Abstract

Latar Belakang: Bendungan ASI merupakan masalah umum pada ibu postpartum yang menyebabkan nyeri dan menghambat proses menyusui dan menyebabkan pembengkakan pada payudara. Intervensi non-farmakologis seperti kompres daun kubis dan air hangat sering digunakan, namun bukti efektivitasnya masih perlu dikaji lebih lanjut. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres daun kubis dan kompres air hangat terhadap pembengkakan payudara pada ibu post partum di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Uteun Pulo Kabupaten Nagan Raya tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Uteun Pulo, Kabupaten Nagan Raya tahun 2025. Sampel terdiri dari 52 ibu postpartum yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok intervensi. Hasil: Ada pengaruh kompres daun kubis terhadap pembengkakan payudara pada ibu post partum dengan p-value 0,001 (p<0,05). Ada pengaruh kompres hangat terhadap pembengkakan payudara pada ibu post partum dengan p-value 0,003 (p<0,05). Ada perbedaan efektivitas kompres daun kubis dan kompres air hangat dalam menurunkan skala pembengkakan payudara dengan p-value 0,040 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Kompres daun kubis lebih efektif daripada kompres air hangat dalam menangani pembengkakan payudara. Temuan ini mendukung penggunaan terapi daun kubis sebagai intervensi non-farmakologis yang direkomendasikan bagi ibu postpartum. Saran: Disara4nkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk menggunakan temuan ini sebagai pertimbangan dalam menyusun asuhan kebidanan yang tepat dan efektif.

Abstract

The low degree of scientific literacy in Indonesia serves as the driving force for this research. As a result, efforts are being made to conduct research and develop scientific literacy-based science teaching resources. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of scientific literacy-based science teaching materials on plant reproduction in academic settings. The process of research and development (R&D) employs a modified Four D (4D) paradigm. This research process consists of three stages: definition, design, and development. Three academic validators are included regarding the topic of this study and advancement. The scores from the product validation questionnaire are a category of numerical information obtained. In this research and development, literacy-based science teaching materials on plant reproduction were validated by expert validators to ensure that the produced products are truly valid. According to the expert validator assessment results, the scientific literacy part of the instructional material product had a validation result of 3.58 with a percentage of 89%, while the overall product received an average of 3.58. Therefore, it can be said that the instructional materials that have been generated are reliable and appropriate for use in the educational process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the suitability of the term of office of the Neighborhood Association (RT) administrators with the provisions contained in Regent Regulation Number 24 of 2020 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of Neighborhood Associations. The term of office of RT administrators is an important aspect in running the government at the village/sub-district level which affects the effectiveness of community services and the sustainability of development programs. Through a normative legal research approach, this study examines whether the provisions on the term of office of RT administrators stated in the regulation are in accordance with applicable legal principles, community needs, and practices in the field. The research methods used are document studies, interviews with RT administrators and related parties, and comparative analysis with similar policies in other areas. The results of the study indicate that there are several discrepancies between the provisions on the term of office stated in the Regent Regulation and the real conditions that occur in the field. Some RT administrators have difficulty in carrying out a term of office that is too short, while others feel that a term of office that is too long can hinder the regeneration of the administration. This study recommends that there be a revision to the Regent Regulation Number 24 of 2020, by considering the existing findings, and providing space for the community to participate more actively in the process of replacing RT administrators.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of CEO power, foreign ownership, independence, and voting rights on financial performance in banks with risk-taking as a moderating variable after the financial crisis in 2007-2008. The method used is quantitative using secondary data. The research data source uses the financial statements of Indonesian companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022. Sample collection used a purposive sampling approach. Data was obtained from the company’s financial reports on IDX and official websites. Data analysis uses panel data regression. The author found that CEO power, independence, and bank risk taking had a significant negative effect on the financial performance of banks, while foreign ownership and voting rights did not have an effect on financial performance of banks. This study contributes to the literature on bank governance and risk-taking. The purpose of this empirical analysis is to examine in detail the subject and the dynamics among these variables in the macroeconomic environment of the financial system, particularly with regard to the regulatory and supervisory framework after the financial crisis in 2007-2008.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, location, and price on customers’ purchase intention at the USD Bundle thrifting store in Kediri. This research employed a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, involving 152 respondents who were active customers of USD Bundle. Data were analyzed through classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test using SPSS 25. The results indicate that brand image, location, and price each have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, these variables also show a positive and significant impact, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.954, meaning that 95.4% of the variation in purchase intention is explained by brand image, location, and price. These findings highlight that a strong brand image, strategic location, and competitive pricing play essential roles in increasing customer purchase intention in thrifting businesses, particularly within urban environments such as Kediri City.
