Abstract

Information system has important requirement in the business. The technology makes the importance of accurate and fast information needs to support the activities and operational activities of a company. With the tour and travel reservation information system, customers can make online travel booking transactions. System is designed using the Objected Oriented method. In this method need analysis by interview with the owner of the Warok Tour and Travel company to determine the functional and non-functional requirement. In design, UML are used is Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Physical Data Models. Then the user interface design is made to provide an overview of the system. The design testing process is carried out using the traceability method and review interface to 2 user. In requirement analysis process resulted the identification of users is 2 users, 10 functional requirements and 4 non-functional requirements. In the component design it produces a use case diagram with 8 use cases. In the design process produces 8 activity diagrams, 13 sequence diagrams, class diagrams, physical data models, 8 interface design sketches, and 15 prototype designs. Design testing is carried out using traceability methods and user prototype reviews, all of them are valid.

Abstract

The Government of Sidoarjo Regency especially the Communication and Information Office (Diskominfo) has the task to connect the Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) to present the government data from each OPD. During this time, the presentation and delivery of government data to the Mayor of Sidoarjo Regency still uses manual process that requires a lot of time and effort because Diskominfo must process data sent by the OPD in the form of Excel worksheet into diagrams and graphs so that the Mayor can easily understand the data from OPD. Data sent by OPD is still not in the form information packages, so data processing takes a long time. This will take a long time for the Mayor to make decisions. Based on this problem, the Executive Information System Dashboard E-Government needed is needed based on Android and Website so when Mayor need government's data can be accessed either through mobile or computer applications by taking data from the data warehouse. Analysis and design of this sistem will use object-oriented design analysis (OOAD) method. From the results of this study, current business processes and proposals are generated, user needs, system design and user interface. The results of the design of this system are evaluated by traceability matrix and consistency analysis. The results of the design evaluation show that user needs have been defined and facilitated and have a high level of consistency and can help the Mayor in viewing government data contained in the Executive Information System Dashboard E-Government.

Abstract

One of the tasks of the Sidoarjo Regency's Office of the Environment and Hygiene is to ensure that the Sidoarjo Regency's environment is free of rubbish. The waste problem is one of the main problems in the Department of Environment and Cleanliness of Sidoarjo Regency. For this reason, the role of the community is important in terms of reporting the occurrence of garbage piles so that DLHK can swiftly handle it. At this time the reporting of waste discovery is still done manually where the public must come to DLHK to report so that it takes a long time in the reporting process and it is difficult to know the progress of the community reporting process. For this reason, an information system is needed to deal with the problem. For the information system to match what is needed, a design that analyzes the needs of the community and DLHK is needed. Then the OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) approach is used. In the needs analysis phase, 53 functional needs and 1 non-functional needs were generated. At the design stage, UML diagrams are used which produce 22 sequence diagrams, 2 class controller diagrams, 2 class diagram models, physical data models, and 24 user interface designs. Then to evaluate the needs analysis and design made the requirement configuration structure is used which produces a value of 100%. Evaluation also uses the traceability matrix method in which the results explain that all designs are made following with the needs analysis.

Abstract

The Government of Sidoarjo has the objective to improve the quality of innovative and equitable public services to the society which is a public complaint service that is sheltered by the Public Complaints and Service Center (P3M). One of the society's features to complain is the website that has been provided by P3M Sidoarjo Regency. However, the website is less attractive to society because it has many problems. one of them is the complaints are difficult to trace, there are no supporting features in making complaints and there is no feature for two-way communication in complaints that have been made. from some of these problems, society prefers to make complaints through social media. from some of these problems the society prefer to make complaints through social media, this makes complaints not recorded properly. Based on problem, the analysis and design of an information system are needed to resolve the problem. the system design process is created using Object-oriented analysis and design with UML modeling. the results of the system design are evaluated using the Traceability Matrix and usability testing. requirements analysis produces 32 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement and 12 use cases, in the system design made 4 controller classes and 10 model classes, at the evaluation stage using traceability matrix shows all the results of the system design can be traced to the requirements analysis and business process modeling and Evaluation using usability testing results in an average success rate of 97% and an average time-based efficiency of 0.03 tasks/second.

