Abstract

The Role of Entrepreneur Knowledge and Self-Efficacy toward Technopreneurship: The Moderating Effect of Learning Strategies. Objective: To determine the effect of entrepreneur knowledge and self-efficacy on technopreneurship which is moderated by the learning strategy of Universitas Negeri Medan students. Method: This research was done using a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was students of the faculty of economics, the sample tehnique was random sampling and the number of selected samples was 198 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data from research participants for 15 days. The data were analyzed using moderate regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS. Findings: entrepreneur knowledge has a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship. Learning strategy moderate the influence of entreprenur knowledge on tecunopreurship  Furthermore, the learning strategy also moderates the effect of self-efficacy on technopreneurship. Conclusion:These findings imply that university managers, faculty, and entrepreneurship centers to review the intensity of technopreneurial activities so that students can benefit from these programs. Focusing more on direct experience rather than theory or classroom lectures will help students to understand more about technoprenership and thus choose technopreneurship as their career. Keywords: entrepreneur knowledge, self-efficacy, technopreneurship, learning strategies.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v14.i2.202457

Abstract

Abstract: E-commerce Reaching Trends in Higher Education: A Meta-synthesis (1999-2023). The purpose of this study was to review the development of the scientific literature on teaching e-commerce in higher education. The method used was a meta-synthesis of the Scopus database and resulted in 123 relevant articles. The main results of this study are: (1) the scientific literature on teaching e-commerce in higher education began to emerge in 1999; (2) the authors, journals, citations, and countries involved in research in this area are still very few; (3) research collaborations have not been formed significantly; and (4) the common themes of research articles on teaching e-commerce in higher education. The results of this study will be useful for readers to find out the model of writing about e-commerce teaching in higher education, identify potential collaborations with authors and institutions in different countries, and develop new topics on e-commerce in business education and entrepreneurship. Keywords: e-commerce, e-commerce education, business education, entrepreneurship education, bibliometrics.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v14.i1.202431

Abstract

Abstract: A Bibliometric Analysis of Global Research for Mapping the Green Entrepreneurial Intentions. The discussion is carried out through publication trends, influential authors, and thematic developments in the context of green entrepreneurial intention. This research aims to explain the increasing importance of environmental sustainability and the role of green entrepreneurship in overcoming social problems, combating climate change, and encouraging environmental conservation. Although interest in the topic of green entrepreneurial intention research is increasing, there is a need for a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing green entrepreneurial intention, as well as the evolution of research in this area. We used bibliometric analysis methods to examine bibliographic information quantitatively, concentrating on collecting data from the Scopus database, covering the years 2000–2024. The analysis has revealed a significant increase in research on green entrepreneurial intention, especially post-COVID-19, indicating increased awareness of environmental sustainability. The study also highlights the most cited articles and their impact on the field, emphasizing the importance of green entrepreneurial orientation and green knowledge management in driving green innovation. Findings suggest that green entrepreneurial intentions are an important area of research that has implications for policy, education, and business practice, as well as contributing to global efforts toward sustainable development. The original value of the article comes from its systematic approach in analyzing the green entrepreneurial intention research landscape, providing theoretical understanding and practical guidance for research and applications in this field. Keywords: sustainable entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, bibliometric analysis, green entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Indonesia comprises various ethnic cultures, which has its own uniqueness. One element of culture is a livelihood system. The Minangkabau ethnic community has a uniqueness that is represented by the tradition of migrating and the livelihood system of trading. Migrants were initially only carried out by men but later were also joined by women. Many Minangkabau women migrants are successful in their overseas and trading businesses. This prompted this research to be carried out with the title Minangkabau Woman Creativepreneurship. This paper applies qualitative approach, with ethnographic research methods and an anthropolinguistic paradigm. The informants in this research were 10 Minangkabau women who were creative in running their businesses. The location of this research is Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra Province. This research found 7 (seven) Minangkabau Woman Creativepreneurship values, namely: (1) religiosity, (2) hard work, (3) discipline, (4) honesty, (5) never giving up, (6) thriftiness, and (7) creativity. These values were internalized from the teachings of the Minangkabau adat. It is deemed that cultural values are represented in and internalized from language in the form of adages, forming attitudes, character, ethos and ethics and behavior, leading to their success. These findings are relevant to the current state of unemployment rates and in motivating local cultural education in the education system.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan berjalannya waktu dan peningkatan proliferasi teknologi, tren modern dan prospek pengembangan logistik telah ditentukan dalam makalah ini. Pengelolaan sumber daya secara efektif membantu pendekatan pengembangan yang sesuai dengan konsisten dan seimbangnya semua sumber daya yang sudah ada. Hal ini karena pengelolaan sumber daya yang efektif membantu meningkatkan wawasan tentang ketersediaan sumber daya serta meningkatkan ke arah yang lebih baik, tidak hanya pada aspek lingkungan tetapi juga pada profitabilitas dan keseimbangan manusia. Terkait dengan konsep modern dalam logistik, makalah ini bertujuan untuk menggeneralisasi dan menganalisis konsep pengembangan logistik modern utama yang disebut geologistics dan pentingnya munculnya konsep ini dalam perspektif maritim. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis telah digunakan. Makalah ini mengevaluasi artikel jurnal atau tinjauan berdasarkan judul, abstrak, dan kata kunci yang diterbitkan selama beberapa dekade hingga tahun-tahun terkini. Dengan demikian, hasil yang ditinjau dalam makalah ini adalah definisi konsep geologistics yang dapat didefinisikan sebagai memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di lokasi tertentu dengan mengoptimalkan pendekatan inovatif dalam rantai pasokan untuk pasokan yang berkelanjutan bagi kebutuhan manusia, pentingnya geologistics yang dapat membantu dalam proses global manufaktur dan layanan, dan gambaran perbandingan antara logistik hijau dan geologistics.

