Abstract

Roman Indah bag Factory is a bag manufacturing company that receives orders from customers every month. Fuzzy Logic is used to define the production known so far, so that the preferred result can be used as a basis for manager's decision. In the calculation process, Fuzzy Logic Mamdani requires maximum and minimum production data, maximum and minimum demand data, and maximum and minimum inventory data. Fuzzy logic is able to map an input into an output without factor factors. Fuzzy logic is used to create a model of a system that is able to determine the quantity of production. the factors that affect the quantity of production. Fuzzy logic is called the old new logic because the science of modern fuzzy logic and methodological was discovered only a few years ago, in fact the concept of fuzzy logic itself has been in us for a long time. Mamdani method is the most common method when it comes to fuzzy methodology. Mamdani method uses a set of IF-THEN rules derived from experienced operators/experts. The Mamdani model is often known as the Max-Min model. By using Mamdani method in Roman Indah handbag factory can assist in the efficiency of time and labour, because using Mamdani method can calculate the amount of production in the next month, so from the results can be derived consideration material decision by the manager, whether in determining raw materials, promotion, bag model, consumer, HR, etc. so that more company profits.

Abstract

Student infractions are incidents often committed by students who break the rules at school. This naturally worries school authorities and overwhelms them with student misbehavior. Student rule-breaking is a common problem that can interfere with a safe and orderly learning environment. The more students break the rules, the greater the impact on several aspects, including student achievement, discipline, suboptimal teaching and learning activities, and students' social lives outside of school. Identifying students who are prone to rule violations can help school officials implement more effective prevention programs. Data mining is a process of extracting information from large data sets to discover patterns and relationships hidden within them. This study aims to identify frequent student infractions using the Frequent Pattern Growth algorithm. The Frequent Pattern Growth (FP -growth) algorithm is used to generate frequent itemsets that are then used in the association rules process. The association rules process aims to find rules or relationships between violations based on the discovered Frequent Itemsets. This process is influenced by predefined minimum support and minimum confidence values. A Minimum Support value of 30% and a Minimum Confidence value of 50% are used to obtain rules with a sufficiently high confidence level. It is expected that the identification results from this study will provide a better understanding of the types of violations commonly committed by students in school. This information can be used by school officials to develop more effective prevention strategies and focus on.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and digital literacy on the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by positioning product creativity and product innovation as mediating mechanisms that explain the process of transforming knowledge-based literacy into business sustainability.Methodology – The research used a quantitative approach with a causal design. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 95 rattan handicraft MSME actors in Aceh Besar Regency, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables.Findings – The results showed that financial literacy and digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on product creativity and product innovation. Product innovation was found to have a positive and significant effect on business sustainability and to mediate the relationships between financial literacy and business sustainability and between digital literacy and business sustainability. In contrast, product creativity had no significant effect on business sustainability and did not function as a mediator. These findings indicate that financial and digital literacy do not automatically lead to business sustainability without an implementation process that involves product innovation.Originality/Novelty – This research contributes to literature by empirically distinguishing the role of creativity as the ideation stage and innovation as the implementation stage. It shows that product innovation is a key mechanism that transforms financial literacy and digital literacy into business sustainability in traditional industry-based MSMEs.Implications – The findings emphasize the importance of integrating financial literacy and digital literacy programs with efforts to strengthen product innovation capacity. From a practical perspective, the results offer a basis for developing innovation-oriented strategies and policies for MSMEs aimed at fostering long-term business sustainability.

Abstract

The development of fashion trends and changes in shopping lifestyles have made consumers more prone to spontaneous purchases, especially for fashion products such as hijabs. Impulse buying behavior is influenced by shopping lifestyles that reflect shopping patterns and interests, as well as fashion involvement that indicates the level of consumer engagement with fashion. This is important to examine in order to understand the factors that influence impulse buying among Inong Scarf consumers in Banda Aceh. This study aims to determine how Shopping Lifestyle and Fashion Involvement influence Impulse Buying Behavior among Inong Scarf consumers, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative with a sample size of 96 respondents. The research data was collected through questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests (partial), and f-tests (simultaneous). The aim was to determine the independent variables for the dependent variables. The results of the study show that shopping lifestyle (X1) has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying (Y) with a t-value of 10.330 > t-table 1.985 and sig 0.000 < 0.05, while fashion involvement (X2) is not significant with a t-value of 0.954 < t-table 1.985 and sig 0.343 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the f-value is 171.697 > f-table 3.094 and sig 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that both variables together have a significant effect. The R value of 0.887 indicates a very strong relationship, and R² of 0.782 or 78.2% indicates that impulse buying is explained by these two variables, while 21.8% is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, shopping lifestyle is the dominant factor influencing impulse buying among consumers of Inong Scarf Banda Aceh.
