Symptoms of intolerance that was done by most of the ummah of Islam in Indonesia lately, shows that globalization has brought the ideology of the new that actually erode the identity of Islam Indonesia were very accommodating and tolerant of the wealth of local culture, upholding the values of diversity and emancipatory on the role of women in everyday life. Islamic educational institutions should play a role in the reconstruction of intolerance symptoms that Appeared lately. Through management soft skills-based Islamic education is expected to restore Islam Indonesia on Islam very famous identity steeped in local culture and uphold the values of diversity. This article reviews how the management arrangement soft skills-based Islamic education is Able to restore Islam Indonesia returned to his identity.

Dampak buruk tersebut diantaranya adalah kecemasan yang disebabkan perasaan terancam baik bagi penyintas (pernah terinfeksi), keluarga penyintas bahkan masyarakat yang sama sekali belum pernah terinfeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensitas kecemasan yang diakibatkan oleh pandemic ini, serta bagaimana efektifitas konseling islami dengan Teknik Desensitisasi sistematis sebagai integrase teknik yang relatife baru untuk mengatasi kecemasan akibat pandemic. Penelitian dirancang dengan metode single subject pre-post test design dengan melibatkan 3 muslimah yang mengalami kecemasan berat akibat pandemic COVID-19. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kecemasan diri yang disusun dengan skala linkert sebagai alat pretest dan posttest. Data yang diperloeh kemudia diuji dengan analisis statistic non parametric wilcoxon test. Konseli diajak untuk melakukan relfeksi serta secara bertahap mengurangi sensitifitas pada dampak pandemic melalui narasi-narasi berbasis agama yang pada akhirnya membuat ketenangan pada diri konseli. Meskipun begitu tetap ditemukan resistensi pada diri konseli terutama disebabkan oleh dorongan pikiran rasional mereka yang selalu mempertentangkan narasi agama dengan kondisi factual di masyarakat. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa pendekatanan keislaman cukup efektif untuk mengatasi kecemasan tersebut. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) diperoleh 0,010 < 0.05 yang berarti terjadi penurunan secara signifikan.

Bullying Merupakan fenomana kenakalan anak yang sangat sering ditemui saat ini. Ditemukan beberapa kasus, bullying justru disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan korban untuk berperilaku asertif (tegas) terhadap hal-hal negatif yang dilakukan oleh teman-temannya. Hal ini terjadi pada para santri di Pondok Pesantren Nashrul Ummah Mejobo Kudus. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan teknik sosiodrama selama delapan sesi pertemuan. Di akhir sesi setiap sosiodrama dilakukan refleksi terhadpa perilaku-perilaku negatif yang sering muncul pada kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Selain itu santri juga dilatih untuk melakukan zero tolerance terhadap hal-hal (perilaku yang mengarah ke bullying) dengan sikap yang tegas agar tidak mendapatkan perlakuak serupa di kemudian hari.

Desa Grawan Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Rembang merupakan salah satu desa dengan kategori Desa Merah atau desa miskin menurut pemetaan Bappeda Provinsi awa Tengah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana dasar kegiatan pariwisata; 2) Peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia dalam memberikan layanan pariwisata; dan 3) Peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga sumberdaya alam. Adapun target dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Peningkatan kemampuan pengolaan daerah wisata serta kualitas pengeola wista secara sisteematik dan terorganisir; 2) Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris dan Pemandu wisatawan agar dapat memberi layanan pemandu wisatawan dengan baik, serta 3) Pelatihan kegiatan pemanfaatan limbah dan potensi alam sebagai sumber ekonomi kreatif seperti cenderamata dari alang-alang dan eceng gondok. Metode yang digunakan untuk program inisiasi adalah sosialisasi dari tim yang menawarkan bantuan pelatihan keterampilan. Ditindaklanjuti dengan materi pelatihan-pelaatihan meliputi; pengelolaan kawasan wisata, pelatihan menjadi pemandu wisata, pelatihan branding sekaligus promosi tempat wisata, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan cenderamata dari bahan-bahan yang tidak terpakai seperti eceng gondok dan alang-alang.. Sebagai tambahan, tim KKN-PPM akan mengundang pihak koperasi/bank untuk memberi gambaran pinjaman lunak yang dapat diakses warga untuk mendanai perbaikan fasilitas mereka secara mandiri.

At 2045 Indonesia will have a bonus demography of human resources that will contribute greatly in the progress of NKRI. Is a big challenge for all parties, especially since starting January 2016 also enacted ASEAN Economic Community (ASEAN Economic Community) that allows the entry of various cultures from the ASEAN community. Needed human resources characterized so that along with the progress of civilization, the community retains its cultural character. The formation of karatker should start from education from an early age. Counseling and Counseling as an integral part of education has an important role in shaping the character of learners. For that it is necessary various strategies of guidance and counseling services, especially counseling specifically characterized the Indonesia-an taken from local wisdom and cultural values of Indonesia. Some examples of local wisdom that can be raised as the basic values of counseling are religious-spiritual values, kejawen values, sunda values, tri hita karana (bali), and are generally represented by the Indonesian education motto Ing Ngarso sung Tulodho, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani. The core value infusion of the philosophy of each local wisdom must be done so that the national character of Indonesia still exist in the midst of globalization and the progress of civilization. The main values of each culture will provide alternative references to problem solving, alteration and strengthening behavior that affirm the national identity of Indonesian society.

This article discusses the development of a conceptual framework gusjigang counseling model as a form of local wisdom Kudus Regency society. Gusjigang is fiolosofi life teachings of the Sunan Kudus that teaches people to be good at behaving, smart thinking and could trade. Gusjigang counseling model is also affedted with the nuances of Islamic counseling that emphasizes the values of Islamic religious teachings in the order of the famous Kudus religious communities. The counseling goal is to develop a noble character to humans, fosters systematic and scientific thinking skills as well as improve the tenacity, creativity, ability to innovate in order to survive.

GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION. Implementation of guidance and counseling in early childhood education institutions is a necessity. The juridical strengthening of guidance and counseling as part of education that can also touch early childhood education institutions starting from the issuance of Law no. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, followed by various derivatives of other regulations such as Government Regulation No. 19/2005 on National Education Standards, Government Regulation Number 74 Year 2008 on Teachers and Education Personnel, Permendiknas Number 27 Year 2008 to Permendikbud Number 111 Year 2014 on Guidance and Counseling on Primary and Secondary Education. Scientifically guidance and counseling study about human development holistically so relevant to the main purpose of early childhood education with the orientation of child development facilitation. This paper examines the relevance of scientific guidance and counseling to be implemented in early childhood education institutions and the legal basis that reinforces the practice.

DEVELOPING ASSERTIVE BEHAVIOR WITH SOCIODRAMA TECHNIQUES TO PREVENT BULLYING BEHAVIOR. The influence of mass media has an impact on the spread of bullying behavior including in the school environment. The negative impact of student bullying becomes depressed, performance decreases, and can ultimately lead to students dropping out of school. Therefore it needs to be prevented so that it does not expand, and the school becomes a friendly and pleasant environment. The purpose of this research is to provide students with an understanding of bullying behavior that can occur at school, and students can prevent it by behaving assertively. One way to prevent bullying is to develop assertive student behavior. Through PTBK students are trained to prevent bullying behavior with the guidance of sociodrama techniques. The reader can develop a model of preventing bullying behavior in the same way or in other ways, so that the school becomes a pleasant and friendly environment.
