Abstract

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the respiratory tract that is still a serious health problem in all countries, not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. In one of the private hospitals in Kota Bandar Lampung, suspected asthma patients amounted to 84 patients in June. Known relationship between exposure to asthma allergens at work with asthma complaints at the Pulmonary Poly Outpatient Installation of Bandar Lampung Private Hospital in 2023. This research method is observational analytic with a cross-sectional research design. The location of the study was conducted at Bandar Lampung Private Hospital.The sample in this study was asthma patients with working status aged 15-65 years. Sampling is done by consecutive sampling technique. This research instrument used the ACT and SFAR questionnaires by filling out questionnaires, and data analysis using Chi Square. Based on the frequency distribution of respondents with exposure to allergens amounted to 72.6%, and respondentsn with uncontrolled asthma amounted to 76.2. Based on bivariate analysis showed that exposure to allergens with asthma complaints (p-value 0.245). Conclusion:There is no relationship between exposure to allergens at work and asthma complaints (p-value 0.245) at the Outpatient Installation Poly of Bandar Lampung Private Hospital in 2023. It is hoped that the next researcher will study more deeply about the sample with inclusion criteria not only working but housewives must also be examined because of the number of housewives who suffer asthma is quite a lot in the hospital.

Abstract

Mengintegrasikan strategi pengelolaan keuangan dengan faktor makroekonomi merupakan upaya multifaset yang sangat penting bagi organisasi bisnis di masa lalu. Studi multidimensi ini mengeksplorasi hubungan rumit antara aspek-aspek penting ini dan dampak kolektifnya terhadap kinerja dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kerangka desain tinjauan pustaka. Pendekatan ini melibatkan analisis sistematis dan komprehensif terhadap penelitian akademis, jurnal ilmiah, dan publikasi industri yang ada berkaitan dengan pokok bahasan tersebut. Tim peneliti dengan cermat meninjau artikel, buku, dan laporan yang ditinjau oleh rekan sejawat untuk mengumpulkan wawasan dan pengetahuan yang relevan. Penelitian ini menyoroti sinergi dinamis antara pengambilan keputusan keuangan dan lingkungan ekonomi yang lebih luas dengan menggali kerangka teoritis, model kuantitatif, bukti empiris, dan studi kasus dunia nyata. Selain implikasi praktisnya, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi pada literatur yang ada dengan menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori dan penerapan. Hal ini memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang bagaimana integrasi membentuk kinerja dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Seiring dengan terus berkembangnya lanskap bisnis, penelitian di masa depan dapat memanfaatkan temuan-temuan ini untuk mengeksplorasi tren dan teknologi baru yang semakin meningkatkan upaya integrasi, sehingga mendorong keberhasilan berkelanjutan bagi organisasi bisnis di dunia yang terus berubah. Temuan utama pada saat itu mengungkapkan bahwa integrasi yang sukses membekali organisasi dengan ketahanan untuk menghadapi gejolak dan ketidakpastian ekonomi. Hal ini memberdayakan mereka untuk membuat pilihan strategis yang terinformasi, memposisikan mereka untuk memanfaatkan peluang pertumbuhan sambil memitigasi risiko. Studi ini juga menggarisbawahi implikasi praktis dari integrasi, menawarkan wawasan nyata bagi para praktisi dan pengambil keputusan.

Abstract

Currently smoked fish is known as the superior cuisine of Prigi Beach, Trenggalek Regency. The local government in Trenggalek Regency was quite successful in empowering the community around Prigi Beach through training in producing smoked fish while at the same time utilizing abundant fish resources. However, their production and marketing processes were still conventional that which negatively impacted the profit since the products were deteriorated before they were all sold due to the limited targeted consumers that were Prigi Beach tourists. This community service offered solutions and methods such as counseling and practices regarding healthy, preserved, and safe storage for smoked fish process based on the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and digital marketing training continued with gifting packing and freezer tools to one group of artisans. This activity was joined by 20 artisans in Tasikmadu Village, Prigi Bay, Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency. After one month of monitoring and guidance by the community service team, artisans could improve their products into healthy, preserved, and safe products. Also, their market is widened not only limited to the beach, but also through Instagram and other social media. Thus, their profit gradually increased since August.

