Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the gold guarantee financing system at BMT UGT Nusantara capem Blega, Bangkalan Regency. This research uses a qualitative type of research. Data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study explain that the financing product of BMT UGT Nusantara that can be used as an alternative to meet the need for cash quickly and easily is Gold Guarantee Financing abbreviated as PJE. This product uses the contract Rahn Bil Ujrah. In this financing there are special requirements given to prospective customers. Among them, for goods / gold that want to be used as collateral as financing must be in the form of real gold, both old gold and young gold. The gold valuation stage of BMT UGT Nusantara capem Blega Adjust to market prices. Furthermore, in the repayment stage, customers can pay off their loans at any time without waiting for maturity. And lastly, in the auction stage. BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Blega does not arbitrarily auction collateral, but must fulfill several auction procedures set by BMT UGT Nusantara. Abstract

This study aims to examine QRIS as a payment tool for donations among mosque congregants in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Utilizing a modified Technology Acceptance Model incorporating the variables of trust and perceived risk, the research population consists of mosque attendees in D.I. Yogyakarta who have previously donated using QRIS. A sample of 139 respondents was collected through both online and offline questionnaire distribution. The analysis technique employed is PLS-SEM. The findings indicate that perceived ease of use and trust positively influence attitudes toward using QRIS. Conversely, perceived usefulness does not significantly affect attitude toward using. Additionally, perceived ease of use positively impacts perceived usefulness, while perceived risk does not influence attitude toward using. However, perceived risk negatively affects trust. Notably, the attitude toward using QRIS positively correlates with intending to use it for donation purposes. The results suggest that attitude toward QRIS is the most significant contributor to the intention to use it. This study is expected to serve as a reference for Islamic banks and mosque management in fostering collaboration to educate congregants about QRIS, facilitating its adoption and enhancing interest in using QRIS as a payment method for donations.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang dapat diakses oleh siswa berkebutuhan khusus, namun tidak semua mahasiswa memahami pentingnya hak cipta dalam pembuatan media tersebut. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan mengenai hak cipta dalam pembuatan buku panduan media pembelajaran inklusif untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mahasiswa S-1 Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Islam Malang yang mengikuti mata kuliah Math for Special Needs. Kegiatan ini melibatkan dua tahap, yaitu pemberian materi tentang Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) dan pelatihan pendaftaran hak cipta secara online. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang hak cipta dan proses pendaftarannya, serta berhasil mendaftarkan lima produk buku panduan media pembelajaran inklusif sebagai hak cipta. Keberhasilan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih kreatif dan memahami pentingnya perlindungan hukum atas karya mereka, serta berkontribusi pada pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia. Implikasi dari program ini adalah pentingnya integrasi pengetahuan hak cipta dalam pendidikan tinggi untuk mempersiapkan calon pendidik yang kompeten dan profesional dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan legal.

Abstract

Sengon plants today are often found in rural areas. With a fairly short harvest period, but the harvest is quite a lot. Often processed into raw materials for furniture and other home needs. This research was tried in the 4th to 7th month of 2022 located in Krajan Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency. This study chose RAK as the method. The factors used are two, namely the 1st factor (4 levels) and the 2nd factor (3 levels). This studies intends to: 1) Recognize the consequences of the type of seed irrigation device on the development of sengon seeds. 2) Recognize the consequences of sowing media arrangement on the development of sengon seeds. 3) Recognize the relationship between the consequences the kind of seed irrigation media & the arrangement of sowing media in the growth of sengon seeds.

Abstract

WeTV is an online streaming application widely used by Indonesia's people as an entertainment medium while at home. This application has been downloaded more than 50 million times on the official Google Play Store website. The number of users who use it makes the reviews of this application abundant as well. Large numbers of reviews are very difficult to read manually, sentiment analysis is needed to classify reviews into positive and negative classes. This study uses a support vector machine algorithm with a linear kernel to classify review data from the WeTV application. KDD was used as a method to complete this research. In the analysis process to obtain information, 4 scenarios were carried out, with the division in the first scenario consisting of 60% training data and 40% test data, the second scenario consisting of 70% training data and 30% test data, the third scenario 80% training data and 20% test data, and the last scenario 90% training data and 10% test data. The highest test results of 85% were obtained from the second scenario with the distribution of training data of 70% and 30% of test data, the third with the distribution of training data of 80% and 20% of test data, and the fourth with the distribution of training data of 90% and test 10% data. The confusion matrix is used as an evaluation of the model that has been made, the results show an accuracy in the first scenario of 83%, with a precision value of 83%, recall 89%, and an f1-score of 86%. The accuracy in the second scenario is 85%, precision is 86%, recall is 89%, f1-score is 87%, accuracy in the third scenario is 85%, precision is 85%, recall is 90%, and f1-score is 88%. And the fourth scenario gets an accuracy of 85%, precision 86%, recall 90%, and f1-score 90%.

Abstract

This research is concerned with consumer attitudes towards online shopping and factors that influence consumers to shop online. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that influence consumers to shop online. The research method used uses a qualitative approach with a single case type case study method. The population was students from Al-Hikmah Singgahan University - Tuban, while the sample size was 20 people taken using a convenience sampling technique. From the research results, it is known that website design factors are the factors that most influence consumers' attitudes towards online shopping, followed by convenience which is the second factor that most influences online shopping attitudes, then energy saving factors and security factors.

