Abstract

The purpose of community service activities at SMAN 1 Sindue Tobata is to improve the quality of learning by providing training on how to create ICT-based learning media and websites. Schools that are far from Palu city center face difficulties in using technology in the education process. The program successfully improved teachers' understanding and skills by providing training on the use of information and communication technology. The results of the data analysis showed that the components of technology understanding, learning media creation skills, and website management each received excellent ratings, with an average of 3.36, 3.67, and 3.89, respectively. The results show that SMAN 1 Sindue Tobata experienced an improvement in the quality of education thanks to the training.

Abstract

This study aimed to how capable village government its integrity as a pioneer in the implementation of government that think creatively, innovatively and professinally in order to realize a good village government independently. This study used a qualitative descrivtove method. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation for describing and analyzing village government as enterpreneurs. The results of this study showed that the enterpreneur government in Manyampa village was seen from the aspects (1) A market-oriented government was initialized but in its implementation not maximized, in developing village enterpreneur government. Village government was not analyzed and observed the conditions on the market at implementation of enterpreneur that he pioneered. (2) Competitive government already run well but needed to increase cooperation from various parties in use support the current enterpreneurship. (3) Results-oriented government, it was still necessary to improve the professional attitude of work in developing enterpreneurship and needed to be aware of all element of village government in the improvement original village income. Keywords : enterpreneurial government, village.

Abstract

Bougainvillea leaves are often used by the public as a treatment by drinking boiled water, but their use as a blood sugar-lowering agent is not supported by scientific data. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reducing blood glucose levels and to determine the dose of extract that is effective in in white rats. The plant's herbal extract was prepared using the reflux method with 90% ethanol solvent. This study uses a laboratory experimental method to compare blood glucose levels in white rats before and after administration of herb extract at doses of 100, 200, and 300 mg/kg BW orally using high-fat feed induction and streptozotocin. Blood glucose levels were measured using a glucometer, and mice were declared positive for diabetes with fasting blood sugar levels above 126 mg/dL. The number of test animals used in this study was 30 mice, divided into 6 groups. A randomized block design was used as the research design. The study's findings revealed that administering Bougainville spectabilis willd herb extract at doses of 100, 200, and 300 mg/kg BW can reduce blood glucose in test animals with an effective dose of 200 mg/kg BW

Abstract

Banana tape is one of the innovations in processing bananas into new processed products that can be enjoyed by the community, which is almost the same as making tape in general. The purpose of this study was to determine the right variation of ragi concentration on the physical and chemical characteristics of kepok banana tape. This type of research is experimental with the Completely Randomized Design (RAL) method with variations in ragi concentration, namely 0.5 grams, 1 gram, 1.5 grams, 2 grams and 2.5 grams with a fermetation time of 3 days. The parameters of this study include physical analysis (taste, flavor, color and texture) and chemical analysis (glucose, alcohol and pH). The results showed that ragi concentration of 0.5 gram produced the best organoleptic test of taste 3.75, aroma 3.4, color 3.6 and texture 3.45. Chemical tests showed that a ragi concentration of 1.5 grams produced the best results in glucose levels of 7.9%, alcohol 1.24% and pH 4.41. This study has the potential to be used as a contextual chemistry learning medium, particularly in understanding fermentation processes, pH changes, and biochemical transformations in everyday food products.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes in Leppangeng Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research uses quantitative research methods with a correlation research type. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 86 land and building tax payers in Leppangeng Village using a sampling technique. Simple Random Sampling, then the data obtained was processed using the SPSS program. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that (1) partially taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes. (2) partially tax sanctions have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes. (3) simultaneously taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes.

Abstract

Salak seeds have a reasonably high cellulose content. This suggests that salak seeds can be used as a raw material for producing activated charcoal to refine used cooking oil. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of refining used cooking oil using active charcoal adsorbents derived from Salacca zalacca seeds. The methods used to determine free fatty acid levels and peroxide values are the acid-base and iodometric titration methods. This study will observe several variables that affect the adsorption process, namely the mass of activated charcoal and the contact time of used cooking oil. The results showed a decrease in free fatty acids and peroxide number, and the colour of the oil became brighter with increasing adsorbent and contact time. The best results were obtained at a mass of 15 grams and an adsorption time of 120 minutes. Based on the quality requirements for cooking oil as specified in SNI 3741-1995.

