Abstract

Penelitian ini memilki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap minat beli Green Product pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa FEBI angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020 sebanyak 100 mahasiswa sebagai sampel. untuk memperoleh data peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuisioner skala likert kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Green Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat beli Green Product untuk kemajuan teknologi juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli Green Product dan juga memiliki pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel minat beli Green Product yang berdasarkan dari hasil uji F, untuk besar pengaruh dari variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel minat beli Green Product berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 38,4% dan 61,6% lainya dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Cement sub-sector companies are key players in development, but with many new foreign companies, the demand for local cement has decreased significantly. Some local companies will export cement due to oversupply. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, company size, profitability, leverage, and tax management on the value of cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Based on the sampling category 6 companies use financial reports for 6 years and Purposive Sampling as a sampling technique. This type of research data is secondary data in the form of financial statements. This study shows that profitability and leverage have a positive and significant relationship to firm value. While liquidity, company size, and tax management do not influence the value of the company. The independent variables can explain the dependent variable by 92%. Perusahaan sub sektor semen merupakan pemain kunci dalam pembangunan, namun dengan banyaknya perusahaan asing yang baru mengakibatkan permintaan pada semen lokal mengalami penurunan yang signifikan. Beberapa perusahaan lokal akan mengekspor semen akibat dari kelebihan pasokan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan manajemen pajak terhadap nilai dari perusahaan sub sektor semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan dari kategori pengambilan sampel, terdapat 6 perusahaan dan menggunakan laporan keuangan kurun waktu 6 tahun dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampelnya. Jenis data penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverage memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan manajemen pajak tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai dari perusahaan. Adapun variabel bebas dapat menjelaskan variabel terikat sebesar 92%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact on the community of small shop owners as a result of the establishment of an Alfamart in Talang Babat Village, Muara Sabak Barat District, this research is of a qualitative type using primary and secondary data sources. The object of this research is a number of small shop owners who feel the impact of the establishment of an alfamart in Talang Babat Village, Muara Sabak Barat District. Data were obtained directly from 15 respondents using data analysis methods, namely observation, interviews and personal documentation, then the data was processed using data processing techniques. The results of the study show that: The negative impact is felt, especially losing a lot of their regular customers and then decreasing their daily turnover or income which causes them to have to rethink or increase capital for tomorrow. However, this cannot be separated from the positive impact that is felt, namely being able to provide easy access to the whole community and being able to provide jobs for young people and women in the Talang Babat village. Before the existence of Alfamart, their income could be said to be decent or sufficient, but now it is no longer the case. It is clear that the existence of Alfamart greatly influenced the sustainability of small shops. Traders admit that for the last few years, Alfamart has had quite a pronounced impact. Their income is also decreasing as felt by some informants, namely by 40% per day.

Abstract

This study examines the direct and indirect effects of the variables of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Compensation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study using the Total Sampling method with 45 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Smart-PLS computer program. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction 2) Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction 4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 5) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 6) Compensation does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction 7) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 8) Job Satisfaction is able to influence the relationship between Leadership and Employee Performance 9) Job Satisfaction is not able to influence the relationship between Work Motivation and Employee Performance 10) Job Satisfaction is able to influence the relationship between Compensation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Predictions about a company's financial condition related to bankruptcy are important information for interested parties, such as creditors, investors, government, auditors, and the company's internal management. This research models the financial condition of metal and mineral mining companies through the Altman Z-Score model and panel data regression analysis. This study focuses on a sample of nine companies involved in metal and mineral mining from 2017 to 2022. In this study, the Altman method was used to determine a company's health category using the Z-score standard. Panel Data Regression modelling showed that the fixed model was the best. The partial test results indicated that WCTA and RETA did not affect the Altman Z-score. However, when considering all the ratios simultaneously (WCTA, RETA, MVBV, and STA), they contribute to predicting a company's financial condition. These results highlight the importance of understanding the variables that influence a company's health and progress. Notably, the variables of WCTA, RETA, and STA play a crucial role in determining the Altman Z-score and contribute to our understanding of a company's financial condition.

Abstract

Employee performance as one of the values ​​and control of human resources is a complex value possessed by employees that can be influenced by various things which can increase employee performance and can reduce the value of employee performance which can be detrimental to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement on employee performance, workload on employee performance, and employee placement, workload on employee performance that occurs at bank 9 syari'ah Jambi. The results of the research conducted show that (1) work placement has a positive but not significant effect on employee work performance at bank 9 syari'ah Jambi. (2) workload has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at bank 9 Jambi syari'ah.

Abstract

Price fixing is a price fixation that has been determined by the party entitled to determine the price. In setting the price, an item must be agreed upon and generally applicable. However, there are still buying and selling that contain elements of injustice between one buyer and another. There are several things that motivate the author to conduct research on the selling price setting process at the Berkah shop because it is classified as unique, to find out whether the price setting at the Berkah shop is in accordance with the perspective of the Sharia Economy. The results of the study show that the Islamic economic review in pricing at the Berkah Shop is in accordance with Islamic law, the price set is still relatively fair. With this price setting, it can meet the needs of the community, meet the needs of households, and meet the needs of the community, especially those on Jl. Depati Parbo Jambi city in the long term. Pricing at Toko Berkah can also create a sense of mutual assistance, because pricing at Toko Berkah includes an element of mutual help.

Abstract

Zakat is the fourth pillar of Islam in the form of maliyah ijtima'iyyah worship (economic and social aspects), one of the aims of which is to reduce the economic gap between rich and poor. To fulfill the zakat requirements, there are eight groups called "Mutashiq". Zakat is an asset with certain conditions, Allah SWT requires the owner to hand it over to the person who is entitled to receive it, with certain conditions the property given zakat will be a blessing and will grow and develop, holy and good. Change analysis is defined as a systematic effort to study a research topic by arranging or describing the pieces of information collected into units of analysis. Distribution is the distribution/delivery/distribution of goods and so on to many people or several places. So zakat distribution is the distribution of zakat to people who are entitled to receive it (mustahik zakat) either consumptive or productive. According to the language, zakat mal comes from the word tazkiyah which means to purify property. Meanwhile, according to the term, it is a certain amount of property that Muslims who meet the requirements must give out to people who are entitled to receive it. Mal zakat is also zakat that must be paid if the nisab has been reached (a certain amount).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study consists of 80 SMEs in Tangkit Baru village, Sungai Gelam district. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis and conducts hypothesis testing using T-tests and F-tests, as well as analyzing the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that Product Innovation (X1) has a significant effect on Competitive Advantage (Y) with a t-value of 2.792, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.665, and a significance value of 0.007, which is less than 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Marketing Strategy (X2) shows a significant effect on Competitive Advantage (Y) with a t-value of 4.972, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.665, and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The Halal Label (X3) shows a positive but not significant effect on Competitive Advantage (Y) with a t-value of 0.012, which is less than the t-table value of 1.665, and a significance value of 0.859, which is greater than 0.05. Therefore, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Collectively, (X1), (X2), and (X3) simultaneously affect (Y) with a significance value of less than 0.05 and an f-value much greater than the f-table value.
