In addition, accountants are involved in strategic planning by providing information that supports the formulation of a company's sustainability strategy. They do this by integrating sustainability data into the planning process to ensure that the company's long-term goals align with sustainability initiatives. Overall, accountants help with transparency, accountability, and strategic planning by incorporating sustainability aspects into financial reports and accounting systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how effective the repetition drill technique is in improving the speaking ability of the 2022–2023 Second Semester Electrical Engineering students at Cilacap State Polytechnic. The study was conducted using a classroom action research technique, and 23 students participated as study participants. A pretest was administered to find out what obstacles the students faced, and the average score was 39.67. Data were collected using an oral exam over three study cycles. The average score of the students in the first cycle, conducted on March 21, 2023, was 46.73. Next, the average score of the students for the second test conducted on March 22, 2023, was 67.93. On March 24, 2023, the average score for Cycle 3 students would be 82.06. The student's average score improves on rounds 1–3. The student's speaking ability improves gradually. This is confirmed by the post-test results obtained in the categories of 'good' and 'excellent' after 3 cycles of review exercises in English practice class. Students' pronunciation and language skills improves significantly. In summary, this study proved that repetition drill techniques can be used very effectively in English practice courses.

Abstract

Given the rapid advances in computing capabilities, as well as advances in more sophisticated algorithms, and greater accessibility to AI tools, AI has great potential for innovation in data analytics, such as pattern recognition, classification, clustering, and prediction. Likewise in psychology education, AI-based data analytics will be able to manage data to improve student learning outcomes well. This research was conducted with the aim of seeing how influential it is to utilize AI-based data analytics to improve learning outcomes in educational psychology. Additionally, AI can give teachers more time to concentrate on direct interactions with students and the development of more innovative and effective teaching strategies by automating administrative and assessment tasks. The method used by researchers in researching Utilizing AI-Based Data Analytics to Improve Learning Outcomes in Educational Psychology is to use a quantitative method. The data obtained by researchers was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The distribution of questionnaires carried out by researchers was carried out online using Google From software. The results of data acquisition will also be tested again using the SPSS application. From the research results, it can be seen that AI can accurately predict student academic performance. This can be done by analyzing various factors such as study patterns, class participation, and previous test scores. AI also allows teachers to be proactive in helping their students when they encounter a particular problem. From this research, researchers can conclude that in educational psychology, the use of AI-based data analytics has great potential to improve learning outcomes by personalizing student learning experiences such as, enabling early intervention, improving assessments, increasing operational efficiency, supporting better curriculum development, and offers a customizable learning system.
