Abstract

Pendidikan harus dimulai sejak anak usia dini.  Pendidikan dari sejak  dini sangat penting, karena pada saat inilah anak mengalami proses tumbuh kembang yang sangat pesat. Tentunya untuk mengoptimalkan dan membantu proses tumbuh kembang anak diperlukan stimulus yang tepat dari orang di sekitar anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan mengenal lambang pancasila pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pelita Mekar. Jenis penelitiannya adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah anak-anak dengan usia 5 sampai 6 tahun di TK Pelita Mekar. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya peneliti menggunakan teknik  observasi. Observasi ini yaitu peneliti melakukan pengamatan secara langsung pada saat proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal lambang pancasila di TK Pelita Mekar belum optimal dan berada pada kategori MB (Mulai Berkembang) dengan skor 2 dari setiap pertanyaan. Salah satu faktornya adalah kurang menariknya cara penyampaian pembelajaran sehingga anak mudah bosan dan kurang memahami terkait materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Pengangguran di Kota Bandung masih tinggi yang menyebabkan masyarakat krang mampu dan kurang berdaya. Kewirausaahn dan kemandirian yang merupakan suatu rangkaian pengetahuan yang diperlukan bagi seseorang untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian peserta didik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran gambaran dan menelaah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian, permasalahan solusi dalam kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan di Lembaga kursis dn pelatihan. Hasil penelitian lembaga kursus dan pealtihan telah menerapkan manajemen pelatihan dengan baik dengan di dukung instruktut yang kompeten dan sarana yang memadai dan sebagai penghambat antara lain: peserta keluar saat pelatihan dan mahalnya harga-harga kosmetik sebagai solusi melakukan pendekatan secara personal memberikan motivasi memfasilitasi dengan kosmetik. Kesimpulan pelatihan kewirausahaan tata rias pengantin dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian dilakukan dengan manajemen yang baik dan mampu menumbuhkan kemandiriandalam membuka usaha dan hisup lebih sejahtera. Rekomendasi pemangku kebijakan perlu meningkatkan koordinasi dan sinkronisasi dan lembaga tingkatan tata kelola yang professional dan sebaiknya diadakan penelitian lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang manajemen BOS dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri melalui kegiatan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan, serta untuk mendeskripsikan kendala dalam pengelolaan dana BOS dan solusi pada kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode studi kasus, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian meliputi: 1) perencanaan disusun dalam bentuk Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Madrasah (RKAM) berdasarkan usulan berbagai kegiatan, 2) pengorganisasian berbentuk Tim Pengelola BOS dengan pembagian tugas dan tanggungjawab yang masih bersifat global, 3) pelaksanaan berupa penggunaan dana BOS, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban, 4) pengawasan berupa pengawasan melekat yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah, Tim BOS Kabupaten, dan Tim BOS Provinsi, 5) kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan dana BOS bervariasi, namun kendala yang paling sering muncul adalah berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia yang kurang mampu mengelola BOS secara optimal, dan 6) solusi pada kendala dalam pengelolaan dana BOS salah satunya adalah dengan mengoptimalkan peran Kepala Madrasah dan Bendahara dalam pengelolaan dana BOS. Simpulan penelitian adalah pengelolaan dana BOS dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada madrasah tsanawiyah negeri sudah dilaksanakan walaupun belum optimal dan masih memerlukan perbaikan secara serius pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, maupun pengawasan.

Abstract

This study's objectives were to measure students' interest in reading at Tasikmalaya City's Mangkubumi Elementary School and examine how the GLS was being used. Reading interest is an important skill to learn because reading is a habit that every child needs to develop from an early age in order to succeed academically. This study combined a quantitative technique with a descriptive methodology consist 45 students from the school took part in the study. A questionnaire with five indicators on a student's interest in reading and interviews with literacy-teacher were the study tools employed. The data were examined using a descriptive data analysis approach. The results showed that there were two indications with low scores: (1) the habit of supporting reading activities and (2) the desire to read. In addition, two indicators—the enjoyment of reading and interest in books—have ordinary values, while one indicator—the urge to read books—has a high value. The findings show that while respondents are already aware of the value of reading, they are not being encouraged to read at school or at home, which may be influencing their desire and interest in reading activities. This research is beneficial to the advancement of knowledge, particularly in the field of literacy in primary education.

Abstract

Adequate education services are the right of all citizens of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia, including children with special needs. One of the basic human capitals to be able to become a respectable human being is seen from listening skills. Because listening skill is a self of value that must radiate as a form of self as a social being. Listening skills in children with special needs are a fundamental area that is rarely touched upon in any research context. The Indonesian Education University's laboratory elementary school in this context has attempted to provide inclusive school services for children with special needs, however these efforts have only been made in this study. The solution taken to solve this problem is to apply digital media which is seen as having high value and attractiveness for children with special needs who want to improve their listening skills. The results of this preliminary research show that Android digital media can be applied to simulate and optimize the listening skills of children with special needs.

