Abstract

This study aims to identify, describe, and analyze the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) as an effort to overcome learning loss in Economics for 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 16 Bekasi during the 2025/2026 academic year. Furthermore, this research also aims to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of PjBL. The research results indicate that the implementation of PjBL at SMA Negeri 16 Bekasi is structured, starting from thorough planning (coordination meetings, team formation, module development) to student-centered implementation. PjBL proved effective in increasing active student engagement, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and collaboration, as well as helping students apply economic theories in real-world contexts. This significantly minimized the occurrence of learning loss. Key supporting factors include the support of the Merdeka curriculum, the school's commitment, the active role of teachers, student enthusiasm, collaboration, and tangible project outcomes. However, there were also inhibiting factors such as time constraints, differences of opinion within student groups, limited facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of coordination among students.

Abstract

The research studied how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is applied to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) during the industry 5.0 period. Through a bibliometric method and complemented with a narrative review, this study systematically investigates the existing literature with a focus on trends, challenges, and opportunities brought about by the implementation of AI in workplace safety. Based on analysis of 383 publications released from well-renowned journals covering previous 5 years time frame, it was concluded that AI is pivotal in enhancing all industrial sectors' safety mechanisms. The findings indicate that AI technology can significantly enhance the safety of work environments and can lead to better health outcomes through predictive analysis and continuous monitoring. Even so, the study also uncovered major gaps, particularly regarding fair access to the benefits of AI society-wide and by industry sector. The findings of this study highlight the potential for AI to enhance OSH but recognise an urgent need for cross-disciplinary research in this field to fill the identified gaps and confirm an inclusive approach. These findings make an important contribution to the ongoing discussion on AI in OSH, as well as providing valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and industry practitioners seeking to create a safer and more sustainable work environment.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce has driven companies to find the best way to perform digital marketing and use e-word of mouth in attempting to drive customers to buy a certain product. Cosmetic products are an engaging category, so most people make in-depth search efforts before buying, especially on the Shopee marketplace platform. This research will analyze how digital marketing and electronic word of mouth influence the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening products through the Shopee platform. This research applies a quantitative approach with associative research. Data was collected from distributing questionnaires to 170 respondents who had purchased Scarlett Whitening products at Shopee. The data analysis techniques used included a validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test using SPSS software. The study findings indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. In addition, it was also able to prove that electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, digital marketing and e-WOM substantially affect the Purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening products at Shopee, with digital marketing being the most dominant variable. These findings suggest that the quality of digital content, the clarity of product information, and the reliability of consumer reviews are important factors affecting consumer purchase decisions

Abstract

Ayam potong pedaging sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama masyarakat sebagai sumber protein hewani. Pengelolaan peternakan ayam potong pedagingpun sudah meningkat dari peternakan rumahan menjadi usaha sistemik berskala menengah dan besar dengan produksi ribuan ekor per bulan. Usaha ini sudah melibatkan biaya investasi dan operasional ratusan juta. Pengeloaan kandang ayam ini juga harus lebih intensif dan sistematis untuk mengurangi resiko dan meningkatkan efisiensi. Maka penerapan pengaturan sumber tenaga listrik untuk ketersedian kebutuhan listrik kandang menjadi hal sangat penting dan dominan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional kandang.  Dibutuhkan istem pengaturan lengkap melibatkan IoT dan pemantauan secara langsung melalui handphone.

Abstract

Feasibility evaluation is a crucial step in port development as it ensures that the project to be implemented provides optimal technical, economic, social, and environmental benefits. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of global research trends related to port feasibility evaluation, approaches applied in previous studies, and risks that arise when feasibility aspects are neglected in port development. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, the study analyzes articles published between 2020 and 2025 indexed in Scopus. The results show that there has been increasing global attention to the importance of sustainable ports focused on green technologies and terminal automation. However, many studies still overlook social and environmental risks in feasibility evaluations. The study also found that neglecting feasibility aspects can lead to economic losses, environmental damage, and social dissatisfaction, resulting in project failure. Therefore, this research emphasizes the need for a more integrated feasibility evaluation that includes all technical, economic, social, and environmental dimensions. This study is expected to contribute to the development of a more holistic feasibility evaluation model, especially for developing countries like Indonesia, which still face significant challenges in port modernization and the adoption of green technologies.
