Abstract

Public transportation plays a vital role in urban mobility, especially in major cities like Jakarta. One of the modes of transportation expected to reduce congestion is the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). Since its operation, MRT Jakarta has become a preferred alternative due to its speed and punctuality. This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on usage loyalty through passenger satisfaction as a mediating variable. By understanding the relationship among these variables, this research seeks to provide strategic recommendations for MRT Jakarta management to improve service quality and retain user loyalty. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population of this study comprises all MRT users in Jakarta, totaling 33,496,540 (MRT, 2024). Based on Slovin's formula, a sample of 400 respondents was determined. Data were collected using both secondary data (journals, previous research, MRT data) and primary data through questionnaires. The analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), a statistical technique used to build and test causal relationship models. The results indicate that both facilities and service quality have significant direct and indirect effects on usage loyalty, with passenger satisfaction serving as a crucial mediating factor.

Abstract

The oil and gas industry is characterized by a high level of safety risk, particularly in activities involving the handling of fuel products classified as Dangerous goods (DG). Operational performance in high-risk work environments is strongly influenced by safety behaviour, technical competence, and the effectiveness of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) system. This study aims to analyze the effect of safety behaviour and Dangerous goods handling competence on operational performance, with HSE as a mediating variable. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 188 respondents engaged in operational activities. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that safety behaviour and Dangerous goods handling competence have a positive and significant effect on operational performance. In addition, safety behaviour and DG competence significantly influence HSE. HSE is proven to have a positive effect on operational performance and acts as a mediating variable, mediating the relationship between safety behaviour and operational performance, and more strongly mediating the relationship between DG competence and operational performance. These findings confirm that improving operational performance requires an integrated approach combining safety behaviour, technical competence, and an effective HSE system. This study is expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the management of safety and operational performance in high-risk industries.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of digital content marketing (DCM), brand experience (BE), and price fairness (PF) on customer loyalty (CL) through brand equity (BEQ), with relationship equity (RE) as a moderating variable in courier service companies. This study was motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty in the increasingly competitive courier service industry, where strong brand value is essential to sustain long-term customer relationships. The research applied a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 206 customers of courier service companies. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The findings reveal that digital content marketing, brand experience, and price fairness positively influence customer loyalty through brand equity. Although price fairness does not directly affect customer loyalty, it contributes indirectly through strengthening brand equity. In contrast, relationship equity was not found to significantly moderate the relationship between brand equity and customer loyalty. The novelty of this study lies in positioning digital content marketing as a strategic variable influencing customer loyalty both directly and indirectly through brand equity, while also examining the moderating role of relationship equity in the courier service context. The results provide managerial implications for courier service companies to strengthen customer loyalty by improving digital marketing strategies, enhancing customer brand experiences, and maintaining fair pricing policies to build stronger brand equity.

Abstract

Tahap kedua menggunakan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menentukan prioritas pemilihan brand operator berdasarkan preferensi pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of passenger handling, baggage volume and aircraft rotation on operational cost effectiveness mediated by on-time performance at Citilink airlines. The problem in this study is that the influence between the independent variables (passenger handling, baggage volume, aircraft rotation) and the dependent variable (operational cost effectiveness) mediated by on-time performance is quite complex. The research design used is quantitative with data analysis using SEM PLS with 100 respondents consisting of operational officers, passenger handling, baggage handling and administration. where the significant level is 0.05 to state whether the null hypothesis or alternative hypothesis is accepted or rejected. The results showed that there is a significant influence between Passenger Handling and operational cost effectiveness with a P value of 0.023. There is a significant positive relationship between baggage volume and operational cost effectiveness with a P value of 0.005. The effect of aircraft rotation and operational cost effectiveness with a P value of 0.003 which means there is a significant influence. On-time performance has a very significant influence on operational cost effectiveness with a P value of 0.000. Passenger handling has a significant effect on on-time performance with a P value of 0.000. There is no significant influence between baggage volume and operational cost effectiveness through on-time performance with a P value of 0.156. The effect of aircraft rotation shows a significant effect on operational cost effectiveness through on-time performance with a P value of 0.000.