Makna Simbolik Komunikasi Budaya Dalam Tradisi Kamba-Kambano Dho Gaa Pada Masyarakat Rumpun Bombonawulu, Kecamatan GU, Kabupaten Buton Tengah Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui makna simbolik dalam tradisi kamba-kambano dho gaa pada masyarakat Rumpun Bombonawulu, Kecamatan GU, Kabupaten Buton Tengah. (2) Untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi budaya dalam tradisi kamba-kambano dho gaa (pernikahan) pada masyarakat Rumpun Bombonawulu, Kecamatan GU, Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara semiterstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah tiga tokoh adat dan dua masyarakat yang terlibat dalam proses pelaksanaan tradisi kamba-kambano dho gaa. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman menggunakan tiga teori yaitu teori interaksi simbolis, teori semiotika, dan teori folklor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Tradisi Kamba-Kambano Dho Gaa bagi masyarakat Rumpun Bombonawulu dilakukan saat seorang anak laki-laki secara biologis sudah memiliki dasar-dasar kemampuan jasmani berupa ketangkasan dan randaa. Bagi anak perempuan ditandai dengan telah mengalami masa haid dan telah memiliki kemampuan membantu atau mengurus rumah tangga. dalam prosesi pelaksanaan tradisi Kamba-Kambano Dho Gaa dilakukan tahap demi tahap. Seperti tahap nofecilae (mengintip), Feenagho losa (menyampaikan lamaran), de owa losa (membawa lamaran), persiapan isi gambi pernikahan, pengantaran gambi, do kala powowo (pergi tinggal), haroa (baca doa), mo’ato (akad nikah), fewaniu ae (mencuci kaki), dengkoha do kawi (duduk kawin), kafeinao no pakawi (nasehat dan ijab qabul), pesua lambu moane (kerumah suami). Di setiap tahapan ini memiliki makna simbolik

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui pola komunikasi pendidikan seksualitas pada remaja dalam perspektif suku Bugis. (2) Mengetahui faktor penghambat pendidikan seksualitas pada remaja dalam perspektif suku Bugis. Penelitian ini berlangsung kurang lebih selama satu bulan dan berlokasi di Kecamatan Bontoala Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga teknik yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian berjumlah tiga Orang tua yang memilki suku bugis dan tiga orang remaja dari narasumber yang telah diwawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang diberikan dari ketiga narasumber adalah memberikan pemahaman seksualitas melalui nilai-nilai siri’ (malu). Pemberian pola komunikasi diberikan melalui komunikasi antarpribadi yang dimana orang tua sebagai komunikator yang memiliki elemen kognitif kepercayaan dan pengetahuan yang dapat membentuk elemen kognitif perilaku pada remaja pada saat memberikan pemahaman seksualitas.

The Effect of Online Learning Communication on the Quality of Student Learning at MAN 3 Bone During the Covid-19 Pandemic (supervised by Andi Muttaqim Mustari and Sitti Rahmawati) Communication Studies Thesis, Faculty of Letters, Indonesian Muslim University.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of online learning communication on the learning quality of students in class X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 at MAN 3 Bone. Bones. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis quantitative method with the data collection process using a survey in the form of a questionnaire, and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. This thesis discusses online learning communication on the quality of learning for students in class X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 at MAN 3 Bone. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the MAN 3 Bone school forced online learning, so that it affected the communication between students and teachers. Good communication in the learning process is needed to maintain the quality of student learning.The results of the study using the t test with the results of the t value = 18,716 greater than t table = 1,990 (18,716 > 1,990) then there is an effect. And if it is seen from the significance value = 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then there is also the influence of online learning communication on the learning quality of students in class X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 at MAN 3 Bone. The indicators that influence online learning communication on the quality of learning for students in class X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 at MAN 3 Bone are the characteristics of students in learning materials, learning media, learning facilities, learning environment, internet network factors, higher laziness. The theory used in this research is S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response) theory and behavioristic learning theory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna insecure dan tanda-tanda semiotika yang terdapat di dalam lirik lagu “Tutur Batin” karya Yura Yunita. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian semiotika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis semiotika dari Ferdinan De Saussure. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi non partisipan, studi pustaka, dan teknik baca simak. Teknik analisis data dan teknik analisis teks digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rasa insecure yang digambarkan Yura Yunita dalam lirik lagunya “Tutur Batin” yaitu situasi kehidupan perempuan yang mendapatkan pengucilan karena kekurangan yang ada pada dirinya, mempunyai unsur sintagmatik dan paradigmatig yang menghasilkan sebuah makna. Makna inilah yang membuat kita lebih memahami arti lirik lagu tersebut. Terdapat banyak makna yang ada pada lirik lagu “Tutur Batin”. Pesan yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu ini, mengenai rasa insecure yang dialami perempuan, dengan tutur batin ini mengajak kita untuk selalu bersyukur dan bisa menerima diri sendiri. Melalui lirik-lirik di lagunya, pesan motivasi untuk kita jangan pernah ragu dalam menentukan perubahan besar dalam hidup kita. Jangan pernah menghabiskan waktu untuk mengharapkan orang lain berubah menerima kekurangan kita. Buktikan bahwa tidak ada yang lebih baik daripada diri sendiri.
