Abstract

Ikan hias, baik dari jenis air tawar maupun laut, telah menjadi salah satu komoditas yang populer di kalangan masyarakat. Memelihara ikan hias bukan hanya sekedar hobi, tetapi juga dapat menjadi sumber pendapatan. Dengan meningkatnya minat terhadap ikan hias, muncul tantangan dalam hal pemeliharaan dan informasi terkait spesies yang berbeda. Aplikasi fisHomie dirancang untuk memperkaya informasi terkait ikan hias sekaligus mempermudah komunikasi antar penggemar ikan hias. Aplikasi ini berperan sebagai ensiklopediadigital yang menghubungkan komunitas pecinta ikan hias melalui fitur-fitur informatif dan forum diskusi interaktif. Sehingga memungkinkan para pengguna berbagi pengalaman, tips perawatan, dan foto atau video ikan hias mereka. FisHomie dikembangkan sebagai aplikasi lintas platform yang menghubungkan versi web dan mobile melalui penggunaan API. API ini berfungsi sebagai jembatan untuk mengintegrasikan data antara halaman admin berbasis web, yang dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database menggunakan MySQL. Sedangkan aplikasi mobile dikembangkan di Android Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Java.

Abstract

Website Segitiga Motor dirancang untuk menyediakan layanan digital dalam industri otomotif, termasuk registrasi akun, login, dan pemesanan layanan. Namun, untuk memastikan keandalan dan kualitas fungsionalitasnya, diperlukan pengujian perangkat lunak yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dengan teknik Boundary Value Analysis untuk mengevaluasi fitur utama pada website Segitiga Motor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar fitur, seperti registrasi akun dan login, berfungsi sesuai ekspektasi dengan tingkat keberhasilan tinggi. Namun, ditemukan kelemahan pada validasi tanggal dalam fitur membuat appointment, di mana sistem masih memungkinkan pengguna memilih tanggal yang tidak valid. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk meningkatkan keandalan sistem dan pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengujian perangkat lunak untuk aplikasi berbasis web di sektor otomotif.

Abstract

 This research examines black box testing using the Decision Table Testing technique on the Disaster Study Center website at IPB. This technique was chosen for its ability to identify logical errors and relevant testing scenarios, thereby optimizing test coverage in software development. The research method involves analyzing the website's features to identify potential conditions and actions that serve as the foundation for constructing the decision table. Each condition and action is systematically tested to detect any discrepancies or errors that may arise during website use. The testing results reveal several scenarios that the system has not adequately accommodated, particularly in user input handling and data validation. This finding indicates that the application of Decision Table Testing can improve test quality, especially for features with complex logic. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of decision table-based testing in enhancing the reliability and accuracy of website functions, making a significant contribution to reducing potential errors that may impact user experience.

Abstract

AbstrakSitus web adalah platform digital yang terdiri dari kumpulan halaman yang berisi teks, gambar, suara, video, atau kombinasi elemen lainnya, dirancang untuk menyediakan layanan atau informasi tertentu kepada pengguna. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian fitur "Car Unit" pada situs web website jasa angkutan dan ekspedisi untuk mengevaluasi keandalan sistem dalam menangani berbagai skenario input. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dengan teknik Boundary Value Analysis, mencakup total 20 test case untuk fitur Create Location dan Create Car Units. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa 16 test case (80%) berhasil sesuai dengan ekspektasi, sementara 4 test case (20%) tidak sesuai. Pada fitur Create Location, 11 dari 12 test case (91,7%) berhasil, sedangkan pada Create Car Units, hanya 5 dari 8 test case (62,5%) yang sesuai. Ketidaksesuaian ditemukan pada validasi angka desimal, angka negatif, dan logika pembaruan unit. Kesimpulan dari pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem secara umum memiliki performa yang baik, namun diperlukan penyempurnaan pada validasi data dan logika pembaruan untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan kualitas layanan.

Abstract

This research focuses on evaluating the Combox web application, a digital tool designed to help Food and Beverage (F&B) business owners strengthen their online presence. The analysis was carried out through Black Box Testing, specifically using the Equivalence Partitioning method, to assess core functionalities like login, logout, product management, and pagination. The findings reveal that while most features function as intended, there are issues with product addition and editing, as well as pagination when no data is available. These results highlight areas that need refinement to improve the application’s reliability and user experience. In summary, this research supports the advancement of a digital platform that enables F&B businesses to harness technology effectively in today’s competitive landscape.

