Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning strategies, implementation and efforts to improve learning strategies for Islamic religious education in mentally retarded children in SLB PLUS ABCD Binawarga. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data collected in this study were participatory observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. The analysis carried out in this study is through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. The results showed that (1) the learning strategy of Islamic Religious Education in mentally retarded children was good, the teacher also understood the characteristics of students in a very short period of time and was able to change learning strategies spontaneously following the flow of students and the level of focus on learning. (2) The implementation of Islamic religious education learning strategies for mentally retarded children, students become happy and cheerful about learning, knowledge is absorbed by students. (3) efforts to improve the learning strategy of Islamic religious education teachers are required to develop individual programs so that learning can be useful in social life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parents attention on student achievement in MIN 12 Ciamis. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, with a population of 401 people, and a sample of 51 people which is taken by using purposive sampling technique, and using data collection techniques namely questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Based on the result of data processing it is obtained that the attention of parents of students in MIN 12 Ciamis is quite good (Mean = 83,3 on a scale of 90,2 – 82,4 with good classification). While the learning achievement of student in MIN 12 Ciamis is quite sufficient (Mean = 78 is on the interpretation scale 84 – 75 with sufficient classification). And the influence of parents attention on student achievement in MIN 12 Ciamis has a significant positive effect on the moderate category, it is proven that rs = 0,56 is at an interval of 0,41 – 0,60 and tcount (4,72) is greater than t table (1,68). The attention of parents determines students achievement by 31% while the remaining 69% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze how the empowerment of human resources in the district Ciwaringin MAN Model Cirebon, then how the implementation strategy and the latter is what are the factors that support and block it. The study is conducted by researchers is the research field (field research) with qualitative research model. This study gives an overview of basic cultivated, depth of the relevant facts and reality. The data collection techniques through interview, observation and documentation in the hope of complementarity between them. The results from this study is that MAN Model Ciwaringin not apply management empowerment of human resources, and have not found the right strategies to implement the empowerment of human resources management as well as a lot of factors that hinders

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of teacher leadership on the character building of students in MIN 12 Ciamis. This research is expected to be useful in developing science, improvement and reference for researchers, teachers, and principals in carrying out education in the future. The method used for this research is descriptive quantitative method. Population of 370 people and sample as many as 25 respondents with Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation along with guidelines. Data processing is done through descriptive data processing with Rank Spearman correlation (r_s). Based on the results of data processing obtained that the influence of teacher leadership on the character building of students in MIN 12 Ciamis has a positive and significant influence with a very high category, with r_s = 0.82 at intervals of 0.81 – 1.00. The calculation result of thitung and ttabel is 6.8634 ≥ 1.714 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Teacher leadership influenced the character building of learners by 67.24%, and the remaining 32.76% was determined by other factors such as from inside and outside the learners.

Abstract

In today's human existence, the corporate sector has evolved to a very high level. Because of the quick pace of growth, people now have access to a wide range of career opportunities. And a job application letter is one of the highly vital letters and has a very tight tie with the world of business. This letter is the first step in making a meeting between an organization that functions as a target and the candidate who works as a letter writer, which will lead to an agreement over an employment connection. Concerning the act of composing this letter, it undoubtedly involves the application of adverbs or the selection of adverbs whose application is impacted by the context of the circumstance.

Abstract

One of the functions of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly is to oversee the management of APBD which is a form of policy interpretation, political commitments and priorities in deciding where regional money should be spent and from which funds should be collected. DPRD Labuhanbatu-Selatan as a formal institution that is officially instituted is the voice of the needs of the people, it becomes very important that the supervision of budget management. In supervising APBD management, the Labuhanbatu-Selatan DPRD requires clear guidelines on mechanisms and procedures regulated by local regulations. This is in accordance with what is implied in the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 29 of 2002 on About the Guidelines for Management, Accountability and Supervision of Regional Finance as well as the Procedures for the Formulation of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, Implementation of Regional Financial Procedures and Preparation of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Calculations. However, until now the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Labuhanbatu-Selatan Regency has not yet regulation (Local Regulation) which regulates the guideline of the implementation of the supervisory function on the management of APBD so that in carrying out its supervisory function, the DPRD of Labuhanbatu-Selatan Regency still has obstacles. The scope of this research is to use normative research procedure. The purpose of this research is to know the Implementation of DPRD Oversight Function on Management of Regional Budget and Expenditure (APBD) of Labuhanbatu-Selatan Regency Based on Law Number 9 Year 2015 About Local Government. The research approach used is the approach of legislation and conceptual approach and approach with interview method. This type of legal material consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and Al-qur'an Hadist. The technique of collecting legal materials used is literature study which is then processed by using the legal material selection system in data processing techniques. The legal material was analyzed and then drawn conclusions and then provided a prescriptive of the results of the study. Based on the results of research that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation of the function of supervision DPRD Labuhanbau-South district of APBD management is still not maximized. This is because there is no regulation that specifically regulates the supervision system on APBD management. ABSTRAK Salah satu fungsi DPRD adalah melakukan pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan APBD yang merupakan wujud penterjemahan kebijakan, komitmen-komitmen politik dan prioritas dalam memutus kemana uang daerah harus dibelanjakan dan dari mana dana yang harus dikumpulkan. DPRD Labuhanbatu-Selatan sebagai lembaga perwakilan rakyat yang terlembagakan secara formal adalah penyuara kebutuhan rakyat, maka menjadi sangat penting adanya pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan anggaran. Dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan APBD, DPRD Labuhanbatu-Selatan membutuhkan pedoman yang secara jelas mengenai mekanisme dan prosedur yang diatur dengan peraturan daerah. Hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diisyaratkan dalam Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 29 Tahun 2002 Tentang Tentang Pedoman Pengurusan, Pertanggungjawaban Dan Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah Serta Tata Cara Penyusunan Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Daerah, Pelaksanaan Tata Usaha Keuangan Daerah Dan Penyusunan Perhitungan Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Daerah. Namun hingga saat ini DPRD Kabupaten Labuhanbatu-Selatan belum Perda (Peraturan Daerah) yang mengatur khusus mengenai pedoman pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan APBD sehingga dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasaannya 0DPRD Kabupaten Labuhanbatu-Selatan masih terdapat kendala-kendala. Ruang lingkup penilitian ini adalah menggunakan tata cara penilitian normatif.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Fungsi Pengawasan DPRD Terhadap Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Labuhanbatu-selatan Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 9 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pemerintah Daerah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual serta pendekatan dengan metode wawancara. Jenis bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan Al-qur’an Hadist. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan sistem seleksi bahan hukum dalam teknik pengolahan data. Bahan hukum dianalisis kemudian ditarik kesimpulan dan selanjutnya memberikan preskriptif tentang hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan DPRD kabupaten Labuhanbau-Selatan terhadap pengelolaan APBD masih belum maksimal. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada Perda yang mengatur khusus mengenai sistem pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan APBD.