Abstract

So far, academics and practitioners are quite familiarwith the term environmental law, which in Indonesian is known asthe rule of law. Referring to the type of government that the statebased on law is a general idea or concept that is not related to anyparticular field of law. Even though the study of why environmentallaw is needed is very focused on the impact of environmental damagecausedbymassiveexploitationinordertofulfilleconomicdevelopment. As a caliph on earth, it is appropriate for humans toprotect and care for the earth and everything in it. However, in aneffort to improve the quality of life, humans try their best to processandutilizenaturalresources.Environmentalexploitationalsoinvolves the private sector on behalf of companies or corporations.The stagnation of law enforcement efforts by prioritizing criminalsanctionshasresultedinafeelingofdeterrenteffecthavingdisappeared and the law as if it is not obeyed by the perpetrators ofenvironmentalcrimes,becausethisresearchfocusesmoreonstudying environmental criminal law related to the aspect of urgencyprioritizing criminal sanctions against perpetrators ofenvironmentalcrimes life. This study uses a normative research model, researchbased on analyzing legal principles, norms and all regulations thatapply in the legal system in Indonesia related to the environment.This normative research will analyze laws and regulations and tostrengthen the results of the research the authors use xample as areinforcement of research results. The results of this study indicatethat the application of criminal sanctions has a high urgency, becausecriminal sanctions havea deterrent effect.

Abstract

Peternakan sapi merupakan sektor yang paling potensial di Desa Mulyorejo, Kecamatan Ngantang, Kabupaten Malang. Sapi perah merupakan jenis sapi yang paling banyak diternak yang menghasilkan susu. Permasalahan peternak di Desa ini adalah rendahnya produktivitas susu karena manajemen pakan yang kurang terkontrol dan sisa pakan yang terlalu banyak yang menjadi limbah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini melaui implementasi mesin pencacah rumput. Kegiatan penelitian meliputi analisis permasalahan mitra, desain dan manufaktur mesin, implementasi ke mitra, dan evaluasi. Mesin pencacah rumput dapat mencacah hingga kapasitas 177 kg/jam pada kecepatan 1800 rpm. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pada implementasi mesin pencacah rumput diperoleh hasil bahwa sisa pakan berkurang dan produktivitas susu meningkat. Sehingga, implementasi mesin pencacah rumput bagi mitra efektif, tepat sasaran, dan solutif.

Abstract

This paper presents the development of Smartphone app for monitoring the heart rate, which used as a tool for life-based learning. The app featured life-based experiments for undergraduates' students through do-it-by-your-self activities. This app was developed with Firebase to create a heart rate monitoring system interface as well as a framework for life-based experiments. Also, this app had video features as learning resources. We used an experimental method to evaluate the proposed system of learning. The subjects were 30 undergraduate students who were separated into two groups. Based on our survey, student learning outcomes increased by 35 percent compared to conventional experiments.

