Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dosen, profesionalisme dosen, dan kecerdasan spiritual dosen terhadap motivasi belajar pada Universitas Muhamamdiyah di Jawa Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang terdaftar pada Universitas Muhammadiyah  di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah mahasiswa 56.400 orang. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode stratified random sampling untuk setiap universitas yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat keyakinan 90% diperoleh sampel sebanyak 135 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Path  dengan metode SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  kompetensi dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah di Jawa Timur. Profesionalisme dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah di Jawa Timur. Kecerdasan spiritual dosen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah di Jawa Timur. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Dosen, Profesionalisme Dosen, Kecerdasan Spiritual dosen,  Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of competence and education and training on employee performance through work commitment as an intervening variable at the East Java Provincial Forestry Service. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. By number of samples104 respondents. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests while the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS. The results of data analysis show that the employee competence variable is0, 927significant effect on work commitment of 0,900, Education and Training of 0, 931 significant effect on work commitment of 0,900, employee competence of 0, 927 significant effect on employee performance of 0, 934, education and training have a significant effect on employee performance, work commitment is 0,900 significant effect on employee performance of 0, 934.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several gaps or differences in research results with expert opinions, also supported by data from the evaluation of the performance of private vocational school teachers in Bondowoso showing that the achievement of teacher performance indicators is not optimal up to 100%, even tends to be far from the target it should be. This is to determine directly or indirectly the effect of teacher competence and work environment on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable for private vocational school teachers in Bondowoso Regency. The total population of this study was 331 employees, while the number of samples was 181 using proportional sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that teacher competence and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation of 0.002 and 0.001, teacher competence, work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance of 0.009 and 0.001, teacher competence and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable is 0.001.

Abstract

Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi is one of the Muhammadiyah network hospitals in Banyuwangi Regency which has a very important function in efforts to increase the level of health in the Banyuwangi community. Therefore, the performance of hospital employees is very important for achieving overall hospital performance. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of leadership style, compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction on employees of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire which was distributed to 109 respondents. The analysis technique of Structure Question Modeling (SEM) was using the statistical software SmartPLS version 3.0. Based on the research results obtained empirical facts in the form of: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of 0.000; (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of 0.002; (3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.027; (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.022; (5) Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.020; (6) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediator of 0.038; (7) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of 0.033.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several gaps or differences in research results with expert opinions, also supported by some research problem data, namely based on ASN mutation data showing that there are still many ASN whose work placements are not in accordance with their field competencies. Based on the results of the identification of employee performance analysis in 2020, it shows that the realization of ASN work in Bondowoso Regency has not been maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of employee competence and job placement on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for all structural employees of the Bondowoso Regency Government. The population of this study was 3,051 employees, while the number of samples was 354 using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that employee competence and job placement have a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) employee competence and job placement and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) employee competence and work placement have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervention variables.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAda dua hal yang di identifikasi sebagai problem yang perlu segera ditangani di Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah Panti. Pertama, adanya tumpukan sampah organik yang berasal dari limbah rumah tangga. Kedua, limbah yang berasal dari kotoran sapi, yang berpotensi mencemari udara, air serta tanah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar masyarakat yang ada disekitar Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah mampu mengaplikasian program pembuatan pupuk organik dan biogas untuk skala rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan cara Menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama dengan Majelis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, mengidentifikasi jumlah timbulan sampah organik, mengidentifikasi jumlah kotoran hewan serta melaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan metode Takakura. Mitra sasaran adalah Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah (PRM) Panti, berada dibawah Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah Panti serta Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) Kabupaten Jember. Dari kegiatan ini sekitar 60 persen anggota masyarakat yang tergabung dalam program ini sudah mahir membuat pupuk organik. Sedangkan sisanya 40 persen sudah mengaplikasikan tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan keterampilannya, baik urutan proses maupun beberapa kesalahan kecil. Dalam proses pembuatan biogas diketahui bahwa 45 persen masyarakat yang tergabung dalam program ini sudah mahir mengaplikasikan teknologi pembuatan biogas, selebihnya 55 persen harus mendapat pendampingan lebih lanjut dari Tim PKMS Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember dan MPM Kabupaten Jember.   Kata kunci: sampah organik; pupuk organik; biogas; kotoran hewan. ABSTRACTThere are two things that have been identified as problems that need to be addressed immediately at the Branch Leadership of Muhammadiyah Panti. First, there is a pile of organic waste that comes from household waste. Second, waste that comes from cow dung, which has the potential to pollute the air, water and soil. The purpose of this activity is so that the community around the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership is able to apply the program for making organic fertilizers and biogas for household scale. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by establishing communication and cooperation with the Community Empowerment Council, identifying the amount of organic waste generated, identifying the amount of animal waste and carrying out training on making organic fertilizer using the Takakura method. The target partners are the Branch Leaders of Muhammadiyah (PRM) Panti, under the leadership of the Muhammadiyah Panti Branch and the Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah (PDM) Jember Regency. From this activity, about 60 percent of community members who are members of this program are proficient in making organic fertilizers. While the remaining 40 percent have applied but still need to improve their skills, both in the sequence of processes and some minor mistakes. In the process of making biogas, it is known that 45 percent of the people who are members of this program are proficient in applying biogas production technology, the remaining 55 percent must receive further assistance from the PKMS Team of Muhammadiyah University of Jember and MPM of Jember Regency. Keywords: organic trash; organic fertilizer; biogas; animal waste

