Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Rumah Makan Minza Kabupaten Mamuju. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian peralatan nelayan pada Toko Nelayan Tasiu Kabupaten Mamuju. Harga berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian keputusan pembelian peralatan nelayan pada Toko Nelayan Tasiu Kabupaten Mamuju. Promosi berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian peralatan nelayan pada Toko Nelayan Tasiu Kabupaten Mamuju. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan citra toko terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Usaha Foto Copy Bima Karya di Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian pada usaha foto copy Bima Karya di Kabupaten Mamuju Sulawesi Barat, sampel yang digunakan dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Rumus yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan cirta toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada usaha foto copy Bima karya di Kabupaten Mamuju. Kualitas pelayanan dan cirta toko berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada usah foto copy Bima Karya di Kabupaten Mamuju. Kata Kunci : kualitas pelayanan, citra toko dan kepuasan konsumen Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality variables and store image on customer satisfaction at the Bima Karya Photo Copy Business in Mamuju Regency. The research method used is to use quantitative methods with primary data using a questionnaire. Respondents in the study were all consumers who made purchases at the Bima Karya photo copy business in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi, the sample used accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 30 respondents. The formula in this study uses multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, and f test. The results in this study indicate that service quality and store cirta have a positive and significant effect partially on customer satisfaction at the Bima Karya photo copy business in Mamuju Regency. Service quality and store image have a significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Bima Karya photo copy business in Mamuju Regency. Keywords : service quality, store image and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Era globalisasi ditandai oleh pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang menimbulkan berbagai tantangan baru serta mendorong perubahan cepat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, individu dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi. Penelitian ini secara tujaun untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari hardiness, proactive personality, serta social support dihadapkannya dengan adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah kuantitatif. Teknik pegambilan sampel mempergunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dan insidental sampling dengan jumlah 74 responden. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh (1) Hardiness memberi pengaruh bernilai positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (2) Proactive personality memberi pengaruh bernilai positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (3) Social support tidak berpengaruh positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (4) Hardiness, proactive personality serta social support berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap adaptability dengan kontribusi tergolong sedang sebesar 53 persen; (5) Hardiness memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap adaptability

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan hidup yang semakin kompleks kini tidak hanya menjadi isu di wilayah perkotaan, namun juga mulai dirasakan dampaknya di kawasan pedesaan, termasuk Desa Onang Utara, Kabupaten Majene. Rendahnya kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga lingkungan menjadi penyebab utama timbulnya berbagai persoalan seperti pembuangan sampah sembarangan dan minimnya penghijauan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran lingkungan melalui sosialisasi dan praktik langsung gerakan Go Green yang meliputi edukasi pengelolaan sampah, pelatihan daur ulang, aksi tanam pohon, serta pembentukan bank sampah sederhana. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis komunitas yang melibatkan seluruh unsur masyarakat, mulai dari aparat desa hingga kelompok pemuda dan ibu rumah tangga. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman lingkungan sebesar 82%, terbentuknya taman hijau mini desa, terciptanya produk daur ulang, serta terinisiasinya sistem bank sampah mandiri. Kegiatan ini berhasil menumbuhkan semangat kolektif dalam menjaga lingkungan dan mendorong perubahan perilaku ke arah yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pembangunan berwawasan lingkungan di desa lainnya serta mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya poin 13 dan 15.

Abstract

This study aims to confirm the influence between the variables phubbing at workplace, and emotional intelligence on social interaction. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire. This study was conducted at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. The sample used was all employees at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi, as many as 50 people, both ASN and non-ASN. The data obtained will be analyzed using SPSS with six tests including: validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the study showed that partially phubbing at workplace had a significant effect on social interaction and emotional intelligence had an insignificant effect on social interaction. Simultaneously, phubbing at workplace and emotional intelligence had a significant effect on social interaction with a contribution of 16.4%, while 83.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how innovative work practices at the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) office in Mamuju Regency are influenced by digital literacy and the work environment. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis in this study, which used a quantitative research methodology using a questionnaire for data collection and assessment of the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Partial tests (t-tests) and simultaneous tests (F-tests) were both used in hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that, to some extent, digital literacy contributes positively and significantly to creative work practices. Innovative work behavior is positively and significantly influenced by the workplace. At Statistics Indonesia Mamuju Regency, both digital literacy and the work environment have a significant impact on creative work practices.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Uhaidao, Kecamatan Aralle, Kabupaten Mamasa, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan pemuda desa melalui pelatihan yang menekankan pada kreativitas dan inovasi usaha. Pemuda desa memiliki potensi besar dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi lokal, namun sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan akses terhadap pelatihan, modal, dan pendampingan usaha. Kegiatan ini dirancang dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifikasi potensi lokal, pelatihan dasar kewirausahaan, workshop kreativitas usaha, serta simulasi dan pendampingan ide bisnis. Metode evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta wawancara partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep kewirausahaan, serta munculnya beberapa ide usaha berbasis potensi lokal seperti produk olahan pertanian dan kerajinan tangan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi dan kesiapan pemuda desa untuk memulai usaha mandiri, serta membuka peluang pembentukan ekosistem wirausaha muda yang berkelanjutan di Desa Uhaidao.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of job training, organizational culture, and job promotion variables on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in West Sulawesi Province. The research method used is quantitative with primary data from a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sulawesi Province, with a population of 200 employees. The sample used was the Probability Sampling technique, and the number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 67 respondents. The formula in this study uses validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of this study indicate that job training and organizational culture variables have a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sulawesi Province. However, job promotion does not significantly affect the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sulawesi Province. Then, the variables of job training, organizational culture, and job promotion have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Mamuju Branch is one of the banking companies located in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi, on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo, Karema, Mamuju District, Mamuju Regency, which has grown rapidly to date. Since its establishment in 2009 in Mamuju, it has been led by Mr. Ansar. This is because the division of South Sulawesi into West Sulawesi has increased the demand for Islamic banking in the Mamuju area. In addition, the majority of the population or community in Mamuju Regency is Muslim. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the reward and punishment systems on employee compliance at PT Bank Muamalat KCU Mamuju. The respondents in this study were all employees at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Mamuju, with a population of 33. The sample size was determined using total sampling technique with 33 respondents. The formulas used in this study were multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the reward system had a significant partial effect on employee compliance. The punishment system also had a significant partial effect on employee compliance. Simultaneously, the Reward System and Punishment System have a significant effect on Service User Satisfaction, with a contribution of 49.2%. These findings indicate that although the Reward System and Punishment System have been proven to contribute to employee compliance, there are still other factors that also play an important role but have not been revealed in this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of access to information and facilities on student services in the Management Study Program at Muhammadiyah University Mamuju. The background of this study is based on the importance of improving the quality of academic services through the provision of transparent access to information and adequate facilities to create student satisfaction. The research method used was quantitative with accidental sampling technique, involving 95 respondents who were students of the Management Study Program. The research instrument was tested through validity and reliability tests, and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that, partially, the information access variable had a significant effect on student services with a t-value of 2.921 > t-table 1.986 and sig. 0.004 < 0.05. Similarly, facilities have a significant effect with a t-value of 4.162 > t-table 1.986 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, information access and facilities have a significant effect on student services with an F-value of 19.350 > F-table 3.095 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.296 indicates that the two independent variables are able to explain 29.6% of the variation in student services, while the remaining 70.4% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. This study concludes that access to information and facilities are important factors in improving the quality of student services, although their contribution is relatively weak. Therefore, attention needs to be paid to other factors such as the quality of human resources, organizational management, and service culture to strengthen student satisfaction in the higher education environment