Abstract

Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) are nano-sized carbon that resembles tubes and has the potential to be used in various aspects of applications. Some of  the CNT carbon capture  methods include arc discharge, lasser ablation, CVD and electrodeposition. The advantage of the electrodeposition method is that the production cost is cheap and the preparation is easy. Electrodeposition is the precipitation of substances by using a direct electric current, with CO2 as the reactant. Factors that affect the growth rate of CNT are voltage, temperature, carbon source, electrode and time. The variation of the electorative time used was 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, 150 minutes, 180 minutes. The data collection process begins by shaping and measuring the weight of the electrode (Ni) with a diameter of 2 cm CNT deposition area. measuring the weight and melting Li2CO3 at a temperature of 750. then the CO2 flow rate setting, voltage setting  5V and time setting were then characterized by SEM-EDX and XRD. The results of the study showed that the optimal time obtained with a time of 120 minutes, the resulting CNT deposition rate was 1,618 g cm-2 h-1. Then based on the characterization of XRD and SEM, it shows that the longer the electrodeposition time, the less impurities are contained in the results obtained.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a world health problem. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020 states that the number of diabetes mellitus patients has affected more than 500 million people, this number is expected to increase to 642 million (55%). In Indonesia, DM is the third largest case of death at 6.7% after stroke and CHD. DM control can be done with physical activity (diabetic foot exercise), because the permeability of the membrane to glucose increases when the muscles contract because muscle contractions have insulin-like properties. Objective: To determine nursing care for people with diabetes mellitus with foot exercise therapy nursing interventions at Class II-A Women's Prison Bandar Lampung. Method: The design of this scientific paper uses a descriptive design. The data collection method in this scientific paper uses interviews, observation and the application of foot exercises to patients managed by Mrs M and Mrs H. Results: It was found that diabetic foot exercise can reduce blood glucose levels where Mrs M with current blood sugar pretest was 320 mg/dl and decreased to 120 mg/dl in the posttest. Whereas in Mrs H with current blood sugar pretest 240 mg/dl decreased to 120 mg/dl in the posttest. Conclusion: Diabetic foot exercise can reduce blood glucose levels. Suggestion: It is hoped that the results of this study can increase the knowledge of people with diabetes mellitus about foot exercises in reducing and controlling blood glucose levels. Data dari World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2020 menyatakan jumlah pasien diabetes melitus telah menyerang lebih dari 500 juta orang, jumlah ini diperkirakan meningkat menjadi 642 juta (55%). Di Indonesia sendiri DM menjadi kasus kematian terbesar ketiga sebesar 6,7% setelah stroke dan PJK. Pengendalian DM dapat dilakuakan dengan aktivitas fisik (senam kaki DM), karena permeabilitas membran terhadap glukosa meningkat saat otot berkontraksi karena kontraksi otot memiliki sifat seperti insulin. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan pada penderita diabetes mellitus dengan intervensi keperawatan terapi senam kaki di Lapas Perempuan Kelas II-A Bandar Lampung. Metode: Design karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan design deskriptif. Metode penggumpulan data pada karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan penerapan senam kaki pada pasien kelolaan Ny M dan NY H. Hasil: Didapatkan pemberian senam kaki diabetes dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa dalam darah dimana pada Ny M GDS pretest 320 mg/dl dan menurun menjadi 120 mg/dl pada posttest. Sedangkan pada Ny H GDS pretest 240 mg/dl menurun menjadi 120 mg/dl pada posttest. Simpulan: Senam kaki diabetes dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Saran: Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan penderita diabetes mellitus tentang senam kaki dalam menurunkan serta mengendalikan kadar glukosa darah.

Abstract

  Pendahuluan: Cedera kepala merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan kematian di dunia. Al-Qur'an memberikan kedamaian pada sistem dan elemen tubuh manusia. Murottal Al-Qur'an adalah bacaan Al-Qur'an yang dibacakan oleh Qori' atau Qori'ah sesuai dengan tartil dan tilawah yang mengalir dikemas dengan indah dalam media audio seperti kaset, CD atau data digital. Tujuan: Sakit Kepala dengan Terapi Pelengkap Murottal di Ruang Igd RSud Abdul Moeloek Tahun 2021 Metode:Metode Rasakan naik turunnya pelafalan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang dibunyikan. Dengarkan murottal sampai selesai selama kurang lebih 22 menit. Terapi music murottal surah Ar-Rahman memiliki durasi 11 menit 19 detikdengan tempo 79,8 denyut per menit (bpm). Tempo 79,8 bpm adalah tempo lambat. Setelah 20 menit, bukamata Anda dan tarik napas lagi melalui hidung dan hembuskan melalui mulut Anda Hasil :Setelah dilakukan pengkajian pada Klien hipertensi didapatkan Pada Klien dengan keluhan utama nyeri cidera kepala. Diagnosa 1000 yang muncul pada kasus nyata berdasarkan kondisi dan respons . Adapun diagnosa 2000 yang muncul psebagai berikut: Nyeri kepala sedang. Rencana Asuhan Keperawatan Komprehensif Pada Klien Cedera Kepala Sedang Dengan Terapi Komplementer. Pelaksanaan Asuhan Keperawatan Komprehensif Pada Klien Cedera Kepala Sedang Dengan Terapi Komplementer Murottal yang dilakukan sesuai SOP.Evaluasi pada klien dengan masalah nyeri pasien cedera kepala teratasi dengan terapi murottal dengan hasil efektif.Dokumentasi Dilakukan dengan mengdokumentasikan semua kegiatan dan hasilnya, mulai dari pengkajian hingga ke dalam catatan perawat yang ada dalam status klie sebagai bukti tanggung jawab dan tanggung jawab dikemudian hari. Simpulan : Evaluasi klien dengan masalah nyeri cedera kepala teratasi dengan terapi murottal dengan hasil yang efektif.
