Abstract

Higher education is an important stage in the transformation from student to student, namely the change in the phase of human life from adolescence to adulthood who has identity as a complete human being and prepares him to enter the professional world. The method used is presentation of PKKMB material, questions and answers and assistance to important facilities in introducing the campus. The result is community service activities through presentations in PKKMB including presentation of PKKMB material, questions and answers and assistance to campus facilities as an effort to provide assistance to new students to understand the campus environment which is carried out in an orderly manner and gets a positive response. It is hoped that there will be strengthening of networks or partnerships with companies outside campus or alumni who have worked in large companies to provide new students with a broader and more relevant view of the world of work in their chosen major.

Abstract

UMKM are independent productive business units, carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors. In principle, there is a distinction between Micro Enterprises (UM), Small Enterprises (UK), Medium Enterprises (UM), and Large Enterprises (UB). Media that is displayed online on the internet is called digital media or online media. Online media is broadly defined as any type of material, including text, images, video, and sound, that can only be accessed online The definition of marketing is in the social sphere and the second is in the managerial sphere. Based on the social definition, marketing is defined as a social process in which individuals and groups obtain what they need and what they want through the creation, offering and exchange of the value of the products and services they own freely with other people. Marketing digitalization is an effort to buy and sell goods or services owned by business owners. With the digitalization of marketing, it is hoped that the market for the goods or services they provide will become more widely known and have many interested people. Marketing strategy is an effort to market a product, be it goods or services, using certain plans and tactics so that the number of sales becomes higher. Digitalization is described as the use of digital technology to innovate business models and provide new value creation opportunities in the industrial ecosystem. Rapid business development in Indonesia has increased competition between business actors. Several things need to be considered so that the marketing process in UMKM runs well and efficiently, namely that you must pay attention to factors including Marketing Strategy, Integration of Knowledge Sources on Digital Platforms, Consumer Purchase Interest and Income in Digital Marketing, Use of Digital Platforms in UMKM Business, Development of External Understanding and Collaboration.

Abstract

With the dynamic dynamics of the global economy, Indonesia as a developing country with a large population is facing challenges and emerging opportunities in managing the national economy. To anticipate this, the national economic foundation in Indonesia needs to be strengthened, especially the entrepreneurial factor, such as the development of SMEs. The aim of the research is to analyze the development strategies of SMEs as the foundation of the national economy. The research method used a qualitative method supported by literature studies (books, journals and the internet). The results are 5 strategies that can be implemented to develop SMEs as the foundation of the national economy, such as development strategy of SMEs in the free market sector, development strategy of SMEs in the role and government policy sector, development strategy of SMEs in the competitive human resources sector, development strategy of SMEs in the physical capital sector and strategic development of SMEs in the entrepreneurial sector. By implementing strategies in these sectors, SMEs will be able to become the backbone of the local economy, increasing employment opportunities for local communities, reducing unemployment rates and increasing the economic productivity of society in Indonesia as a whole

Abstract

Empowerment is a construct that connects individual strengths and competencies, natural helping systems and proactive behavior with organizational policies and changes. Empowerment refers to the provision of authority, strength and knowledge needed by a person as a worker to help him/her overcome obstacles experienced in the organization. If a person as a worker or member of an organization has good Empowerment, it can encourage his/her enthusiasm to gain abilities or competencies and knowledge enabling him/her to overcome obstacles in the life of the organizational environment as a place to work and help develop himself/herself or his/her organization in the future. This study aims to determine the variables related to Empowerment. This study also presents a literature study using a systematic literature review of relevant publications and as a result of this process, 10 journal articles were included, then, checking bibliographic references to validate questions and avoid potential omissions. Empowerment was found to be a moderating variable. There are several prominent variables that influence Empowerment such as training, incentives/rewards, delegation of authority, and managerial experience. In addition, other variables influenced by Empowerment such as trust, leadership style, and organizational policies. The implication for practitioners is to be able to understand things related to Empowerment in order to further improve organizational performance.