Abstract

As digital transformation progresses, understanding the elements that motivate students in higher education to pursue digital entrepreneurship has become increasingly essential. Indonesia, as one of the largest developing digital economies, provides a vital context where high digital literacy among youth has not yet translated into strong entrepreneurial activity, making its university students a critical population for examining the education–intention gap. Most prior studies addressed digital entrepreneurial education and competence independently, with limited efforts to link them in explaining entrepreneurial motivation. This research analyzes the intermediary influence of digital entrepreneurial self-efficacy in bridging the effects of digital entrepreneurial education and digital competence on students’ entrepreneurial intentions among 173 university students in West Java, Indonesia, utilizing a structural equation modeling approach. Analysis outcomes demonstrate that digital education and competence strengthen students’ confidence to initiate digital ventures. This heightened self-efficacy, in turn, becomes the most decisive factor influencing entrepreneurial intention. Digital competence alone does not directly foster intention but becomes influential when accompanied by strong self-belief, indicating that technical proficiency must be complemented by psychological readiness. The research merges the theory of planned behavior and social cognitive theory to construct its conceptual framework to connect intention development with efficacy processes, illustrating how digital learning and skills collectively foster entrepreneurial motivation. Practically, it highlights the importance of educational designs that simultaneously build competence and confidence to cultivate capable and resilient digital entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha skala kecil dan menengah subsekor fesyen di Kota Bandung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha skala kecil dan menengah subsekor fesyen di Kota Bandung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode non probability sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha skala kecil dan menengah subsektor fesyen di Kota Bandung. Orientasi pasar menggambarkan kemampuan untuk memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan hari ini dan masa depan sekaligus juga menggunakan kemampuan mereka untuk menyediakan solusi unggul bagi pelanggan dari pesaing mereka. Orientasi kewirausahaan membantu mengidentifikasi dan menanggapi pasar lebih cepat dari pesaing dalam rangka menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dan mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini untuk produsen garmen adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja seperti orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan yang bisa mengembangkan wawasan mereka dan mengubah pandangan dalam berwirausaha

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning method in increasing students' participation in Economics subjects and to analyze differences in participation between male and female students. An experimental class taught using the TPS model and a control class taught using traditional methods were part of a quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control group. Two-Way ANOVA was used to evaluate the data, which were gathered through structured observation of students' participation in class. The results show that the TPS learning model is more effective in improving students’ participation compared to conventional teaching methods. In addition, gender-based disparities in participation were found, with both male and female students benefiting from TPS. These findings highlight the importance of interactive and cooperative learning strategies in fostering active classroom engagement. However, this study is limited by the relatively small sample size and the focus on a single school context, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings. Furthermore, student participation was measured only through observational data without incorporating psychological factors. Therefore, future studies are recommended to involve larger and more diverse samples, apply mixed-method approaches, and include additional variables such as self-efficacy, motivation, and learning interest to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of student participation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran efikasi diri dalam memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, sikap berwirausaha, terhadap niat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis Smart PLS, penelitian ini melibatkan 380 mahasiswa aktif sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis Smart Partial Least Sequare PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendidikan kewirausahaan, sikap kewirausahaan mempengaruhi niat kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa Universitas Pelita bangsa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa tidak dapat hanya berfokus pada aspek pengetahuan atau penyampaian materi kewirausahaan semata. Pendidikan kewirausahaan harus berperan sebagai sarana yang mampu membangun pemahaman praktis, keterampilan aplikatif, dan pengalaman nyata. Sikap kewirausahaan yang positif juga perlu dikembangkan, bukan hanya pada level konsep, tetapi pada pembentukan keyakinan diri, keberanian mengambil risiko, kreativitas, dan orientasi masa depan. Mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam pengalaman nyata, seperti proyek bisnis, magang, kompetisi wirausaha, dan interaksi langsung dengan pelaku usaha, cenderung memiliki motivasi yang lebih kuat untuk memulai usaha.

Abstract

In the digital transformation era, differentiated learning is an important strategy for addressing diverse students’ needs. This study examines the influence of teacher self-efficacy on readiness to implement differentiated learning and the mediating role of Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK)-based Dynamic Capability. Using a quantitative approach and a survey of 73 economics teachers in Islamic high schools in Central Java, Indonesia, the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that self-efficacy does not directly affect teacher readiness. However, self-efficacy significantly affects TPACK-based dynamic capability, which in turn significantly affects teacher readiness. The indirect mediation effect of TPACK-based dynamic capability reinforces the importance of adaptive professional capacity in e-learning integration. The main scientific contribution of this study is the introduction of a new construct, namely TPACK-based Dynamic Capability, which combines psychological theory (self-efficacy) with the TPACK framework through a dynamic capability perspective. This construct represents teachers’ ability to adaptively integrate technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge in changing contexts. The practical implication is that teacher professional development programs must emphasize increasing self-efficacy and TPACK-based adaptive skills to create effective differentiated learning in the digital era.
