In Indonesia there are 373,000,000 pregnant women, while those who experience anxiety in facing childbirth are 107,000,000 people (28, 7%). Objective: To determine the relationship of husband's support to the level of anxiety in maternity mothers in Indonesia. Methods: The research design is descriptive correlation method using a cross sectional approach. Sampling using accidental sampling, there were 193 respondents from the total sampling results involving. The research instrument uses aÂ via Google form. Results: Most of the respondents domiciled in Banten province as many as 101 respondents (52.3%). The age of the respondents was in the age range of 20-35 years as many as 177 respondents (91.7%). The majority of respondents' education is Middle School (SMA or equivalent) as many as 96 respondents (49,6%) and on the job characteristics the majority of respondents work as many as 101 respondents (52.3%). Most of the respondents received good husband support as many as 114 respondents (59.1%) and most of the respondents had mild anxiety during childbirth as many as 76 respondents (39.4%). Results: Chi-square test and correlations test obtained p-value <0.0001 and R value 0,563, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected. With sufficient degree of strengethÂ Conclusion: which means that there is a significant relationship between husband's support and the level of anxiety in maternity mothers.

Corona virus or covid-19, this virus infects the respiratory tract which causes patients with high fever, cough, runny nose and shortness of breath. Recently, research has found new symptoms, namely attacking the digestive system which causes diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. On March 2, 2020 as many as 12,776 and 930 cases of death were reported in 34 provinces of Indonesia. On March 19, 2020 as many as 214,894 people were infected with the corona virus or covid-19, around 8,732 people died and 83,313 people recovered from the corona virus or covid-19. Covid-19 transmission through doplet such as from person to person or direct contact with sufferers. Various efforts have been made to reduce the transmission of the covid-19 virus, one of which is increasing healthy living and by carrying out the 5M movement (Wearing Masks, Washing Hands, Keeping Distance, Crowds, and Limiting Mobilization) and maintaining body immunity (Kemenkes RI, 2020). Methods: This research uses descriptive correlation with Cross-Sectional Design approach. In this study, the technique of collecting samples used total sampling with a total of 180 Indonesian respondents. In this study, it is used to test the statistic using the chi square test. Results: The results of the Chi Square test obtained a p-value of 0.001 < 0.001 which means that there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior with the supporting factors. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of the community towards the implementation of 5M and its supporting factors.

Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases and this requires very serious attention and needs to be taken nationally, where the prevalence is high and many individuals do not realize that they have hypertension, they know that they are suffering when they do a health check at the hospital. health services, because they feel pain or other complaints, hypertension is often called "the silent killer". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using applications for nurses and people with hypertension to monitor and control therapy compliance. This study is a quantitative study using a Quasi-experimental design with a One Group Pretest Posttest design. In this study, before and before the intervention was made, firstly assessing adherence to therapy in hypertensive patients (pre-test-posttest). This study was conducted from March to September 2021 with 98 patients as respondents who suffered from Hypertension in Tangerang Regency. It was concluded that there was a significant difference before and before the implementation of adherence, the results of P value 0.05 which means the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted in other words there is an effect of the use of monitoring applications on adherence to therapy in hypertensive patients in the district. Stress is the cause of many diseases in modern society. Mobile mainfulness-based stress reduction is one way to reduce the stress level experienced by a person. The MM application is expected to be able to control stress levels. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of using the MM application on work stress in nurses. Research design: quasi-experimental (pre test and post test). Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: from the results of the intervention to 112 respondents, the average value of the pre-test was 71.4% and the post-test was 42.9% with a P value of <0.05. There is an Influence of the MM Mindfulness Mobile Application on Nurse Work Stress in Tangerang Regency. Â

Stress can be defined as an excessive pressure experienced by individuals. The number of students who experience stress is caused by several factors including academic stress, a lot of assignments and busy class scheduls. Because of this, the researceher provides an intervension, namely an application-based meditation called â€œMobile Maindfulness (MM)â€ in the hope that this intervention can reduce stress levels. Experienced by students. This research uses a pre-experimental quantitative method approachwhit aresearch design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The number of sampels in this study were 112 respondents with purposive sampling. From the results of the Paried Simple T Test before and after the intervension was given, the was adifference between the pre-test and post-test with P value < 0.05. There are there is a significant effect between teh use of the Mobile Maindfulness MM Application on Stress Level in Students in Tangerang Raya.

Sexuality is one of the most important components of a person's quality of life. Postpartum is the period when women experienced problems in their sexual lives. This study aimed to prove the effects of pelvic floor muscle (PFM) exercise on sexual self-efficacy among primiparous women. This research was a quasi-experiment study with one group time series design, with the number of respondents 32 people. The results showed that the intervention of pelvic floor muscle exercise which performed for six weeks proved to increase the sexual self-efficacy of primiparous mother significantly (p = 0,001; CI 95% 10,53 – 14,18). PFM exercise is the best way to increase pelvic floor muscle strength that positively affects the enhancement of sexual self-efficacy of primiparous women. It is recommended that PFM exercise become a nursing intervention that should be explained and taught by nurses as a form of postpartum care education.Keywords: PFM exercise, sexual self-efficacy.