Abstract

Sustainable organizational growth is a key factor for an organization to survive and continue to compete in dynamic market trend changes. To balance the complexity of a growing organization, it usually requires good management in the form of innovative strategies in management that support the organization to maintain its existence until now amidst many other organizations that have gone bankrupt. One of them that implements is PT. Pertamina (Persero). The aim is to explore and find what innovative strategies support sustainable organizational growth, namely PT. Pertamina (Persero). The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis supported by literature studies and internet searching. The result is that there are four main innovative strategies that support the sustainable growth of PT. Pertamina (Persero), namely product innovative strategies, process innovative strategies, business model innovative strategies, and disruptive innovative strategies. It is hoped that the application of these four innovative strategies will create products with better performance, minimize negative environmental impacts, reduce operational costs, create new sustainable sources of income, enable the development of new solutions, and create new competitive advantages that can adapt to changing market trends.

Abstract

The aim of training and mentoring activities for Institut Kesehatan dan Bisnis Surabaya (IKBIS) students is to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit and become successful entrepreneurs is to foster an entrepreneurial mentality, improve practical skills, and have the knowledge to access resources and encourage innovation in developing new products . The methods used the theoretical presentation sessions, questions/answers and discussions for online training and discussions, FGDs, workshops and case studies for offline mentoring at the Surabaya Institute of Health and Business which were conducted on 92 Entrepreneurial students of Institut Kesehatan dan Bisnis Surabaya (IKBIS). The result is community service through training and mentoring activities for Institut Kesehatan dan Bisnis Surabaya (IKBIS) students to awaken their entrepreneurial spirit and become successful entrepreneurs, receiving an enthusiastic and positive response from the participants present. It is hoped that graduates of the Entrepreneurial Institut Kesehatan dan Bisnis Surabaya (IKBIS) students will have a deep understanding of the market, have strong practical skills in establishing or managing a business, have the ability to think creatively and innovatively and contribute positively to society, especially through the creation of new jobs.

Abstract

The aim of the training and assistance activities in making healthy drinks to relieve heartburn are to provide knowledge, skills to individuals or groups and provide solutions regarding healthy drinks to relieve heartburn that are good to drink, especially when breaking the fast in the month of Ramadan and to develop entrepreneurial character. The method used the provision of preparation materials for making healthy drink recipes, questions and answers, discussions, practice and mentoring carried out for 24 students of the SMK Kesehatan Surabaya in the classroom and gazebo of the school environment. The result are the service to community through training activities and assistance in making healthy drinks to relieve heartburn getting a positive and enthusiastic response from the participants present.

Abstract

The aim of training and mentoring activities for vocational pharmaceutical personnel to become people in charge of small traditional medicine businesses are to improve the quality and safety of traditional medicine products as well as improve the technical and managerial skills of vocational pharmaceutical personnel so that they can carry out their role as people in charge effectively. The methods used theoretical presentation sessions, questions/answers and discussions for online training and discussions, FGDs, workshops and case studies for offline mentoring at the Islamic University of Madura which were conducted on 88 students of the diploma three Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Health, Islamic University of Madura. The result is community service through training activities and mentoring for pharmaceutical vocational staff to become people in charge of small traditional medicine businesses, receiving an enthusiastic and positive response from the participants present.

Abstract

This study looks at the dynamics of technical innovation adoption and how it affects the productivity of small-scale craft businesses in West Java, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used to collect data from 110 small craft businesses, including statistical analysis and quantitative surveys. The workforce had high skill levels, moderate levels of technology adoption, and perceived problems such as resistance to change and financial restrictions. These findings were supported by descriptive statistics. Technology use, worker skills, and production efficiency were found to be significantly positively correlated, as evidenced by multiple regression analysis. Differences in adoption patterns between rural and urban industries were revealed through cross tabulation. The results of this study highlight the need for a customized approach, resource distribution and information exchange to enhance technical innovation in the heterogeneous craft industry in West Java.

Abstract

This study looks into the complex relationships that exist between the use of digital technology by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bandung City, online consumer behavior, and the performance of e-commerce platforms. Through the use of structured surveys and a quantitative approach, information about digital technology integration, online customer behavior patterns, and markers of e-commerce success was gathered from 121 SMEs. The results show that consumer behavior dynamics are diverse, there is a moderate level of acceptance of digital technology, and both characteristics have a considerable beneficial impact on the performance of e-commerce. The key component that emerges is trust, underscoring the significance of building customer confidence in the digital economy. The study adds to our knowledge of the complex interactions that occur between customer engagement and technology adoption, providing SMEs navigating the digital landscape with useful insights.