Abstract

In the social development of children, children's social development is very important in living in society with other people, therefore in socializing in their community children must have good social behavior without any unsocial behavior. The purpose of this study was to describe the important role of parents in preventing AUD social behavior problems. This research uses the method of library research (library research). The results of this study concluded that the role of parents is very important in stimulating the development of social behavior, children print parental behavior at home because children are reliable imitators, the importance of the role of parents in implementing parenting and habituation, religious norms and values ​​in an effort to prevent social behavior problems in children. As parents who want their children to have good social behavior, parents must be able to apply parenting/educational methods and use good habituation methods regarding norms and religion while at home.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using geoboard media on the understanding of two-dimentional figure for children who have visual impairments in the inclusion class of SLB Aisyiah Singaparna. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with the Single Subject Research method and the A-B-A research design. The subjects in this study were students who had visual impairment at the early childhood level with the initials FSS who had difficulty understanding the concept of two-dimentional figure. The results of this study indicate that the mean FSS level at the baseline-1 stage (A-1) is 55.2%, then at the intervention stage (B) the mean FSS level has increased to 78.1% and the mean level in the baseline-2 phase (A-2) to 91.0%. As for the results of the analysis in conditions, it was found that the geoboard media had a positive influence where this was shown in the estimation of the direction of the trend, the trend of stability, the data trail, the level of stability and range, and the level of data change. Likewise with the analysis between conditions, it is described in the number of variables that are changed, changes in direction and effects, trends in stability, changes in levels, and data overlap. Based on these results, it can be concluded that geoboard media can be used as a medium to improve understanding of two-dimentional figure for students who have visual impairments at the early childhood level in the Aisyiah Singaparna SLB inclusion class

Abstract

Social financial knowledge is knowledge related to finance in everyday life that is important for every individual from all walks of life, including persons with disabilities, one of whom is an individual with visual impairments. Based on a preliminary study on 5 special schools in Tasikmalaya City, the socio-financial knowledge of individuals with visual impairments is still low. This is shown by the students not being able to recognize and distinguish nominal banknotes. The low socio-financial knowledge of individuals with visual impairments is caused by the absence of appropriate specific learning media for students to be able to recognize and distinguish nominal money through their physical characteristics. This research aims to develop learning media that is capable of facilitating the socio-financial knowledge of individuals with visual impairments in recognizing and distinguishing banknote denominations. The research subjects consisted of sixteen individuals with visual impairments. The research method used is Design Based Research (DBR) which consists of four research stages, namely: 1) problem identification and analysis; 2) prototype solution design; 3) repeated cycles in testing and improving the design; 4) reflection to generate design principles and implementation. The data collection technique used was interviews with teachers and tests on individuals with visual impairments. Learning media has gone through the stages of expert validation and user validation. The results of the product were declared fit for use to facilitate social-financial knowledge of individuals with visual impairments in recognizing and distinguishing banknote denominations. Pengetahuan sosial finansial adalah pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan keuangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang penting dimiliki oleh setiap individu dari berbagai kalangan termasuk penyandang disabilitas, salah satunya individu dengan hambatan penglihatan. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan pada 5 SLB di Kota Tasikmalaya, pengetahuan sosial finansial individu dengan hambatan penglihatan masih rendah. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan peserta didik belum mampu mengenal dan membedakan nominal uang kertas. Rendahnya pengetahuan sosial finansial individu dengan hambatan penglihatan disebabkan belum adanya media pembelajaran khusus yang tepat untuk peserta didik dapat mengenal dan membedakan nominal uang melalui ciri fisiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang mampu memfasilitasi pengetahuan sosial finansial individu dengan hambatan penglihatan dalam mengenali dan membedakan nominal uang kertas. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam belas individu dengan hambatan penglihatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Based Research (DBR) yang terdiri dari empat tahap penelitian, yakni: 1) identifikasi dan analisis masalah; 2) perancangan prototype solusi; 3) siklus berulang dalam pengujian dan penyempurnaan rancangan; 4) refleksi untuk menghasilkan prinsip-prinsip desain dan implementasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara pada guru dan tes pada individu dengan hambatan penglihatan. Media pembelajaran telah melalui tahap validasi ahli dan validasi pengguna. Hasil produk dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk memfasilitasi pengetahuan sosial finansial individu dengan hambatan penglihatan dalam mengenal dan membedakan nominal uang kertas.

Abstract

This study aims to detect early childhood learning readiness in cognitive aspects. The type of research used is Educational Design Research (EDR). This study uses the Reeves model, with two trials. The subjects in this study were fourteen parents of children aged 6-7 years and fourteen PAUD teachers. The instrument used is a questionnaire (check list) and documentation. The research procedure consists of 4 stages, namely 1) Analysis and exploration; 2) design and construction; 3) evaluation and reflection; 4) Maturing intervention and theoretical understanding. The result of the research is that the instrument for detecting early childhood learning readiness in cognitive aspects can be used by teachers and parents to detect children's learning readiness.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi kesiapan belajar anak usia dini pada aspek kognitif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Educational Design Research (EDR). Penelitian ini menggunakan model Reeves, dengan dua kali uji coba. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah empat belas orang tua anak usia 6-7 tahun dan empat belas guru PAUD. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar angket (check list) dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitiannya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu 1) Analisis dan eksplorasi; 2) desain dan konstruksi; 3) evaluasi dan refleksi; 4) Maturing intervention dan theoretical understanding. Hasil penelitian adalah instrumen deteksi kesiapan belajar anak usia dini pada aspek kognitif dapat digunakan oleh guru dan orang tua untuk mendeteksi kesiapan belajar anak.
