam kaki air hangat terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Metode pemberian intervensi ini yaitu dengan memberikan rendam kaki air hangat dengan suhu 37-40ºC selama 15-20 menit. Subyek dalam intervensi ini satu responden yaitu Ny.H berusia 56 Tahun dengan penyakit hipertensi.. Hasil didapatkan bahwa terapi rendam kaki air hangat efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolic pada penderita hipertensi, dan dari beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari terapi rendam kaki air hangat terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi, Terapi rendam kaki menggunakan air hangat pada beberapa kasus yang menjadi kontraindikasi, yaitu pada kasus penyakit jantung dengan kondisinya yang parah, orang yang memiliki tekanan darah rendah, serta penderita diabetes. Saran untuk perawat dan penderita hipertensi untuk selalu mengontrol tekanan darah, jika terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah dapat menggunakan terapi rendam kaki air hangat untuk menurunkan tekanan darah, sebagai bentuk terapi komplementer yang mudah dilakukan dan dengan harga murah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students in science learning in grade IV of SDN 56/1 Aro Village. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and the improvement of students' critical thinking skills after the application of the model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, each including the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 22 students. Data were collected through observation and documentation. The results of the study showed an increase in students' critical thinking skills, indicated by the percentage of achievement of critical thinking indicators which increased from 40.91% in cycle I meeting I to 50% in meeting II, then increased to 81.82% in cycle II meeting I and 95.45% in meeting II. Thus, the Problem Based Learning model is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills in science learning.

Abstract

Arts and Culture Education plays an important role in developing creativity, art appreciation, and environmental awareness of elementary school students. However, Arts and Culture learning on waste recycling material in grade V of SD Negeri 182/I Hutan Lindung is still dominated by conventional methods without the support of technology-based interactive learning media, so that students tend to be passive, less enthusiastic, and have difficulty in understanding the material and developing creativity. This study aims to develop a Wordwall-based educational game media on waste recycling material and to determine its level of validity and practicality in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D model that includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The research subjects were grade V students of SD Negeri 182/I Hutan Lindung. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and validation and practicality questionnaires given to material experts, media experts, linguists, teachers, and students. The results of the study showed that the developed media had a very good level of validity, namely 90% for material experts, 80% for media experts (valid), and 100% for linguists. The practicality test results were categorized as very practical, with an average score of 3.72 in the small group test and 3.76 in the large group test, and a teacher assessment of 5.0. Furthermore, the developed media was also proven to increase student engagement, activeness, and interest in learning Arts and Culture. Therefore, the Wordwall-based educational game media was declared valid, practical, and suitable for use in Arts and Culture learning using waste recycling materials.

Abstract

The author's motivation in discussing this title is motivated by problems in classroom management skills that are preventive and curative by fiqh teachers. Based on the initial observations, the authors know that the teacher pays little attention to the behavior of students and approaches students, when there are students who make a fuss, the teacher only reprimands them from the front but does not approach the students so that not long after that the students make a fuss again. The purpose of this study was to describe the teacher's classroom management skills related to the creation and maintenance of optimal (preventive) learning conditions for class VII at MTsN 3 Agam. To describe the teacher's classroom management skills related to the restoration of curative learning conditions for class VII at MTsN 3 Agam. To describe class management skills related to the physical condition of class VII at MTsN 3 Agam. This research uses a type of field research (field research) using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at MTsN 3 Agam, IV Koto sub-district, Agam district, West Sumatra. The informants of this study were fiqh teachers and class VII students at MTsN 3 Agam. Collecting research data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: Teacher skills in classroom management related to the creation and maintenance of optimal learning conditions (preventive in nature) for class VII at MTsN 3 Agam which were carried out by the teacher had been carried out in accordance with the indicators of classroom management skills, although there were several indicators that were less than optimal and rarely carried out, namely indicators of observing closely and moving closer. The teacher's classroom management skills related to returning optimal (curative) learning conditions for class VII at MTsN 3 Agam have been well implemented, namely the teacher modifies student behavior, solves problems in groups, and finds and solves behaviors that cause problems. The teacher's skills in class management related to the physical condition of class VII at MTsN 3 Agam have been well implemented, namely the teacher has made arrangements for seats, managed class cleanliness, ventilation and lighting in the class.
