Abstract

The influence of artificial intelligence (AI)-based deep learning and digital technologies on students’ entrepreneurial creativity, with digital literacy as a moderating variable, is the focus of this study. The research background is grounded in the increasing level of digital skills possessed by students and the growing role of AI technologies in vocational education, particularly in fostering entrepreneurial creativity as a critical competency in the digital economy era. A quantitative method was employed with a sample of 180 students from SMK Negeri 4 Klaten, who were surveyed through a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that AI-based deep learning and digital technologies in education have a positive and significant impact on students’ entrepreneurial creativity. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS. Digital literacy not only directly affects creativity but also significantly moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial creativity, digital technology, and deep learning. More than 50% of the variability in entrepreneurial creativity can be explained by the model, as indicated by an R-square value of 0.546. These results demonstrate that digital literacy and smart technologies are strategic factors in enhancing students’ entrepreneurial creativity. The study further highlights the need to strengthen digital literacy and integrate AI into vocational learning. It also provides important implications for the development of technology-based entrepreneurship curriculam.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation and impact of the Papuan Cultural Studies and Modernization (PBPM) contextual project-based learning model at Sekolah Anak Indonesia (SAI), a boarding school serving indigenous Papuan students. The background of this research is Papua’s low Human Development Index, largely due to educational disparities and culturally unresponsive curricula. This study aims to analyze PBPM’s implementation, its effects on regional identity, motivation, and student engagement, as well as key enabling and inhibiting factors. A qualitative case study design was used, with purposive sampling involving 32 students, 10 teachers, and 4 foundation structural members. Data collection involved semi-structured interviews, observations conducted in classrooms, and analysis of relevant documents, which were then examined using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that institutional support, curriculum flexibility, and community involvement are critical to PBPM’s success. The model strengthens students’ cultural identity, motivation, and practical skills, but faces challenges such as a shortage of culturally sensitive teachers, language barriers, and limited resources. PBPM offers an innovative framework that can be adapted to other indigenous educational contexts, with future research prospects including the development of bilingual instruction and alumni tracking.

Abstract

Technological advancements in classroom education are evolving at a rapid pace, offering a multitude of innovative applications, particularly for assessment purposes. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, benefits, and limitations of the Quizizz assessment application within the context of high school economics education. Adopting a qualitative research methodology with a case study design, the study collects data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The participants in this research include economics teachers and 8th-grade and 11th-grade social science students from a private school in Indonesia who have utilized Quizizz for their economics classes. To ensure the validity of the data, both source and technique triangulation are employed. The data analysis process involves three main steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the Quizizz application significantly enhances student motivation and engagement in the learning process. The benefits of Quizizz include creating an enjoyable learning environment and fostering a competitive spirit among students. However, the study also identifies some challenges, such as issues with internet connectivity and the potential for academic dishonesty, which have been addressed through various measures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran wali kelas dalam mengelola keberagaman sosial peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Keberagaman latar belakang sosial dan karakter siswa memunculkan dinamika interaksi yang memerlukan pengelolaan sosiologis yang tepat. Permasalahan penelitian berfokus pada bagaimana wali kelas menjalankan perannya dalam membangun relasi sosial yang harmonis di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk peran wali kelas dalam mengelola keberagaman sosial peserta didik di SD Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Pracimantoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wali kelas berperan sebagai mediator sosial, penanam nilai toleransi, serta fasilitator interaksi sosial yang inklusif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran wali kelas berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan iklim sosial kelas yang kondusif dan menghargai keberagaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran keluarga dalam membentuk budaya kesadaran pendidikan di masyarakat pedesaan Kabupaten Pacitan. Budaya ini dipahami sebagai kesadaran kolektif tentang pentingnya pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan mobilitas sosial. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan orang tua, guru, dan tokoh masyarakat sebagai informan kunci. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa keluarga berperan sebagai agen sosialisasi utama yang menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan pada anak-anak melalui motivasi, disiplin belajar, dan perilaku teladan. Modal budaya keluarga secara signifikan memengaruhi pembentukan habitus pendidikan; keluarga dengan modal budaya yang lebih tinggi cenderung memberikan dukungan belajar yang lebih terstruktur dibandingkan dengan keluarga dengan modal budaya yang lebih rendah. Studi ini juga menemukan peningkatan kesadaran kritis di kalangan masyarakat pedesaan mengenai pentingnya pendidikan, meskipun kendala ekonomi, lingkungan sosial, dan persepsi tradisional tetap menjadi tantangan. Secara keseluruhan, kesadaran pendidikan di pedesaan Pacitan muncul melalui interaksi antara peran keluarga, modal budaya, dan dinamika sosial yang lebih luas. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat desa dalam memperkuat budaya pendidikan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Communication-based classrooms are an inclusive education approach that utilises augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) technologies to support learners with special needs. The aim is to increase learners' participation, engagement and communication skills in the learning process, as well as to address their communication barriers. It also aims to develop digital literacy and social integration skills, creating a more inclusive and supportive learning environment. The study in this research uses the literature study method. The results show that: firstly, communication-based classrooms have benefits for improving learners' digital literacy skills, better social integration and emotional well-being. Secondly, this method can help overcome communication barriers often experienced by learners with special needs, giving them equal opportunities to reach their academic and social potential. Thirdly, there are challenges in implementing communication-based classrooms such as limited resources and budgets, lack of teacher training and skills, difficulties in integration with the current curriculum, and mixed attitudes and acceptance from learners, teachers and parents towards the use of technology in education. Overcoming these challenges requires a holistic approach that includes increased budgets, continuous training for teachers and socialisation to change negative views about technology in education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana reproduksi prestasi akademik berlangsung melalui perspektif kapital budaya keluarga. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan desain studi kasus pada sekolah menengah atas di wilayah pedesaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan siswa, orang tua dan guru serta didukung oleh observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan prestasi akademik rendah umumnya berasal dari keluarga yang belum mampu membangun iklim belajar yang kondusif di rumah. Meskipun orang tua mendukung anak untuk bersekolah, dukungan tersebut cenderung bersifat normatif dan belum diwujudkan dalam pendampingan belajar yang efektif. Keterbatasan pengetahuan orang tua, termasuk pemanfaatan teknologi, menyebabkan fasilitas belajar seperti telepon genggam lebih banyak digunakan untuk hiburan daripada menunjang kegiatan akademik. Kondisi ini memperlihatkan bahwa kapital budaya keluarga tidak hanya berkaitan dengan ketersediaan sumber daya, tetapi juga dengan kemampuan keluarga mengarahkan dan mengelola sumber daya tersebut secara edukatif.

Abstract

The challenge of education today is a generation that is starting to weaken its work ethic and religisitas. This makes teachers need to equip students with material that is integrated with Islamic values, including in mathematics learning. The purpose of this study is to describe Islamic values in mathematics learning in the era of 4.0 by knowing how to implement it and mathematical topics that can be integrated with Islamic values. The research subjects consisted of mathematics subject teachers and students. Through observations and interviews, it was found that Islamic values of patience, honesty, never giving up and tawakkal were integrated in mathematics learning. The implementation of Islamic values is carried out by linking mathematics learning materials with the content of the verses of the al-Qur'an