Abstract

Pengembangan kreativitas pembelajaran merupakan usaha yang dilakukan oleh setiap elemen Pendidikan, khususnya bagi tenaga pendidik atau guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran secara materiil atau pun secara metodologi dan substansinya. Secara materiil salah satunya adalah dari aspek bahan ajar yang disesuaikan dengan pengembangan pengetahuan, bahwa kreativitas pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam merupakan suatu proses dimana guru dapat menunjukkan kepada siswa tentang aturan atau struktur yang mendasarinya, kemudian membiarkannya sendiri dan membuat kalimat baru. Metode pembelajaran PAI di MTS An-Najah Matanair yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi kepada siswa-siswi sebagai berikut: Metode ceramah, metode demonstrasi, dan metode diskusi. Sedangkan media atau alat peraga yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam di MTS An-Najah Matanair di antaranya sebagai berikut; papan tulis, poster, dan LCD. Pengembangan metode pembelajaran merupakan suatu bentuk kreativitas dalam proses belajar mengajar, karena peserta didik tidak hanya dituntut untuk menyimak materi yang disampaikan oleh guru, tetapi mereka diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya, bahkan mereka juga diberikan waktu untuk mendiskusikan materi yang akan dipelajari di kelas. The development of learning creativity is an effort made by every element of education, especially for educators or teachers to improve the quality of the learning process in material or methodologyand its substance. Materially, one of them isfrom the aspect of teaching materials which is adapted to the development of knowledge. The creativity of learning Islamic religious education is a process where Islamic religious education teachers can show students about the underlying rules or structures, then let them do it themselves and creating new sentences. In the PAI learning method at MTS an Najah Matanair that can be used by teachers in delivering material to students, namely the lecture method, the method of demonstration, and the method of discussion. While the visual media used in Islamic Education learning at MTS an Najah are blackboards, posters, LCD. Meanwhile, developing learning methods is a from of creativity in the teaching and learning process, because student are not only required to listen to the material presented by the teacher, but they are given the opportunity to ask questions, even discuss the material to be learned in class.

Abstract

This paper to describe the problems in finding a good partner or commonly called kafaah, se kufu’ 'between the bride and groom. One of the problems to find a good partner is the issue of kafaah or so called kufu' between the bride and groom. Kafaah can also be called a match or equal, similar, balanced or harmonious. That is, the harmony between the prospective husband and the prospective wife so that interested parties do not object to the continuity of the marriage. For example, men are equal to their future wives, equal in position, equal in social status, ethics and wealth. While the focus of this research, namely 1) about the urgency of kafaah in marriage and 2) the implications of kafaah on the integrity of the household. The type of research in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The next process is transcribing, labeling the information obtained in observations and interviews. Then classify the data that has been coded according to their respective cognate themes. Furthermore, in qualitative data analysis is drawing conclusions and verification. While the results of this study, namely: 1) The Urgency of Kafaah in Marriage, including; Kafaah is the right for prospective wives and guardians, a factor that can encourage the creation of happiness in the household, guarantee the safety of women from failure or household shocks, and a balance in terms of education and the economy. 2) Implications of Kafaah on the Integrity of the Household, namely; Aspects of mutual understanding, Aspects of affection, Aspects of cooperation, and Aspects of communication. Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan dalam mencari pasangan yang baik atau biasa disebut kafaah, se kufu'' antara kedua mempelai. Salah satu masalah mencari pasangan yang baik adalah masalah kafaah atau disebut kufu' antara kedua mempelai. Kafaah juga bisa disebut serasi atau sederajat, serupa, seimbang atau serasi. Artinya, keharmonisan antara calon suami dan calon istri agar pihak yang berkepentingan tidak keberatan dengan kelangsungan pernikahan. Misalnya, laki-laki sederajat dengan calon istrinya, sederajat kedudukan, sederajat dalam status sosial, sederajat, dan sederajat. Sedangkan fokus penelitian ini yaitu 1) tentang urgensi kafaah dalam pernikahan dan 2) implikasi kafaah terhadap keutuhan rumah tangga. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Proses selanjutnya adalah menyalin, memberi label pada informasi yang diperoleh dalam observasi dan wawancara. Kemudian mengklasifikasikan data yang telah diberi kode sesuai tema serumpunnya masing-masing. Selanjutnya dalam analisis data kualitatif adalah penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Sedangkan hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Urgensi Kafaah dalam Nikah, meliputi; Kafaah adalah hak bagi calon istri dan wali, faktor yang dapat mendorong terciptanya kebahagiaan dalam rumah tangga, jaminan keselamatan perempuan dari kegagalan atau goncangan rumah tangga, dan keseimbangan dalam hal pendidikan dan ekonomi. 2) Implikasi Kafaah terhadap Keutuhan Rumah Tangga, yaitu; Aspek saling pengertian, Aspek kasih sayang, Aspek kerjasama, dan Aspek komunikasi.
