Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini menginvesitigasi manajemen hubungan sekolah dengan orang tua siswa dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas sekolah. Informan penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, guru, Wakil Humas, dan orang tua siswa, dengan instumen penelitian dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini hubungan sekolah dengan orang tua siswa adalah mendukung peningkatan kualitas belajar siswa kualitas lulusan sekolah, dan kualitas pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMP di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SMP di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih sebanyak 129 orang, yang dipergunakan untuk sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 guru dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.0 dan manual. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 2) Motivasi kerja guru terhadap berpengaruhb secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 3) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Disiplin Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, angket, dokumen dan obeservasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih yang berjumlah 58 orang. Karena populasinya kurang dari 100 maka pada penelitian yang dijadikan sampel adalah semua guru di SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih yang berjumlah 58 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru baik parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Outdoor Learning method can improve the learning outcomes of SBdP of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 30 Palembang. This research is a type of quantitative research using the experimental method of True Experimental Design in the form of posttest-only control design. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables (X), namely the Outdoor Learning method and the dependent variable (Y), namely student learning outcomes. The population of this study were students of class VB and VC SD Negeri 30 Palembang which amounted to 56 students, the samples taken were class VB students as an experimental class of 28 students taught using the Outdoor Learning method and class VC as a control class of 28 students taught conventionally. In sampling using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study is an art making test, the test is used to improve student learning outcomes in SBdP subjects. Data analysis techniques using t-tests. The results showed the value of tcount = 4.487> ttable = 1.674 and a significant value <0.05 then HO is rejected, which means that there is an effect of the Outdoor Learning method on student learning outcomes in SBdP subjects in grade V SD Negeri 30 Palembang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna, nilai dan fungsi pada gaya bahasa mantra pengobatan tradisional di Desa Srikaton. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data yang berasal dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi bersama para informan. Gaya bahasa pada mantra ini berupa lantunan bahasa Jawa dan Arab. Mantra ini telah digunakan sekitar 15 tahun dan telah mengobati kurang lebih 1000 jiwa. Hasil analisis makna pada gaya bahasa mantra tersebut diperoleh makna denotatif, konotatif, emotif dan kognitif. Fungsi pada gaya bahasa mantra menerangkan kefungsiannya dalam memohon pertolongan kepada Tuhan, meminta perlindungan, menghilangkan penyakit, dan penenang hati. Nilai yang terkandung dalam mantra tersebut meliputi nilai hubungan manusia dengan manusia, hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri, hubungan manusia dengan alam dan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti melakukan analisis gaya bahasa dari mantra pengobatan menggunakan kajian antropolinguistik. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai wujud pendokumentasian terhadap salah satu jenis sastra lisan agar tidak menghilang dari kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

The acquisition of language in children is one of the greatest and most amazing human achievements, which is why this problem has received great attention for analysis. Language acquisition and speaking are both interrelated aspects. Talking is the most effective form of communication. Aspects of biological maturity, and cognitive and social environment affect the acquisition of children's language and speaking abilities. However, not all children have good language development, some children experience disturbances in their biological aspects so that the acquisition of language and speech is delayed. These problems are interesting for further analysis related to the factors of language development in children with (speech delay). The research findings indicate that several words were mispronounced, leading to information that did not match the child’s intended meaning based on the observations and interviews that the researchers conducted during the study. The study revealed that toddlers with speech impairments had trouble pronouncing and articulating words clearly. Even simple words in daily activities at home were shaky in some cases. Researchers can also draw the conclusion that, despite the fact that the child interacts often with parents, relatives, and neighbors in their social milieu, the youngster nonetheless exhibits speech difficulties. This is a result of the child's frequent inability to articulate the thoughts that are going through his mind, even in a single sentence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine 1) the influence of principal leadership on teacher professionalism 2) the effect of work culture on teacher professionalism 3) the effect of organizational commitment on teacher professionalism 4). the influence of principal leadership, work culture, and organizational commitment to teacher professionalism. This study uses quantitative methods as a research method. This study shows that 1) principal leadership has no partial and insignificant effect on teacher professionalism with a value of t count <of t table or 1.972<1.9908 2) there is an effect that work culture has a partial and significant effect on teacher professionalism with the value of t count> from t table or 5,319> 1,988. 3) work commitment has a partial and significant effect on teacher professionalism with a value of t count> t table or 2.656. > 1,988. 4) there is an influence of leadership, work culture, and work commitment that have a simultaneous and significant effect on teacher professionalism with a value of f count> t table or 2.656. > 2.71.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal management and learning media on student achievement at SD Negeri Gugus 11 Prabumulih Timur. This study was conducted on elementary school teachers and students in the East Prabumulih cluster. The sample size was taken as many as 89 samples of public elementary school teachers and students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely, where the respondents who were taken were part of the teachers and students. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 69 statement items. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) principal’s management and teacher’s learning media simultaneously and significantly influence student’s achievement; 2) principal’s management partially and significantly influences student’s achievement; and 3) teacher’s learning media partially influences and significant to student’s achievement in SD Negeri Gugus 11 Prabumulih Timur. This paper contributes to more give attention the principal’s management and teacher’s learning media to have good student’s achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Madrasah Principal Leadership, Teacher Learning Media, and Teaching Styles on Student Achievement at Madrasah Aliyah in Banyuasin III District. In this study, quantitative methods were used as research methods. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 80 statement items. This study shows that 1) the leadership of the madrasa principal has a partial and significant effect on student learning achievement with a t-count value > from t table or 7.721> 1.9839 2) Learning media has a partial and significant effect on student learning achievement with a t-count value > from t table or 21.753 > 1.9839 3) the teaching style of the teacher has a partial and significant effect on student learning achievement with a t count value > from t table or 12,247 > 1.9839 and 4) simultaneously the leadership of the madrasa principal, learning media and teacher teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student achievement with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 with f count 166.575 > f table 2.70

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the principal's academic supervision on the teaching quality; 2) to analyze the influence of school culture on the teaching quality; 3) to analyze jointly academic supervision of the principal and school culture on the teaching quality. The samples of this study were 47 PNS teachers and 10 non-PNS teachers. Data collection techniques were 1) questionnaire; 2) documentation. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS Version 21 software program application. The results showed that 1) there is significant effect of the principal's academic supervision on the teaching quality; 2) there is a significant effect of school culture on the quality of teaching; 3) there is a significant effect of principal academic supervision and school culture together on the teaching quality of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Prabumulih.
