Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought a significant impact in various fields, including pricing strategies. Value-Based Pricing as an approach that focuses on the perception of customer value is now increasingly optimized through the integration of AI technology. The study aims to explore how AI can support value-based decision-making through complex data processing and predictive analytics, as well as how critical thinking skills remain a key competency in interpreting results and establishing sustainable pricing strategies. This approach emphasizes the importance of synergy between technological sophistication and human cognition, in order to produce decisions that are not only efficient but also ethical and value-oriented in the long term. The results of this study show that the application of AI in Value-Based Pricing can improve the accuracy and speed of analysis, but still requires an active role of critical thinking in the context of interpretation and strategic decision-making.

Abstract

The implementation of Artificial Intelligence-based Decision Support Systems (AI-DSS) in recruitment has significantly enhanced efficiency; however, concerns regarding algorithmic bias persist. Existing AI-DSS models primarily emphasize explicit data, often neglecting psychological and behavioral factors essential for fair recruitment. This study integrates Person-Job Fit and Person-Organization Fit theories into AI-DSS while employing adaptive learning techniques to mitigate bias. Using a mixed- methods approach with an explanatory sequential design, this research combines quantitative analysis (statistical comparisons of AI-DSS and traditional hiring methods, bias evaluation using fairness metrics) with qualitative insights (interviews with HR professionals and candidates). The findings indicate that AI-DSS improves selection efficiency and candidate performance yet remains susceptible to biases derived from historical data. Adaptive learning enhances fairness; however, ethical concerns about transparency and accountability persist. This research strengthens the AI recruitment debate by suggesting a comprehensive model that balances the operational efficiency, ethical needs, and fair practices. Explaining AI paradigms requires additional research to establish trust and flexibility for AI recruitment systems.

Abstract

Social media has increasingly become a driving force for community innovation in cyberspace. Platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok have empowered individuals and groups worldwide to collaborate, share ideas, and innovate collectively. However, despite these opportunities, social media also presents significant challenges, including misinformation, algorithmic bias, and issues surrounding trust and privacy. Utilizing a mixed- methods research approach, this study combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to assess the impact of social media on community innovation. Data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis to understand engagement, collaboration patterns, and the challenges faced by users. The study aims to contribute to existing research by providing insights into how social media platforms can be optimized for innovation and what strategies can be employed to overcome the digital divide and algorithmic biases. This study finds social media significantly enhances community innovation, with surveys indicating 95% faster collaboration, 100% idea generation efficiency, and 90% solution implementation post- adoption. Persistent challenges include misinformation (84% agreement), algorithmic bias limiting diversity (90%), and access gaps excluding marginalized groups (87%). Mixed- methods data reveal a paradox: platforms democratize innovation yet perpetuate inequities. Opportunities emerge in algorithmic transparency (80% agreement) and policy-driven digital inclusion (78%). Reforms prioritizing ethical governance, transparent AI, and inclusive infrastructure are critical to equitably harness social media’s potential as a global innovation catalyst.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha Hijau dengan Program Wirausaha Merdeka (Wira Wiri UNJ) Angkatan 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei.  Peneliti menggunakan data mahasiswa yang mengikuti Program Wirausaha Merdeka (WiraWiri UNJ) 2024. Jumlah populasinya sendiri sebanyak 500 mahasiswa dari 100 kelompok, setiap kelompok berisi 5 orang dengan jumlah.sampel sebanyak 120. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Sructural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS Versi 4.0. hasil penelitian didapatkan Ekonomi Hijau memediasi pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Hijau pada Program WiraWiri UNJ angkatan 2024. Artinya, Ekonomi Hijau berfungsi sebagai penghubung atau jembatan yang memperkuat hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan niat untuk memulai bisnis ramah lingkungan (wirausaha hijau) di Program WiraWiri UNJ angkatan 2024. Artinya, semakin baik pemahaman mahasiswa tentang ekonomi hijau melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan, semakin besar pula dorongan mereka untuk memilih berwirausaha dengan memperhatikan kelestarian lingkungan. Jadi, ekonomi hijau membantu mahasiswa untuk lebih siap dan tertarik dalam menjalankan usaha yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Kejaksaan sebagai unsur penegak hukum dan keadilan merupakan salah satu syarat mutlak dalam mencapai tujuan nasional. Salah satu pilar Pemerintah yang berfungsi dalam mewujudkan tujuan nasional adalah Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia yang diberi tugas, fungsi, dan wewenang sebagai Penuntut Umum. Dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yang didasarkan pada landasan teoritis hukum positif di Indonesia. Penuntutan adalah tindakan penuntut umum untuk melimpahkan perkara pidana ke Pengadilan Negeri yang berwenang dalam hal dan menurut cara yang diatur dalam undang-undang ini dengan permintaan supaya diperiksa dan diputus oleh hakim di sidang pengadilan.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di Kota Semarang semakin mendesak dengan produksi harian mencapai 1.200 ton. Penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas Bank Sampah Maju Lestari dalam pengelolaan sampah anorganik melalui pelatihan daur ulang, pengembangan desain produk, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas produk, efisiensi pengelolaan sampah, partisipasi aktif masyarakat, pembentukan local leader, dan kesadaran baru terhadap pengelolaan sampah sebagai sumber ekonomi. Program ini berhasil memperkuat struktur organisasi, mengembangkan unit usaha berkelanjutan, serta mendorong transformasi sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan di Kampung Lestari.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of entrepreneurship education and creativity on technopreneurship readiness, mediated by technopreneurship intention, among vocational high school students in information technology. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 115 respondents out of a total population of 162 students at SMKN 45 and SMKN 53 Jakarta. Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 4.0.2 was employed for hypothesis testing. The results show that both entrepreneurship education and creativity have positive and significant effects on technopreneurship intention, and together they positively and significantly influence technopreneurship readiness through technopreneurship intention. These findings highlight the critical role of entrepreneurship education, creativity, and technopreneurship intention in strengthening technopreneurship readiness among vocational high school students in the information technology field.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of employee happiness, leadership, and agile mindset on work performance. The aim is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how individual and organizational factors interact to enhance employee performance. Data were collected from 200 employees of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk through a structured survey. The analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that employee happiness has a positive effect on work performance. Leadership that fosters trust and collaboration also has a significant impact on performance. Furthermore, the implementation of an agile mindset in HR practices plays an important role in increasing employee engagement and adaptability, which ultimately improves performance. These results highlight the importance of psychological and organizational factors in enhancing employee outcomes. This study contributes to the organizational behavior literature and offers practical implications for state-owned construction companies in developing leadership strategies, employee well-being, and an agile mindset to optimize performance.

