Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enhance the learning focus of second-grade students at SD Inpres 3 Birobuli during the final hour of the school day through the use of interactive, technology-based media. In the last learning sessions, students often experience a decline in concentration and active participation. To address this issue, various interactive media were utilized, such as educational games, interactive learning videos, and engaging digital applications. This study employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles, including planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. Each cycle aimed to identify improvements in students' focus during the learning process. The results indicate a significant increase in student focus and active participation, particularly during the last hour of learning, following the implementation of interactive media. The application of interactive media has proven to be an effective way to maintain student engagement until the end of the learning day, ensuring better achievement of learning objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan keaktifan peserta didik kelas 2 di SD Inpres 3 Birobuli melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi. Media yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah video pembelajaran dan game edukatif Wordwall. Penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran diharapkan dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan serta meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas 2 SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner untuk mengukur motivasi dan keaktifan siswa sebelum dan setelah penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi dan keaktifan siswa setelah penerapan media berbasis teknologi. Pada siklus kedua, keaktifan siswa meningkat sebesar 35%, sementara motivasi belajar siswa meningkat sebesar 40%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video pembelajaran dan Wordwall sebagai media interaktif mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi secara rutin untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan interaktif

Abstract

Taxes are contributions that must be paid by individuals or entities to the government, which are used as a source of state income to support the community's economy. Indonesia, with its large population and wealth of resources, is the center of world trade. Taxes function as a source of state income to meet public needs and finance the state budget (APBN). Taxes not only function as a source of income, but also have an important role in the redistribution of wealth and economic regulation, which aims to create overall welfare for society. This research aims to find out and empirically prove the influence of company size, environmental social governance and leverage on tax avoidance. The independent variables in this research are company size, environmental social governance, and leverage, while the dependent variable is tax avoidance. Determining the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, based on this method, 7 companies were obtained with research for 5 years, so that 35 samples of observation data were obtained. The data used in this research is secondary data using several annual financial reports on Kompas 100 indexed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2023. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with processing and using Eviews 12SV software. The results of this research show that partially company size has an effect on Tax Avoidance, Environmental Social Governance has no effect on Tax Avoidance and Leverage has an effect on Tax Avoidance. Simultaneously, company size, environmental social governance and leverage together influence tax avoidance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of the discovery learning model on student learning outcomes on the subject of chemical equilibrium. This research is descriptive type. The sample used was 16 class XI students, consisting of 6 male students and 10 female students. The instruments used are lesson plans, student worksheets, teacher and student activity observation sheets, and student learning outcomes tests. Data collection techniques were carried out through teacher and student activity observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. The data that has been collected is analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of data processing and analysis on the application of the discovery learning model on chemical equilibrium subjects obtained teacher activity with an average of 82.38% and student activity with an average of 80.19%, including in the good category. The value of student learning outcomes (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects) has an average of 74, and a learning effectiveness of 75% (minimum achievement criteria: 70). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning by using the discovery learning model can improve students learning outcomes.Keywords: Discovery Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, and Chemical EquilibriumDOI: 10.23960/jppk.v13.i3.32250

Abstract

This study aims to determine how parents' interpersonal communication patterns on children's learning motivation can be applied during the COVID-19 pandemic, both within the family and social interactions. This study uses qualitative research methods and is located in Makassar City, Tamalanrea Jaya Village, Tamalanrea District. Data collection is by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques as supporting materials in data collection. This research lasted for 1 month and as for the informants in this study amounted to 4 people The results showed that communication is a way to convey something to others in the form of ideas, facts, thoughts, and values. Communication between parents and children can provide motivation to learn so that it can improve children's learning achievement, but this cannot be separated from the role of teachers and parents who guide the learning process. Parents need to interact with children by communicating so that the relationship remains well established, that's why interaction is needed because it affects the relationship between parents and children, with the interaction of parents and children will be closer.

Abstract

E-modul adalah modul digital non-cetak yang dibuat dengan komputer dan elemen multimedia untuk membuatnya lebih menarik dan interaktif. Memadukan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PjBL) dengan pendekatan STEM dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan bekerja sama. Ini adalah salah satu inovasi yang dapat digunakan. Namun, tidak ada e-modul kimia berbasis PjBL-STEM yang tersedia di Kota Palu. Guru MGMP kimia di kota tersebut menghadapi kesulitan dalam membuat e-modul yang interaktif dan relevan dengan pendekatan tersebut. Dengan bantuan masyarakat, mereka diberi pelatihan tentang desain e-modul, pembuatan e-modul berbasis PjBL-STEM, dan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Sebagai hasilnya, guru MGMP kimia di Palu berhasil mengembangkan e-modul yang meningkatkan literasi numerasi. Luaran dalam bentuk modul berbasis PjBl dengan pendekatan STEM yang ber-ISBN dan HaKi.

