Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influnce of relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at BMT Amanah Sentosa Abadi Pasir Sakti East Lampung. The population in this study amounted to 6882 customers. Sampling technique was using Non Probability Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 99 customers. The hypotheses analyzed used linear regression and path analysis. The Research subject were the customers BMT Amanah Sentosa Abadi. The method used in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method. The results showed that there was an influence relationshp marketing and customer satisfaction to loyalty both directly and indirectly.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh relationship marketing, dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada BMT Amanah Sentosa Abadi Pasir Sakti Lampung Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6882 nasabah. Teknik sampling dengan menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 nasabah. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. Subjek penelitian yaitu nasabah BMT Amanah Sentosa Abadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan metode survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: bahwa ada pengaruh relationshp marketing dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung.Kata kunci: kepuasan nasabah, loyalitas nasabah, relationship marketing.

Abstract

The research have purpose to knowing comparison student learning activity among students that used model learning type Think Talk Write and students that used model type Co-op Co-op in class VII SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. The method from this research is experiment cast method with approach comparative. Population in this research is students in class VII SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung, totally 292 students and sample that used are 58 half-and-half class: class VII F anf VII J that depended through cluster random sampling technic with accumulation data used observasion sheet, data that accumulat analyzed with t-test two sample independent. Analize result showed that there is comparison students learning activity that the process used study process kooperative type Think Talk Write (TTW) and type Co-op Co-op students class VII SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan aktivitas belajar siswa antara siswa yang menggunakan model permbelajaran tipe Think Talk Write dan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe Co-op Co-op siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung, sebanyak 292 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 58 yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas VII F dan VII J yang ditentukan melalui teknik cluster random sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan t-test dua sampel independent. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan aktivitas belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write dan tipe Co-op Co-op pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: aktivitas belajar, co-op co-op, think talk write

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of motivation, discipline, and students' perceptions of utilization of facility in school on learning outcomes of IPS Terpadu class. Method of research uses descriptive verification. Technique analysis uses simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed, (1) There is an influence of motivation learning on IPS Terpadu learning outcomes, (2) There is influence of discipline learning on IPS Terpadu learning outcomes, (3) There is influence of students' perceptions of utilization of facility in school on IPS Terpadu learning outcomes, (4) There is influence of motivation towards learning, discipline towards learning, and students' perceptions of utilization of facility in school to the IPS Terpadu learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, dan persepsi siswa tentang pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (2) ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (3) ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (4) ada pengaruh motivasi belajar, disiplin belajar, dan persepsi siswa tentang pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: disiplin, hasil belajar, motivasi, sarana.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the influence of price perception and quality of fast food on purchasing decision. The method used was verificative descriptive using ex post facto approach and surveys. The populations in this research were the consumers of KFC Gelael Bandar Lampung and166 samples from consumers were determined by the Tuckman formula. Sampling method used was nonprobability sampling by using accidental sampling technique. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that (1) there is an influence of price perceptions on purchase decisions, (2) there is an influence of fast food quality on purchasing decisions, (3) there is an influence between the perception of price and quality of fast food on purchasing decision.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas makanan cepat saji terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen KFC Gelael Bandar Lampung dan sampel 166 konsumen yang ditentukan dengan rumus tuckman. Metode penetapan sampel yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) ada pengaruh kualitas makanan cepat saji terhadap keputusan pembelian, (3) ada pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas makanan cepat saji terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: keputusan pembelian, kualitas makanan cepat saji, persepsi harga

