Abstract

Rendahnya kemandirian belajar merupakan sikap yang harus dihilangkan dalam diri siswa, sebagai seorang pelajar harus memiliki kemandirisn dalam hal belajar agar siswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan dirinya. Bimbingan kelompok teknik self control merupakan sebuah layanan  yang diberikan kepada individu atau sekelompok orang  dengan menggunakan dinamika kelompok yang berpusat kepada diri siswa agar siswa mampu mencegah, mengatur, mengelola keinginan yang timbul dalam diri siswa  itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  1. dari penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Self Control maka dapat mengatasi rendahnya kemandirian belajar peserta didik di SMKN 3 PATI. 2. Memperoleh peningkatan efektifitas peserta didik dengan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Self Control dalam mengatasi rendahnya kemandirian belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas XI Busana 1 SMK Negeri 3 Pati, sebanyak 8 siswa yang memeliki masalah dalam kemandiri belajar. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik self control di SMK Negeri 3 Pati terdapat peningkatan disetiap sikluslusnya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil skor, pada pra siklus siswa memperoleh jumlah rata – rata 75 dengan kategori kadang – kadang (KD), kemudian di sklus I memperoleh jumlah rata – rata 122 dengan kategori sering (SR), serta pada siklus II memperoleh jumlah rata – rata 142 dengan kategori selalu (SL).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan tindakan peneliti dalam pelaksanaan layanan informasi media portofolio karier dalam meningkatkan kematangan karier pada siswa kelas XI IPS MA NU TBS Kudus. (2) Mendeksripsikan peningkatkan kematangan karier pada siswa kelas XI IPS MA NU TBS Kudus setelah pelaksanaan layanan informasi media portofolio karier. Penelitian dirancang dengan jenis penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling dan dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus kegiatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil pengamatan kolaborator yang menyatakan pada siklus I peneliti memperoleh skor 23(46%) kategori (Kurang). Siklus II peneliti memperoleh skor 37 (74%) kategori (Baik). Kematangan karier pada siswa kelas XI MA NU TBS Kudus telah mengalami peningkatan. Peneliti mengamati dari hasil pengisian skala kematangan karier yang telah diisi siswa menunjukan bahwa pada pra siklus siswa memperoleh skor rerata 8,1 (32%) kategori (Sangat Kurang), pada siklus I siswa memperoleh skor 13,7 (55%) kategori (Cukup), pada siklus II siswa memperoleh skor 19,2 (77%) kategori (Baik)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa di SMAN 2 Demak mengalami dampak negatif introvert. 2) Untuk mengatasi dampak negatif introvert dengan layanan konseling pada pendekatan konseling behavioristik teknik desensitisasi sistematis pada siswa di SMAN 2 Demak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dirancang dalam bentuk studi kasus. Subjek yang diteliti yaitu YB, DKS, dan SDRU siswa introvert kelas XI SMAN 2 Demak tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah: 1) Wawancara, 2) Observasi, 3) Dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah induktif. Adapun cara menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara sistematis mulai dari proses pengumpulan data, mengklarifikasi, dan mendiskripsikan masing-masing bagian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab dampak negatif introvert adalah rasa khawatir yang berlebih, pesimis dan tidak percaya diri, takut berpendapat dan tidak berani tampil di depan umum. Untuk membantu individu dalam mengatasi dampak negatif introvert maka diberikan konseling behavioristik teknik desensitisasi sistematis. Dengan menggunakan konseling behavioristik teknik desensitisasi sistematis dapat menghasilkan perubahan tingkah laku pada klien untuk mampu memulai berani berpendapat, lebih percaya diri, optimis dan berani maju di depan umum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe the implementation of group guidance services with homeroom techniques to improve anti-sex free attitudes in class XI TAV 2 students SMK Negeri 2 Kudus, 2) Know the increase in anti-sex free attitudes through group guidance services with homeroom techniques for class students XI TAV 2 of SMK Negeri 2 Kudus. Type of Research PTBK with stages: 1. Planning, 2. Implementation, 3. Observation, and 4. Reflections carried out in 2 cycles of research, each cycle carried out three meetings. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of the study were pre-cycle conditions. The number of free anti-sex attitudes of 8 students of class XI TAV 2 of SMK Negeri 2 Kudus was 133 with a percentage of 42% in the very poor category, at the end of the first cycle the score of anti-free sex was 202 with percentage 63% in the less category and at the end of the second cycle the number of anti-sex free attitudes from 8 students of class XI TAV 2 of SMK Negeri 2 Kudus was 263 with a percentage of 82% in the good category. Selin also concluded that the hypothesis of action that researchers made in chapter II which reads Homeroom Technical Guidance Service Group can increase the anti-free attitude of students of class XI TAV 2 of SMK Negeri 2 Kudus, declared acceptable.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the factors that cause online learning saturation in class XI majoring in catering services for the 2020/2021 academic year. 2) Helping overcome the saturation of online learning in class XI of the culinary service of SMK Negeri 3 Pati for the 2020/2021 academic year through Rational Emotive Therapy counseling.Based on the results of the study, it shows that after the counselee is given Rational Emotive Therapy Counseling, it can be seen that the cause is the counselee who is bored with online learning because he procrastinates on assignments and thinks there is no point in doing assignments if he doesn't understand the material, so that the counselee is left behind in a lot of subject matter and has a negative impact. on student grades. For this reason, counselors apply Rational Emotive Therapy counseling so that they can overcome student boredom during online learning.

