Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out what types of language are misused and what causes misuse or deviation of language use that can occur in the character Mordred in the anime Fate Apocrypha. The type of research used is qualitative and descriptive methods. The source of the data is taken from 25 episodes in the Fate Apocrypha anime. The method of data collection carried out is observation, listening, and recording. The results of this study show that abuse or deviation of language use by speakers who have different genders can be caused by several factors in accordance with Hymes' theory, namely SPEAKING that the place, situation, social status of participants, purpose of speech, form of speech, how the speech is conveyed, the means used, norms and types of speech can be the cause of abuse or deviation of language use can occur.Key words: Danseigo, Anime, Fate Apocrypha, Yuichiro Higashide

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang ragam neologisme yang tercipta pada masa pandemi COVID-19 yang dikumpulkan dari laman berita Asahi Shinbun dan Liputan6. Artikel ini mengupas tentang apa saja dan bagaimana perbedaan pembentukan neologisme pada bahasa Jepang dengan pembentukan neologisme pada bahasa Indonesia melalui teori morfologi bahasa dan model neologisme Krishnamurthy. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi dokumentasi. Ditemukan 18 neologisme bahasa Jepang yang mempunyai makna yang sama dengan neologisme pada bahasa Indonesia. Dari 18 jenis data yang telah dianalisis, dapat diketahui bahwa selain memiliki kesamaan makna dan konteks neologisme pada bahasa Jepang dan bahasa Indonesia, terdapat perbedaan pada pembentukannya. Model pembentukan neologisme bahasa Jepang didominasi oleh pembentukan kata majemuk dari kanji atau kango, sedangkan pada bahasa Indonesia selain membentuk kata majemuk, banyak pula mengadopsi dan mengadaptasi dari bahasa Inggris serta menggunakan model akronim sebelum mendapat istilah baku yang dianggap lebih tepat penggunaannya. Perbedaan model neologisme antar kedua bahasa dalam membentuk istilah membuktikan bahwa setiap bahasa dengan ragam budaya dan bahasa pasti memiliki ragam neologismenya menyesuaikan dengan budaya serta kebutuhan masing-masing negaranya.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to understand how persuasive speechacts are used in daily life. The type of research uused in qualitative descriptive. Thedata source fot this research is the character Arataka Reigen in the anime ‘MobPsychoo 100’ in convicing his costumers. The analysis in this research uses Robert B.Cialdini’s theory on persuasive principles, namelyReciprocity, Commitmen andConsistency, Sosial Proof, Authority, Liking, and Scarity. The data collection methodsuuesd are observation, listeing, and note-taking. The result of this research show 11data points of persuasive speech acts by the character Arataka Reigen with hiscostumers.Keywords: anime, persuasive speech acts, persuasive principles

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to understand the Yamagata dialect and its differences within the standard Japanese language. The research employed a qualitative and descriptive method. The data source was derived from the Hougen Manual posters published by the Yamagata Prefecture Elderly Welfare Facility Council, General Incorporated Association. Data collection methods included observation, listening, and note-taking. The research findings revealed 19 pieces of data within the Yamagata dialect, indicating that the dialect exhibits several lexical differences, particularly in the use of verbs, when compared to other dialects in the Tohoku region. The results demonstrated that verb variations became a distinctive feature that sets the Yamagata dialect apart from other dialects. Nevertheless, the Yamagata dialect also displayed some similarities with the standard Japanese language, especially in terms of gokan (vocabulary) and gobi (particles), which could be found in specific words.Key words: Dialect, Yamagata, Morphology, Lexical, Hougen Manual

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to discuss about metaphors withnatural elements in Aimer's songs lyrics. The method that used in this research isdescriptive qualitative method. The data source of this research comes from the songsthat sung by Aimer in her albums entitiled ‘Walpuris’ and ‘After Dark’. The naturemetaphors that founds in Aimer's songs lyrics are three types of conceptual metaphors,namely structural metaphor, orientational metaphor, and ontologikal metaphor. Thereare also several image schemes used in each nature metaphor, first in the word raime‘rumbling’ has an identity image scheme that namely the similarity of thecharacteristic between rumbling and a loud sound, second in the word hoshikuzu nonaka ‘in stardust’ has a unity/multiplicity image scheme that namely the number ofstars that cannot be counted, and third in the word kaze ‘wind’ which has an existenceimage scheme namely the existence of an object namely the wind.Keywords: Metaphor, Nature, Aimer

Abstract

Abstract: Film is a form of communication media that can have an influencereaching all social segments of society. In the film there are also many speech acts from linguistic elements which function as an introduction for us in understanding the content that the film will convey. Sociolinguistic studies that can be studied in films are the use of words or particles in conversational sentences between characters, for example the use of final particles (Shuujoshi) which are widely used in Japanese with the aim of emphasizing the speaker's intentions. In this research, the data source chosen was the animated film Koe No Katachi by Naoko Yamada. This animated film uses a lot of Shuujoshi which are used in various situations. This research only analyzes Shuujoshi, namely Shuujoshi Yo and Ne. This research method uses the Descriptive Method, namely by describing the Sguujoshi Yo and Ne data contained in the animated film Koe No Katachi.Key words: Film, Function, Shuujoshi

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the function of shuujoshi yo containedin the animated television series Ore, Tsushima. This research is a qualitativedescriptive research using descriptive methods and using library techniques and notetakingtechniques. The data source was taken from the animated television series Ore,Tsushima. The results of the research can be concluded that there are 22 shuujoshi yoin the form of dialogue and narrative sentences in the animated television series Ore,Tsushima. The function of shuujoshi yo is found to be 'conveying something that thelistener is not aware of or does not know', complementing the speaker's own uncertainknowledge with the listener's information', 'refuting the interlocutor's difference ofopinion with himself', and 'demanding sentences in which contains commands,prohibitions, requests and invitations'.Key words: Function, Shuujoshi yo, Translation

Abstract

This article covers how to plan, organize, implement, and supervise school management in creating education at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir District in Kampar. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use documentation, observation, and interviews. The research subjects involve school principals, deputy principals, teachers, employees/staff, school supervisors, committees, and student representatives at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir District in Kampar. The results of the research show that 1) the implementation of the school management planning function in implementing educational process standards at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar can be categorized as good, 2) the organization of school management in implementing standard educational processes at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar is good, 3) the implementation of school management in implementing educational process standards at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar is quite good, and 4) the supervision of school management in implementing standard educational processes at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar can be classified as good, as seen from the supervision carried out by the principal and school supervisor. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising school management in creating education at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar overall is applied well.
