Abstract

Emotion regulation is an individual's ability to recognise, manage and express emotions adaptively in various life situations. In adolescents, especially high school students in Indonesia, this ability is crucial considering that adolescence is a developmental phase full of emotional and social challenges. This study aims to explore the dynamics of emotion regulation in high school students in Indonesia and identify factors that influence this ability. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a literature study method that reviewed twenty relevant national and international scientific journals. The selection of journals was based on the suitability of the topic, the quality of the methodology, and its contribution to the understanding of emotion regulation in the context of adolescent education. The results showed that emotion regulation in high school students is influenced by intrapersonal factors, family environment, peer relations, and academic pressure. This study specifically highlights emotion regulation strategies such as cognitive reappraisal, impulse control, and achieving emotional balance in the school environment. The novelty of this research lies in the contextual focus on Indonesian students and the emphasis on the importance of preventive and educative approaches in building emotion regulation skills as part of mental readiness for the future.

Abstract

Learning methods are steps chosen and used in implementing practical strategies to facilitate teachers and students in achieving learning objectives. Less interesting or inappropriate learning methods will cause several problems. Among them are students' lack of interest in learning, students' motivation in learning decreases, students find it difficult to understand the material and so on. Therefore, researchers want to conduct research related to how the implementation of Contextual Learning methods in overcoming some of the learning problems above. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Contextual Learning method in the teaching and learning process of Aqidah Akhlak class 6A at MIN 1 Pesawaran in the 2023/2024 learning year. Researchers used the Descriptive Qualitative approach method by involving several data sources, namely teachers and students. Data collection in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study in applying the contextual learning method at MIN 1 Pesawaran use the following steps: Constructivism, Inquiry (finding), Questioning (asking), Learning Community (learning community), Modeling (modeling), Reflection (reflection), and Authentic Assessment (actual assessment).Keyword : Implementation Method; Contextual Learning; Aqidah Moral Lessons