Supportive care for gynecologic cancer survivors is part of the treatment process and affects their quality of life, so this literature review is intended to improve supportive care for gynecological cancer survivors. The database were used CINAHL Plus and Scopus in the last 10 years. 8 articles found which related to supportive care in five domain, specifically are psychological, system and health information, physical and daily activities, patient care and support, and sexuality. The result of the review indicated that the highest supportive care needs for gynecological cancer survivors were in the physical domain, such as complaints reduction of physical symptoms and psychological domains like fears of cancer recurrence. Based on the case, it will be important for health care providers to improve services in gynecology in terms of meeting the supportive care needs that affected their life. Keywords: supportive care; gynecologic cancer survivors ABSTRAK Perawatan suportif pada penyintas kanker ginekologi merupakan bagian dari proses perawatan dan memengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka, sehingga literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perawatan suportif pada penyintas kanker ginekologi. Pencarian database yang digunakan yaitu CINAHL Plus dan Scopus pada 10 tahun terakhir. Sebanyak 8 artikel berkaitan dengan perawatan suportif pada lima domain yaitu psikologis, sistem dan informasi kesehatan, fisik dan aktivitas sehari-hari, perawatan dan dukungan pasien dan seksualitas. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa kentuhan perawatan suportif tertinggi pada penyintas kanker ginekologi yaitu pada domain fisik seperti pengurangan keluhan gejala fisik dan domain psikologis seperti kekhawatiran kambuhnya kanker. Berdasarkan hal tersebut menjadi penting bagi tenaga kesehatan penyedia layanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pada penyintas kanker ginekologi dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan perawatan suportif secara komprehensif yang akan memengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka. Penderita kanker payudara mengalami ketidakpastian, depresi, dan tekanan psikologis. Kondisi ini menyebabkan optimisme terhadap kesembuhan pasien menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi optimisme terhadap kesembuhan pada pasien kanker payudara. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional pada 96 responden. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap optimisme kesembuhan responden adalah dukungan sosial (p value = 0,015) dan stres (p value = 0,022). Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah dukungan sosial (â = 0,055). Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar lebih fokus pada intervensi keperawatan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan dukungan sosial pada pasien kanker payudara.Kata Kunci : Kanker Payudara, Optimisme, Dukungan SosialABSTRACTThe second most common cancer case in Indonesia is breast cancer which its healing is difficult to be predicted. The breast cancer sufferers undergo uncertainty, depression, and psychological pressure. This condition decreases the patient’s optimism of healing. This research aimed to identify factors affecting the breast cancer patients’ optimism of healing. This study applied cross sectional design with 96 respondents. Factors affecting significantly against respondents’ healing optimism were social support (p value = 0,015) and stress (p value = 0,022). The most influencing factor was social support (â = 0,055). It is recommended that the further research will be more focused on the nursing intervention that used to raise social supports for breast cancer patients.Keywords: Breast cancer, optimism, sosial support

Berbagai faktor dapat mempengaruhi ibu pasca seksio sesarea untuk melakukan mobilisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan ibu pasca seksio sesarea dalam melakukan mobilisasi dini. Desain penelitian adalah pendekatan cross sectional. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor pengetahuan, motivasi, dan pemberian informasi oleh petugas kesehatan terhadap tindakan mobilisasi dini dengan p value (p=0.005; á=0.05). Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tindakan mobilisasi dini adalah faktor pemberian informasi oleh petugas kesehatan (Exp (B): 4,200). Direkomendasikan perawat untuk memberikan informasi tentang tindakan mobilisasi dini pada ibu pasca seksio sesarea sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur. Various factors can affect the post-Caesarean section mothers to accomplish early mobilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to post-cesarean mothers in performing early mobilization. This study used a quantitative method with cross-sectional approach. There were a significant correlation between the factors of knowledge, motivation, and information provision given by health professionals to the intervention of early mobilization with p value (p=:0.005;á=0.05). While the most affecting factor was the information about early mobilization to post caesarean section mothers in accordance with standar operating procedure. AbstrakSeksualitas merupakan keinginan menjalin relasi, kemesraan, dan cinta. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap fenomenapengalaman seksualitas perempuan selama masa kehamilan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi deskriptif sesuaifilosofi Hussler digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara semi terstruktur dan dianalisisdengan menggunakan tehnik analisis data Colaizzi. Delapan ibu post partum berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitianadalah diidentifikasinya empat klaster tema, yaitu ekspresi kasih sayang selama masa kehamilan, coital activity selama masakehamilan, pelayanan keperawatan seksualitas selama masa kehamilan, dan harapan terhadap petugas kesehatan.Direkomendasikan bagi perawat untuk proaktif melakukan pengkajian dan memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang berhubungandengan aspek seksualitas selama masa kehamilan. Bagi institusi pendidikan direkomendasikan untuk mengembangkan kurikulummata ajar keperawatan maternitas terkait konseling seksualitas pada level magister keperawatan maternitas.Kata kunci: kehamilan, perempuan, seksualitasAbstractSexuality is the desire to build relationships, intimacy, and love. This study aimed to reveal the phenomenon of womenâ€™sexperience of sexuality during pregnancy. This study was a qualitative approach with descriptive phenomenology accordingto Hussler philosophy employing semi-structured interview. Data was analyzed using Colaizzi method. Eight postpartummothers participated in this study. The result identified four groups of themes, namely expressions of love during pregnancy,coital activity during pregnancy, nursing sexuality services during pregnancy, and womenâ€™s expectation of health workers. Itis recommended that nurses are to proactively review and provide nursing care related to aspects of sexuality during pregnancy.Educational institutions are suggested to develop curriculum-related teaching maternity nursing sexuality counselling inmaternity nursing master degree.Keywords: pregnancy, sexuality, women