Abstract

This study focuses on black-box testing of JivaJoy software, an online product stock management and ordering system. The primary goal of this research is to evaluate the functionality and performance of the system's key features, including profile management, CRUD operations for admin and customer accounts, product stock management, shopping cart, order management, and AI counseling. Black-box testing was applied to assess whether these features meet expected operational standards and user requirements without considering the internal code structure. The test results indicate that most features function as expected. However, some issues were identified related to input validation, particularly with email format, phone number length, file uploads, and product stock management. Additionally, the order management and AI counseling features showed deficiencies in error handling and input validation. Based on these findings, the study recommends improvements in input validation, product stock management, shopping cart functionality, and AI counseling systems to enhance the reliability and performance of the JivaJoy platform. These enhancements are essential to deliver more efficient, secure, and optimal services, ensuring better user experiences and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Software testing is a critical phase in information system development to ensure the system's quality and reliability. This study aims to evaluate the reliability and functionality of PT Perta Sakti Abadi's financial information system using the black-box testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning (EP) technique. This technique allows input data to be grouped into valid and invalid categories, minimizing test cases without reducing testing coverage. The testing focuses on the login feature as the system's primary component by evaluating various input combinations. The testing scenarios include boundary conditions to ensure the system handles inputs correctly in various situations.The results indicate that the system successfully verifies valid credentials, rejects access with invalid data, and provides informative error messages. Additionally, the system demonstrates resilience in handling testing scenarios, including inputs with special characters and empty fields. Input validation mechanisms function optimally, supporting secure user access and ensuring the login feature aligns with functional specifications. This successful testing forms a strong foundation for testing other modules, such as multi-level authentication and data encryption. Thus, the Equivalence Partitioning technique within the black-box testing method proves effective in enhancing the quality of web-based financial information systems.

Abstract

In the digital age, efficient sales transaction management is crucial for business success. Point of Sale (POS) systems, such as Wingpos, are a solution for transaction recording, inventory management, sales reporting, and data analysis. However, software errors can disrupt operations and compromise security aspects. This research aims to assess the functionality and quality of the Wingpos website by using the Black Box Testing method, which tests software by comparing actual outputs to expected results based on given inputs. The Equivalence Partitioning technique was applied to focus on testing functional aspects of the login and register features. Through this testing, technical insights into the quality of the Wingpos software were gained, as well as a systematic approach to web-based application testing. The results of the study are expected to improve user experience and serve as a reference in the development of similar systems in the future.

Abstract

Evaluasi lahan dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas komoditas pertanian. Salah satunya dengan persyaratan penggunaan lahan dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik lahan. Namun, Dinas Pertanian selaku koordinator sulit mendapatkan informasi terkait karakteristik lahan yang sesuai dengan jenis tanaman berdasarkan faktor cuaca. Anomali cuaca menyebabkan turunnya produktitivitas tanaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi kesesuaian lahan untuk menentukan jenis tanaman pangan beradasarkan karakteristik lahan serta evaluasi kesesuaian lahan tanaman. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST). Tahapan FAST yaitu scope definition, problem analysis, requirement analysis, decision analysis, design, contruction and testing, dan instalation and delivery. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan aplikasi menghasilkan nilai 87% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kesesuaian lahan tanaman pangan dapat digunakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi fungsionalitas website Catering Bu Nova menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dengan teknik Equivalence Partitioning. Website ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional UMKM dengan menyediakan fitur seperti tampilan menu, ulasan pelanggan, dan pemesanan cepat melalui WhatsApp. Pengujian dilakukan tanpa memeriksa kode internal, berfokus pada fungsionalitas sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fitur utama seperti login, logout, dan pengelolaan data (CRUD) berfungsi dengan baik, dengan tingkat validitas 100%. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada industri makanan dan minuman dengan memberikan pendekatan pengujian yang terstruktur untuk memastikan keandalan dan kepuasan pengguna.