Abstract

Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Kimia di Kota Palu menyadari pentingnya melakukan berbagai upaya agar proses pembelajaran kimia berjalan baik dari segi penyampaian materi pembelajaran maupun pelaksanaan praktikum di laboratorium merupakan wujud nyata dari pembelajaran yang berdiferensiasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini berupa: (1) guru masih bingung memaknai strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran paradigma baru melalui praktik pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik; (2) guru belum mampu menerapkan kesatuan siklus pembelajaran yang berawal dari pemetaan kompetensi, perencanaan proses, dan pelaksanaan asesmen pembelajaran; (3) kemampuan guru melakukan perumusan rancangan pembelajaran dan asesmen sesuai dengan karakteristik kebutuhan peserta didik masih kurang, dan (4) guru masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian keberhasilan penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada pembelajaran kimia. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 40 orang yang merupakan guru-guru mata pelajaran kimia yang tergabung dalam kelompok MGMP Kimia SMA Kota Palu. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang prinsip penyusunan instrument penilaian strategu pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang meliputi diferensiasi konten, proses, dan produk pada materi pelajaran kimia pada tingkat SMA atau sederajad dengan alur MERRDEKA. Kegiatan yang akan dilakukan berupa workshop, pelatihan, dan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan dengan model partisipatif.

Abstract

Sekolah di Kota Palu dan Kab. Sigi telah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka sehingga perlu memperhatikan persiapan yang dilakukan agar implementasi kurikulum berjalan dengan semestinya terutama dalam menyusun modul ajar berbasis TaRL (teaching at the right level). Namun ditemukan beberapa kesulitan guru yang dirangkum berdasarkan hasil observasi pada guru kimia dan penelusuran hasil penelitian diantaranya: Belum memahami penerapan konsep TaRL, kurangnya kemampuan mengintegrasikan konten kimia dan TaRL dalam menyusun modul ajar, belum menguasai teknik pembuatan modul ajar yang baik dan benar dan kurangnya pelatihan dan dukungan sumberdaya dalam menyusun modul ajar berbasis TaRL. Oleh karena itu dilaksanakan pelatihan penyusunan modul ajar berbasis TaRL dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan melatih kemampuan guru kimia di Kota Palu dan Kab Sigi dalam menyusun modul ajar berbasis TaRL. Sebelum pelatihan, nilai rata-rata pemahaman dan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar berbasis TaRL adalah 48,86. Setelah pelatihan, diketahui kemampuan guru meningkat menjadi 87,43. Respon peserta terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam aspek materi, metode, media, dan instruktur pelatihan termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebesar 95. Produk yang dihasilkan pada pelatihan ini sebanyak 5 modul ajar berbasis TaRL.

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan "Tongkol Jagung: Inovasi Briket sebagai Karya Mahasiswa dalam Program MBKM untuk Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Beka" adalah untuk memberi pengetahuan masyarakat desa tentang inovasi pembuatan briket dari tongkol jagung. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pembuatan materi pelatihan, mengadakan sesi teori dan praktik, dan mendorong karya mahasiswa. Menurut hasil pengabdian masyarakat, enam kelompok tani menyatakan kepuasan tinggi, tiga kelompok tani merasa puas, dan satu kelompok tani menyatakan kepuasan cukup. Evaluasi positif ini menunjukkan penerimaan yang baik terhadap pelatihan. Diharapkan, pemanfaatan limbah pertanian sebagai sumber energi alternatif akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Pelatihan ini menunjukkan bagaimana Program MBKM berhasil diintegrasikan dalam pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' conceptions of reaction rate topics using the three-tier multi-representation test. Based on the characteristics of reaction rates concepts that involve the understanding of multiple representations, it is essential to analyze student conceptions that include multiple representations, namely macroscopic, microscopic, and symbolic. A three-tier diagnostic test can be done to assess students' conceptions, with the questions given in the first tier presented with macroscopic, microscopic, or symbolic representations according to the characteristics of the concept in question. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. The subjects of this study were 50 students consisting of 28 female students and 22 male students. It was determined by random sampling technique. Instrumentation used a three-tier representation test with 15 multiple-choice questions. Validation of instruments showed that the questions were feasible and fell into the high category. The findings reveal that only 29 % of students know the concept, categorized as low. Additionally, 40 % of students were identified as having misconceptions, placing them within the medium category, while 31 % of students exhibited not knowing the concept, also classified in the medium category. Symbolic representation emerged as the most challenging representation for students, with 35 % failing to comprehend it, categorized as medium. Furthermore, among students with misconceptions, symbolic and macroscopic representations were the most problematic, collectively accounting for 34 %, also classified as medium. These results underscore the need for targeted instructional strategies to address specific areas of difficulty and improve overall conceptual understanding.
