Abstract

Islamic religious education is an important part of the curriculum in many countries with a majority Muslim population. However, challenges in teaching Islam are often related to limited resources and lack of student involvement. The use of technology in learning can be a solution to improve the quality of Islamic learning and motivate students independently. This research also aims to determine the extent to which the application of gamification techniques can empower learners in the context of Islamic religious education. This research uses an experimental approach. Data about students' academic performance and level of self-motivation were collected through academic tests and questionnaires before and after treatment. The research results show that the use of technology-enhanced learning tools in Islamic learning significantly improves students' academic performance. Apart from that, it was found that the application of gamification techniques in learning also had a positive impact on students' self-motivation. Students who are involved in learning that uses technology and gamification techniques show a higher level of motivation in studying Islamic religious material compared to students who follow conventional learning methods. The conclusion of this research explains that the use of technology-enhanced learning tools and gamification techniques can be an effective strategy in improving students' academic performance and self-motivation in learning Islamic religion. The implementation of technology in Islamic learning not only enriches the learning experience, but also empowers students to become more active and enthusiastic autonomous learners.

Abstract

One of the impacts of the pandemic in the world of education is that the learning process must be carried out online. So efforts to provide learning media are too forced. Not only from an economic perspective, but also the ability to understand and use learning media. It takes creativity and solidarity between parents and teachers to outsmart and avoid bad things that will happen. The aim of this research is to determine the role of parents and determine teachers' strategies, designs and plans in determining learning media. This research uses qualitative methods using survey models and in-depth interviews. The results of this research are that parents and teachers have the same point of view and innovation in the use of learning media. This research confirms that the use of learning media is not only focused on learning objectives, but it is important to take into account several things: 1) how to select media, which consists of media selection models and reasons for using media. 2) media selection criteria consisting of the goals and objectives of media use, 3) media characteristics, 4) time and 5) cost of media use and 6) availability of the learning media. It is hoped that all steps chosen really take into account the principles of using learning media. Therefore, the limitation of this research is that researchers only focus on solution actions regarding innovation that make things easier for the parties involved in the learning process. It is hoped that future researchers can continue this research in certain subjects.

Abstract

Shows that Indonesia is included in the 5 countries with the lowest motivation of health workers, besides Vietnam, Argentina, Nigeria and India. This is due to aspects of fulfilling welfare and information obtained that 175,000 employees 98,512 people or 56% complain about the low incentives received from the institutions where they work. The problem that occurs in health services today is the large number of health workers who do not have high motivation to work due to various factors such as heavy workload, high work risk, domestic and inadequate training programs, but not balanced by good job protection and unsatisfactory wages, not to mention welfare factors and competence factors according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Work motivation and performance of health workers have a very close relationship to performance. Health workers have an important role as executors of health worker services and community health development. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of health workers at the Kronjo Health Center in 2022. This research is a quantitative study using an analytic survey with a cross-sectional research design. Work motivation in the sufficient category is 16 (38.1%) and the performance of health workers in the good category is 21 (50.2%). this study shows that the p-value = 0.029. this shows that the value of p = 0.029 is still smaller than the critical limit ? = 0.05. There is a significant relationship between work motivation and health worker performance (0.029<0.05).