Abstract

Acidic soils are one of the major constraints in agricultural development in tropical regions, including in Tanjung Sari Village, Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency. Field surveys indicated that most farmlands in this village have soil pH ranging from 4.5 to 5.0, which is categorized as acidic. This condition negatively affects nutrient availability, microbial activity, and the productivity of food and horticultural crops. One of the recommended practices to overcome this problem is the application of agricultural lime (liming). This activity aimed to improve farmers’ knowledge and skills regarding the benefits, dosage, and techniques of lime application, as well as to directly improve soil pH through field demonstration. The method consisted of three stages: preparation (survey and soil analysis), implementation (training, extension, and field practice), and evaluation (measurement of soil pH and assessment of farmers’ knowledge improvement). The training materials included soil pH concepts, its influence on crop growth, types of agricultural lime, calculation of lime requirements, and proper application techniques. The results of this activity indicated an increase in farmers’ understanding of the importance of liming and an improvement in soil pH in demonstration plots after lime application. In conclusion, liming practices in Tanjung Sari Village proved beneficial for improving soil quality and supporting sustainable agricultural productivity. It is expected that farmers will be able to apply this technology independently in the future, with continuous support from local government through the provision of agricultural lime.ABSTRAKTanah masam merupakan salah satu kendala utama dalam pengembangan pertanian di daerah tropis, termasuk di Desa Tanjung Sari, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU). Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar lahan pertanian di desa ini memiliki pH tanah berkisar antara 4,5–5,0, yang tergolong masam dan berdampak negatif terhadap penyerapan unsur hara, aktivitas mikroorganisme, serta produktivitas tanaman pangan dan hortikultura. Salah satu upaya untuk memperbaiki kondisi tersebut adalah melalui pemberian kapur pertanian atau pengapuran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani mengenai manfaat, dosis, dan teknik aplikasi kapur pertanian, sekaligus memperbaiki pH tanah melalui penerapan langsung di lahan. Metode kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan (survei dan analisis tanah), pelaksanaan (penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan praktik lapangan), serta evaluasi (pengukuran pH tanah dan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta). Materi kegiatan mencakup konsep pH tanah, pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman, jenis kapur pertanian, perhitungan dosis kapur, serta teknik aplikasi di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman petani mengenai peran kapur pertanian, serta adanya perbaikan pH tanah di lahan percontohan setelah pengapuran. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengapuran di Desa Tanjung Sari terbukti bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kualitas tanah dan mendukung produktivitas pertanian berkelanjutan. Ke depan, diharapkan petani dapat menerapkan teknologi ini secara mandiri dan pemerintah daerah dapat memberikan dukungan melalui penyediaan kapur pertanian secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Lampung Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 tentang Pengelolaan Hutan oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan Konservasi (UPTD KPHK) Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman, ditinjau dari perspektif Siyasah Tanfidziyyah. Hutan memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dan menopang kehidupan, namun Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman menghadapi berbagai ancaman kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh perbuatan manusia. Oleh karena itu, perlindungan hutan menjadi urgensi yang tidak dapat diabaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi peraturan daerah tersebut dan meninjau implementasinya dari sudut pandang Siyasah Tanfidziyyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, mengumpulkan data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder dari dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UPTD KPHK Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman telah berupaya maksimal dalam perlindungan hutan melalui pendekatan pre-emptive, preventive, dan repressive, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Namun, implementasi ini belum optimal karena masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan personil dan banyaknya masyarakat yang melakukan penggarapan kawasan secara ilegal. Dari perspektif Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, perlindungan hutan yang dilakukan belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip al-maslahah al-'ammah (kemaslahatan masyarakat) karena belum adanya program khusus untuk menyediakan mata pencarian alternatif bagi masyarakat yang sebelumnya merusak hutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Training and Competency on Employee Performance, as well as the role of Work Motivation as a mediating variable in Bank Aceh Syariah. Employee performance is a key factor in increasing a company's productivity and competitiveness, so it's important to know the factors that affect it. The approach used in this study is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the relationships between variables. The number of samples used was 122 respondents, who were active employees with in Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study show that Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Work Motivation. Work Motivation has also been proven to have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, Job Training has a significant effect on Work Motivation, but does not have a direct effect on Employee Performance. The mediation analysis showed that Work Motivation was able to mediate the influence of Competency on Employee Performance, but did not mediate the influence of Job Training on Employee Performance. This study concludes that improving employee competence and work motivation is a strategic step in encouraging optimal performance. Therefore, Bank Aceh Syariah is advised to continue to develop a structured human resource development program that is structured, measurable, and oriented towards increasing employee motivation and competence in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu staf administrasi Kursus Stir Mobil Al’fajri dalam mengelola data pembayaran paket belajar yang ada didalam kursus. Karena selama ini Kursus Stir Mobil Al’fajri masih menggunakan cara manual atau kovensional dalam setiap transaksi pembayarannya. Selain itu, belum adanya suatu sistem yang dapat menangani data pembukuan dalam hal pendaftaran, pembayaran paket belajar dan laporan secara efisien dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam rancangan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall. Metode waterfall sering dinamakan siklus hidup klasik, dimana hal ini memperlihatkan pendekatan yang sistematis dan juga berurutan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah memberikan rancangan aplikasi pembayaran untuk membangun sistem pembayaran yang lebih mutakhir dari yang sebelumnya, serta membuat laporan pembayaran yang lebih lengkap dan jelas untuk di berikan kepada siswa kursus dan pimpinan utama. Aplikasi pembayaran ini dibuatdengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java serta mysql untuk databasenya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The use of interactive learning media is one of the strategies to enhance students’ creativity and motivation in the digital era. One platform that can be utilized is Educaplay, which allows users to easily and attractively create various types of educational games. This training activity aims to improve participants’ skills in designing learning games using Educaplay and to assess its impact on students’ learning creativity. The training methods included lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and reflective discussions. The activity was conducted over three days and involved 30 participants, consisting of high school teachers and students. Evaluation was carried out through observation, assessment of game products, and questionnaires on satisfaction and effectiveness. The results showed that 90% of participants were able to create at least two types of educational games relevant to the learning material. The use of these games during trial learning sessions led to a 40% increase in student participation and creativity compared to conventional methods. Moreover, 87% of participants stated that the training was very useful in supporting learning innovation. In conclusion, game development training using Educaplay is effective in improving participants’ digital skills and in promoting students’ creativity in learning. This platform offers an innovative alternative for active and engaging 21st-century learning.Keywords : Educaplay, educational games, creativity, interactive media, training.ABSTRAK : Penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan motivasi belajar siswa di era digital. Salah satu platform yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah Educaplay, yang memungkinkan pembuatan berbagai jenis game edukatif secara mudah dan menarik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam merancang game pembelajaran menggunakan Educaplay serta mengukur dampaknya terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, praktik langsung (hands-on), serta diskusi reflektif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dengan melibatkan 30 peserta yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa tingkat SMA. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, penilaian produk game, serta kuesioner kepuasan dan efektivitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta mampu membuat minimal dua jenis game edukatif yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran. Penggunaan game yang dihasilkan dalam uji coba pembelajaran menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi dan kreativitas siswa sebesar 40% dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Sebanyak 87% peserta menyatakan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam mendukung inovasi pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan pembuatan game menggunakan Educaplay efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital peserta serta mampu mendorong kreativitas belajar siswa. Platform ini dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran inovatif yang mendukung pembelajaran aktif dan menyenangkan di abad 21.Kata kunci : Educaplay, game edukatif, kreativitas, media interaktif, pelatihan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the code mixing used by Maudy Ayunda on the Youtube Channel. Code mixing has become a recent phenomenon, and is often used by young people today in their communications. One young person who often does code-mixing in these conversations is an actress, Maudy Ayunda. This might happen because he has an educational background abroad, namely English as his first language. In this research, the writer uses descriptive qualitative method. And for the analysis of the types of code mixing used by Maudy Ayunda, the authors apply Muysken and Hoffman's theory. From Muysken's theory, code mixing is divided into three parts, namely, insertion, substitution, and congruent lexicalization. Meanwhile, from Hoffman's theory, the type of code mixing is divided into three parts, namely intra-centential, intra-lexical, and involving changes in pronunciation. The results of the analysis of the two theories produce 39 data. The most dominant type of code mixing used in videos is alternation. Keywords : Code Mixing, Type of Code Mixing, Maudy Ayunda

