Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the achievement of criteria in the implementation of Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) with the theme of Local Wisdom. This study used an evaluation research method applying the Countenance Stake evaluation model, which consists of three stages: Antecedent, Transaction, and Outcomes. The study employed both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques, with data collected through observation, interviews, document studies, and questionnaires involving 66 respondents. Data analysis utilized descriptive quantitative analysis (percentage scores of achievement for each school in every stage) and qualitative analysis (descriptions of strengths, challenges, and influencing factors). The evaluation of the P5 program based on the Countenance model shows positive results across the three stages. In the Antecedents stage, schools demonstrated high readiness, with average achievements ranging from 85.1% to 86.3%. The Transactions stage showed satisfactory implementation, with achievements between 76.9% and 85.2%. In the Outcomes stage, student performance was fairly good, ranging from 75.2% to 81.5%. The study highlights the importance of management support, teacher training, and robust monitoring and evaluation systems for effective program implementation. Strengthening these aspects is crucial for ensuring the P5 program runs more effectively and equitably across all schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a training module for lesson planning using the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the pedagogical competence of junior high school art teachers in Salatiga. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method based on the Borg & Gall model, limited to the first five stages. The development process involved expert validation and limited field testing with 21 MGMP members. The research instruments included validation sheets, questionnaires, and pre-test/post-test assessments, while data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired-sample t-tests. The validation results indicated a high level of feasibility (average 90% for material and 83.6% for module). The effectiveness tests revealed a statistically significant improvement in teachers' pedagogical competence, with higher post-test scores (77.86) compared to pre-test scores (61.43), and a significance value (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The module, designed to be self-instructional, self-contained, adaptive, and user-friendly, demonstrates the potential of AI-enhanced TPACK training to improve the quality of art education. These findings imply that integrating AI into teacher professional development can effectively enhance pedagogical competence, with broader implications for designing innovative training models across various subject areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the potential of Generation Alpha, as well as the education and guidance needed to prepare them for Indonesia Gold 2045. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, employing initial observations, limited interviews with guidance teachers and counselors, and parents of Generation Alpha. The research results show that Generation Alpha has advantages in creativity, independent learning ability, and technology mastery. However, as a result of the dominance of virtual interactions, they also face significant problems, such as technology addiction, difficulty managing emotions, and a lack of social concern. This research emphasizes that integrated career guidance services must be provided from the beginning. It is also important to enhance 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and character development. To realize Indonesia Gold 2045, schools, families, and the surrounding environment must work together to maximize the potential of Generation Alpha. This will become a productive and competitive agent of change worldwide.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of character education at SDN 015 Balikpapan Selatan using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, which comprises four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and result. The research was motivated by the need to reinforce character values after the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to a decline in students' positive behaviors due to prolonged online learning. A mixed-method approach with an explanatory sequential design was employed. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires from 89 students (grades II-VI), while qualitative data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data analysis employed a simple quantitative descriptive approach using Microsoft Excel to calculate percentage scores and categorize them into five levels (very high, high, moderate, low, and very low) based on the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. Qualitative data from interviews, observations, and documents were narratively integrated to support and enrich the findings. The findings revealed that the reaction stage achieved an average score of 90.87%, the learning stage 88.24%, and the behavior stage 88.07%, all within the very high category. At the result stage, character education was found to have a positive long-term impact on students' learning motivation, social behaviors, and engagement both at school and at home. The program successfully fostered student discipline, independence, empathy, and moral conduct. However, challenges remain in achieving consistent internalization of character values, particularly outside the school environment. Overall, the study concludes that character education at SDN 015 Balikpapan has been effectively implemented and significantly contributes to shaping students' character, although ongoing improvement is needed through more collaborative strategies involving both schools and parents.

Abstract

Supervision constraints, which are carried out face-to-face or fully online, encourage the creation of a hybrid supervision model. To be able to carry out supervision in a hybrid manner, supervisors need to be equipped with knowledge and skills to be able to apply it appropriately. The objective of this study is to improve the ability of Education supervisors to carry out hybrid academic supervision through online training. This research approach was a mixed method with school action research methods. The subjects of this study were 20 people consisting of the principal and vice principal. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive data analysis of Miles and Huberman models and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed an increase in the ability of participants after attending the training. This is proven by the increase in knowledge, skills and attitudes of trainees from pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. In the pre-cycle stage, knowledge scores 32, skills 53, and attitudes 49. In cycle 1 the posttest results score knowledge 57, skill 75, and attitude 64. And in cycle 2 increased knowledge score 87, skill 93, and attitude 88. Based on the results of cycle 2, it can be seen that all participants have been able to achieve the established success indicator of ≥ 80. Thus, it can be concluded that online training can improve the ability of participants to apply hybrid model academic supervision.