Abstract

Research purposes: 1. Explaining the implementation of self-management technique group guidance can improve self-control in social media in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Kudus in the academic year 2022/2023. 2. To find out the increase in self-control in social media through group guidance on self-management techniques in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Kudus in the 2022/2023 academic year. Using the type of guidance and counseling action research (PTBK). The subjects of this study were 8 students of class XI with low self-control in social media. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study were the implementation of group guidance for two cycles with 6 meetings, applying self-management techniques with the stages of self-monitoring, self-evaluation, and giving reinforcement, elimination or punishment. There was a significant increase in student self-control in social media after being provided with services.

Abstract

REBT is a step in improving and changing irrational attitudes, perceptions, ways of thinking, beliefs and views of clients into rational ones. The purpose of this study is to describe counseling through a rational emotive behavior therapy approach to overcome anxiety when facing menstruation in early adolescence through seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Kudus.This research method is descriptive qualitative. The dependent variable in this study is anxiety during menstruation, while the independent variable is guidance services with discussion techniques. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, interviews. Analysis with data review methods, data reduction, data coding and data analysis.The results of the study were counseling on the REBT approach through discussion techniques with steps such as: assessment, antecedent event/activity, believe, consequence, disputing/treatment, effect/expectation and closure, and factors that cause anxiety during menstruation include lack of knowledge about menstruation, already entering menstruation. age of menarche, lack of support and love for mothers and lack of sources of information about menstruation.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1. The application of group guidance services with self-control techniques can overcome the low learning independence of students at SMKN 3 PATI. 2. Obtain an increase in the effectiveness of students' learning independence through group guidance services with self control techniques.Based on the results of this study, there is an increase in the self-control technique group guidance service at SMK Negeri 3 Pati. This can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle scores of students obtaining an average of 75 with the category of sometimes (KD), then in the first cycle the average number of 122 with the frequent category (SR), and in the second cycle the average number of - an average of 142 with the category always (SL).The conclusion of this research is that the self-control technique group guidance service increased by 15 scores from cycle I to cycle II. Thus overcoming the low learning independence of students can be improved through self-control technique group guidance services.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the factors that cause difficulties in dividing time between learning and organization. 2) Overcoming the problem of learning time management of students who are actively organized by using behavioristic counseling with Self Management techniques. This research uses qualitative research in the form of case studies. The subjects studied were AL and MK students at SMK 3 Pati in the academic year 2020/2021. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, observation and documentation.Based on the results of the study, it shows that after the counselee has not been able to manage study time properly because of delaying assignments due to organizational friends, not taking full lessons due to missing lessons, and not having a good daily schedule. To assist counselees in overcoming difficulties in managing time, counselors apply Behavioral Self Management counseling techniques that are proven to be able to overcome time management difficulties between studying and organizing by not procrastinating on assignments, participating fully in lessons so as not to miss lessons, and having a daily schedule and having priorities.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the assumption that the personal qualities of counselors are essential to be studied because the effectiveness of counseling services is also influenced by the subjective views of clients towards counselors as professionals who are asked to help them. In addition, there are different views on the personal profile of an effective counselor from the side of service users, which include principals, subject teachers, administrative staff, students, and parents, as well as the guidance and counseling professional community regarding how the counselor's figure is considered effective to provide counseling services to them. This study aims to determine the views and expectations of service users and professional colleagues regarding the personal profile of effective counselors. The method used was descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that effective counselors must display good personal identity through integrity, emotional stability, and psychological maturity in providing guidance and counseling services. This has implications for the performance of counselors in serving clients who must demonstrate self-management and integrity to gain more trust in the community.