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of rewards andpunishments and training on employee performance through organizational commitment as anintervening variable at the Bondowoso Regency Environmental and Transportation Agency. Thenumber of samples in this study was 114. The analytical technique used was the StructuralEquation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that the variablerewards and punishments have a significant effect on organizational commitment, training has asignificant effect on organizational commitment, rewards and punishments have a significanteffect on employee performance, training has a significant effect on employee performance,organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Rewards and Punishments, Training, Commitment and Performance

Abstract

Sukogidri Village is an underdeveloped village towards an independent village. The topography of the village is in the form of highlands and hills where many bamboo plants grow which is great potential to be utilized. However, bamboo has not been used strategically and has not been of high selling value. One of the benefits of bamboo is used as concrete reinforcement. The basic problem is that the village community, especially the craftsmen, do not yet know about bamboo as concrete reinforcement, so they need mentors and motivators to increase community empowerment. The objectives of this activity include the achievement of the level of empowerment of members of the creative community group and the growth of the entrepreneurial spirit of the craftsmen through counseling and training. Methods for implementing the activities include: (1) providing guidance and training on how to produce concrete reinforcement from bamboo for the structure of simple houses; (2) providing training on bamboo treatment as concrete reinforcement; (3) providing counseling about the marketing and economic prospects of bamboo. The results achieved are the level of empowerment of members of the Community Creative Group increases. From the results of practical and theoretical tests, 80% of the builders did not make mistakes, and only 19.70% made mistakes. As many as 19.70% of the builders are skilled workers but still, need further assistance. And 80.30% of the builders are skilled workers who are independent and do not need further assistance. It can be concluded that training and guidance on bamboo as concrete reinforcement can improve the entrepreneurial spirit of the community with the formation of the Community Creative Group.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin kerja karyawan pada Koperasi di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1488 karyawan. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah 315 responden dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa linngkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin dan kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin dan kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karywan Koperasi di Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung pelatihan kerja, dan karakteristik individu terhadap produktivitas guru yang dimediasi oleh kompetensi guru SD/MI Muhammadiyah se-Kabupaten Lumajang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD/MI Muhammadiyah se-Kabupaten Lumajang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adal 102 orang guru yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Warp PLS 5.0. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelatihan kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas; (2) pelatihan kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru; (3) karakteristik individu, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru;(4) karakteristik individu, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru; (5) kompetensi, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru; (6) pengaruh tidak langsung dari variabel pelatihan kerja terhadap variabel produktivitas guru melalui variabel intervening kompetensi guru adalah tidak signifikan dan lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung variabel pelatihan kerja terhadap variabel produktivitas guru; (7) pengaruh tidak langsung dari variabel karakteristik individu terhadap variabel produktivitas guru  melalui variabel intervening kompetensi guru adalah signifikan, akan tetapi lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung variabel karakteristik individu terhadap variabel produktivitas guru.