Abstract

The communication and informatics office of Batu City is a government agency which has a responsibility for managing information security and security services. Based on interview, it found there were no references in managing the implementation of information security. The purpose of this research is to provide a reference to the COBIT 5 framework allows agencies to develop clear policies using best practice for implementing information security management. After assessing the ability of the communication and informatics office of Batu city in dealing with the ongoing security information by referring to best practice based on the APO13 domain (Manage Security) and DSS0S (Manage Security Services) the result was the documentation that provide in several information security implementation processes and information security services in communication and information office of Batu City were still incomplete. The reason of this problem was the delivery of information security implementation was still implied since it has not supported by standard like policies and standard operating procedures (SOP). The result of calculating the capability level of each best practice processes were still at level 0 (Incomplete Process), this means the process was not implemented of failed to achieve the systematic process. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to increase the level of capability to achieve the implementation of security management and management of security services that are expected to be level 1 (Performed Process) which mean implementation of the process to achieve the goverment policies goals that have been made can be measured and reviewed consistently.

Abstract

SMK Plus Almaarif Singosari annually doing industrial internship. There are still problems in the internship activity. The problem is about delivery of information that is still manual because it is only conveyed through meetings with parents. This makes the information to be received by students can be limited, inaccurate or not delivered. The limited information received by students such as requirements, industries that are suitable to be used as workplaces and positions and occupations in the industry. Based on problems related to the management of internship, it is needed a system that can manage information about the internship and can minimize existing problems. The system to be built is based on a website using the Laravel framework. In developing the information system, a waterfall software development model is used. The result from this research are 3 as-is business process modeling, 3 to-be business process modeling,4 actor, 15 user requirements, 32 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement, 1 architectural design modeling, 32 sequence diagrams, 3 class diagrams, 1 physical data model and 11 sample design interfaces. The results of the requirements analysis are approved by the user, proven by the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Unit testing explains that the existing function yields a valid percentage of 100%.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Mojokerto is a government agency that implements the development of information technology, but in the case of monitoring illegal access rights no record or documentation has been made. It is only handled when there has been a breakdown in the system, they have to pay concern about the safety of government information. In this research we try to measure information security management at Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Mojokerto using KAMI Index version 3.1 according to the standard of ISO / IEC 27001:2013. The evaluation result of information security completeness level is 109 and maturity level of each area of information security at the level I to level I +. It shows that information security at Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Mojokerto need to be improved. There are thirteen recommendations in the areas of information security governance, eight recommendations on the area of information security risk management, fifteen recommendations on areas of information security management framework, twenty four recommendations on the asset management area information, and the fourteen recommendations in the area of technology and information security. One of the recommendations for improvements by create organizational policies and procedures regarding information security using ITIL framework version 4 IT asset management practices.

Abstract

Semester Antara is a intermediate semester that is held on the sidelines of even and odd semesters in each academic. Semester Antara can be used to improve grades or can take courses the next semester so that lectures become faster than Semester should be. Semester Antara registration at the Faculty of Computer Science are still manual by making payments to bank tellers and then providing proof of payment to the academic department. Registration of Semester Antara can easier when the system integrated with Midtrans. With the system, Students will be able to make payment directly by systems, and no longer went to bank nor ATM. This integration also useful to the faculty that doesn't need to cooperate with a variety of the bank, with payment gateway would connect between bank and the services provided by the faculty. To build this information system it is necessary to analyze user requirements to determine functional requirements, as well as non-functional requirements. There is system design using Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). We evaluate the system design with traceability matrix, and correctness. Traceability matrix verify relation of use case, activity diagram, sequence diagram, and user interface design. The result of evaluation, there was compatibility between the needs of system and the function of system.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (DISKOMINFO) Kabupaten Malang is a governmental institution located in Malang Regency that focuses on the communication sector and informatics sector and also providing the public services based on information technology. Regarding the importance of information security, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika made a Ministerial Regulation No. 4 of 2016 about Information Security Management Systems to support information security at governmental institution. Correlating to these regulations, as an government institution that runs on the field of information, evaluation of the level of information security is needed. In this study, the evaluation was carried out using the tools or instruments based on Information Security Index (KAMI) 4.0 which can indicate the level of preparedness and maturity of information security in government institution. The evaluation results show the level of completeness of information security obtained a score of 195 and the average level of information security maturity level at level I and level I +. The results that obtained based on the KAMI index guidelines that is Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Malang is needed to increase the level of eligibility to certify ISO 27001. As the consequence, there are 17 recommendations are generated on governance area, 16 recommendations on risk management area, 27 recommendations on framework area, 31 recommendations on asset management area, 6 recommendations on technology and information security area, and 9 recommendations on supplements area that proposed to the DISKOMINFO Kabupaten Malang to complete the application of information security.