Abstract

Preliminary research conducted in Home Industry known that consumer buying interest is low, The purpose of this research is to obtain data and know the positive effect of product quality, location and communication word of mouth to the interest. The population of this study is the consumer Sampling technique is non probability sampling using Slovin formula obtained by 55 consumers, The method used is descriptive verifikatif by using approach of ex-posy and survey. The results of this study indicate that, there is influence of product quality, product quality, location and communication word of mouth to consumer buying interest in Home Industry. Based on data analysis obtained Fcount 97.874 Ftabel 2.79 indicated by multiple linear regression with coefficient of determination (r2) 0.852 which means that consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality, communication and word of mouth of 85.2% 14, 8% influenced by other factors.Penelitian pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Home Industri ini diketahui bahwa minat beli konsumen tergolong rendah, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data dan mengetahui pengaruh positif kualitas produk , lokasi dan word of mouth communication terhadap minat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin didapat sebanyak 55 konsumen, Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan ex-posy dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, ada pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas produk , lokasi dan word of mouth communication terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Home Industri. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh Fhitung 97,874 Ftabel 2,79 yang ditunjukkan dengan regresi linier multiple dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,852 yang berarti keputusam pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas produk, lokasi dan word of mouth communication sebesar 85,2% sisanya 14,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata kunci: Kualitas produk, lokasi dan word of mouth communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know whether there is any influence on students perception about teacher teaching skill and the utilization of learning media towards the result of social studies cohesively through students learning motivation. In this research, the writer used descriptive verifikatif method with ex post facto approach. Collecting the data through interview, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The result of this analysis showed that, there is an influence of students perception in teacher teaching skill, and the use of learning media and learning motivation towards the learning result of social studies through the learning motivation whether in separate way or together.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu melalui motivasi belajar baik secara terpisah dan bersama-sama.Kata kunci: keterampilan mengajar, media pembelajaran, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of learning discipline, learning motivation, and learning environment at school towards Economics learning results. The method used in this research is descriptive verificative method with an ex post facto approach and survey. The population of this research are 94 students. The sample of this research are 72 students. Data collecting techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the analysis of data, the results show that: (1) there is an effect of learning discipline towards Economics learning. (2) there is an effect of learning motivation towards economics learning result. (3) there is an effect of learning environment at school towards Economics learning result. (4) there are some effects of learning discipline learning motivation and learning environment atschool towards economic.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar, motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 94 siswa.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 siswa. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of learning outcomes, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) type by considering the type of task. Research methodology used in this research was experiments with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which is true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done, by using observation. The data which were collected by test of learning outcomes were analyzed by using manually and SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in learning outcomes and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Two Stay Two Stray type and Numbered Head Together by considering the type of task.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan soft skill, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS dan NHT dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan interpersonal dan intrapersonal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Metode eksperimen dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu eksperimen murni dan eksperimen semu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar observasi. Data yang terkumpul melalui lembar observasi diolah dengan manual dan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan soft skill dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS dan NHT dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan interpersonal dan intrapersonal.Kata kunci: kecerdasan, NHT, soft skill, TSTS

Abstract

Students who lack life skills will tend to be difficult to achieve success. This study aims to determine the comparison of life skills of students whose learning uses Scaffolding and Articulation learning models by paying attention to students' Emotional Quetions (EQ). The research method used was quasi-experimental with a comparative approach. The research design used is treatment by level. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII MTs NU 5 Sekampung East Lampung. Testing the hypothesis of this study used a two-way variance analysis formula and two independent sample t-tests. The results of this study indicate (1) There are differences in life skills between students whose learning uses the Scaffolding and Articulation models in Integrated Social Studies subjects, (2) Life skills whose learning using the Scaffolding model is higher than using the Articulation model for students who have Emotional Quetions ( EQ) is high, (3) Life skills learning using the Articulation model is higher than using Scaffolding models for students who have low Emotional Quetions (EQ), (4) There is an interaction between the use of learning models and Emotional Quetions (EQ) on life skills .

Abstract

The Quality of Learning Social Studies Profile In Junior High School in the District Tanggamus. This study aimed to analyze the quality of the learning profile of social studies in Junior High School in Kota Agung Tanggamus. Research subjects include the entire social studies teacher and junior high school students in the Kota Agung Tanggamus the academic year 2014/2015. The study includes profiles Object learning social studies in junior high quality of the Kota Agung, Tanggamus. The collection of data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the profile of learning quality of teachers in the social studies category Tanggamus already good, it can be seen from several indicators of educational qualifications, the ability to transform knowledge, the ability to develop and disseminate science and technology, the ability to plan, implement and evaluate learning, the ability to describe the model thinking on students, the use of methods and strategies, ability to create a culture of positive thinking, collaborative learning, motivate students to become teachers, foster critical thinking, teachers act as agents of change, teachers siding with the truth and is active in community activities.