Abstract

Organizations have an interest in holding various activities supporting the enterprise's image branding and product marketing. Events as media or communication activities certainly also require planning and marketing strategies so that the events carried out are successful. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of strategic marketing in achieving success in event management. This research involved the contribution of 206 respondents who were obtained through the SurveyMonkey questionnaire which was distributed via email, WhatsApp and Instagram. Methods of data analysis using the mean and linear regression processed with SPSS. This research focuses on the study of marketing strategies which include price, promotion and product differentiation which effect on the success of the event menegement. The findings show that pricing, promotion and product differentiation strategies have a significant influence on the success of the event. The recommendations given in this study are that companies need to devise and define a marketing strategy which includes price, promotion, product and distribution. By establishing a clear marketing strategy, the company's excellence can be increased and achieve better performance.

Abstract

The research studied how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is applied to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) during the industry 5.0 period. Through a bibliometric method and complemented with a narrative review, this study systematically investigates the existing literature with a focus on trends, challenges, and opportunities brought about by the implementation of AI in workplace safety. Based on analysis of 383 publications released from well-renowned journals covering previous 5 years time frame, it was concluded that AI is pivotal in enhancing all industrial sectors' safety mechanisms. The findings indicate that AI technology can significantly enhance the safety of work environments and can lead to better health outcomes through predictive analysis and continuous monitoring. Even so, the study also uncovered major gaps, particularly regarding fair access to the benefits of AI society-wide and by industry sector. The findings of this study highlight the potential for AI to enhance OSH but recognise an urgent need for cross-disciplinary research in this field to fill the identified gaps and confirm an inclusive approach. These findings make an important contribution to the ongoing discussion on AI in OSH, as well as providing valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and industry practitioners seeking to create a safer and more sustainable work environment.
