Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve financial literacy among mosque youth as an effort to develop the Mosque Business Unit (BUM) in Karyamekar Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency. The training was conducted on November 14–15, 2025 at Classroom 2 of SDN Karyamekar 2, attended by 26 participants consisting of Linmas, mosque youth, and LPM members. The program used interactive lectures, group discussions, financial recording simulations, and practical exercises to develop simple business plans. Results show an increase in participants’ understanding of financial management, transaction recording, and mosque-based business planning. Participants were able to create simple business plans supporting mosque economic independence. This activity positively impacts the capacity of mosque youth as community economic empowerment agents

Abstract

Indonesia has extraordinary resources and potential in developing renewable energy sources (RES), but various obstacles must be overcome in implementing RES. The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap in the application of RES. This gap includes energy knowledge, community participation, battery waste management, service quality, regulation, and legal policy. This study uses a mixed-methods approach, by conducting a structured questionnaire in quantitative data collection, while qualitative data collection through special interviews, focused group discussions, and conducting policy regulation analysis. The results show that 62% of people do not understand RES, 28% are involved in project planning, and 74% are unaware of SOP (standard operating procedures) regarding battery waste recycling. The results of the correlation analysis reveal a positive relationship between the level of knowledge and interest in RES (R = 0.56). Also, the developed community-based participation model includes initial involvement, transparency of information, and local incentives. These findings further strengthen the compatibility of the innovation diffusion theory, planned behavior theory, SERVQUAL, and the theory of public interest. This study will make a practical contribution through evidence-based strategies in increasing resilience, especially for policymakers and energy service providers. The impact of the policy aspects includes the need for large reforms, education, public campaigns, and the realization of battery waste management systems. This study also provides an opportunity for further study by expanding the geographical scope and related industrial sectors.

Abstract

The production process in general is the process of transforming raw materials into finished products. A process is considered effective if it does not result in waste. This study aims to analyze the production process of the BP-018 suspension bracket and identify the issues occurring during its production. The methods used in this research include direct observation, data collection on the production process, and documentation of the work process. The analysis results show that there are several factors causing the ineffectiveness of the production process, including an imbalanced processing time, suboptimal use of machinery, and product defects due to operator errors.   Keywords: suspension bracket, production process, product quality   Abstrak Proses produksi secara umum merupakan proses pengolahan bahan baku menjadi produk jadi. Suatu proses dikatakan efektif jika dalam proses tersebut tidak menghasilkan pemborosan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa proses produksi bracket suspensi Bp-018, serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses produksinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi langsung, pengumpulan data proses produksi, dokumentasi proses kerja. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakefektifan proses produksi, antara lain waktu proses yang tidak seimbang, penggunaan mesin yang kurang optimal, serta adanya cacat produk akibat kesalahan operator.   Kata Kunci: bracket suspensi, proses produksi, kualitas produk

Abstract

This study aims to analyze problems in the manufacturing process of the BP-018 suspension shock bracket in order to improve production time efficiency. The shock is a tubular metal component that serves as a main part of the suspension bracket product. The production process of the shock bracket consists of several stages, including raw material cutting, first, second, and third-stage pressing, welding, grinding, and turning. The large number of processing stages required to produce a single shock bracket results in relatively long production time. Therefore, a production process analysis is necessary to identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization to increase time efficiency without reducing product quality.   Keywords: production time efficiency, BP-018 suspension shock bracket, production process, metal manufacturing, process analysis and optimization   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan pada proses pembuatan shock bracket suspensi BP-018 guna meningkatkan efisiensi waktu produksi. Shock merupakan komponen berbentuk tabung yang menjadi bagian utama dalam produk bracket suspensi. Proses produksi shock bracket terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu pemotongan bahan baku, pengepresan tahap 1, 2, dan 3, pengelasan, penggerindaan, serta pembubutan. Banyaknya tahapan proses dalam pembuatan satu produk shock bracket menyebabkan waktu produksi menjadi relatif lama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis proses produksi untuk mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan dan optimasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi waktu tanpa mengurangi kualitas produk.   Kata kunci: efisiensi waktu produksi, shock bracket suspensi BP-018, proses produksi, manufaktur logam, analisis dan optimasi proses

Abstract

This study aims to identify, describe, and analyze the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) as an effort to overcome learning loss in Economics for 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 16 Bekasi during the 2025/2026 academic year. Furthermore, this research also aims to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of PjBL. The research results indicate that the implementation of PjBL at SMA Negeri 16 Bekasi is structured, starting from thorough planning (coordination meetings, team formation, module development) to student-centered implementation. PjBL proved effective in increasing active student engagement, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and collaboration, as well as helping students apply economic theories in real-world contexts. This significantly minimized the occurrence of learning loss. Key supporting factors include the support of the Merdeka curriculum, the school's commitment, the active role of teachers, student enthusiasm, collaboration, and tangible project outcomes. However, there were also inhibiting factors such as time constraints, differences of opinion within student groups, limited facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of coordination among students.