Abstract

Feminism is a women's movement in seeking equality to be equal to men in any way, including relationships. In this study, the writers’ purpose of analyzing The Girl on the Train movie is to find out the kind of feminism, the causes of feminism that influence the main character, and the moral message contained in the movie. The writers use qualitative research methods in describing and analyzing this movie. The writers also do library research to find many references from books or the internet which are useful to support this paper, especially the theories. After analyzing the movie, the writers found one of four kinds of feminism which is Liberal Feminism. Liberal feminism is women's liberation about certain aspects of themselves or their lives. They claim that women have the same capacities as men, and have the same rational thinking as men. Another result, there are also two causes of feminism that influence the main character in this movie, namely betrayal, and domestic abuse. Besides that, this movie sends moral messages. This movie tells about women who are treated unfairly and experience many painful things in the relationship. The women must dare to defend themselves and fight men who are cruel to them. And every woman will help another woman in any situation, even if it threatens her.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the social inequality portrayed in the Parasit movie directed by Bong Joon Ho. For research method, a qualitative approach is chosen to be applied which is content analysis as research design. In collecting the data, the writers use the Parasite movie as an object of the research, and search a lot of references from the internet and libraries to support the theories as baselines of analysis. Parasite movie depicts the two families’ lives, Park's family and Kim's family, where the social conditions and the daily lifestyles are very contrastive; the first family is rich and wealth and the later one is poor and deprivation. These social inequalities reflect a social phenomenon in the real world which becomes the motives for fraudulent and greedy character and gradually leads to criminal actions. The gaps between both families are demonstrated in some aspects, such as economy and work, education, house, food, and fashion. And the disparities shown by those elements indicate where the social class they belong and what the impact to their life.
