Abstract

The existence of the taklim assembly has an important role in the socialization and enculturation process to enable Muslims to survive in a society that is predominantly Hindu. The role of the taklim assembly is expected to be able to present religious material that is able to form a moderate way of religion for its congregation, especially in responding to local culture in the Tengger tribe area. The focus of this service is first, local cultural study workshops and strengthening religious moderation. Second, strengthening Religious Moderation, through the development of religious material that will be presented in taklim assembly activities by the Muallim to the congregation. Based on these two focuses, service uses the service learning method through three stages; preparation, planning and implementation. From the results of the mentoring, the following are the results; 1) study of local Karo culture, entas-entas, barikan, kasodo, walagara, liliwet, santi, sodoran, and unan-unan. Local culture contains moral messages that can be used as material to strengthen religious moderation. 2) development of moral religious material that emphasizes the social dimension. Religious material contains messages about building relationships between humans and humans and humans and nature.

Abstract

Suatu pendekatan yang memberi kesempataan kepada siswa untuk mengekspolorasi permasalahan dengan berbagai cara sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu pemecahan baru adalah pendekatan open-ended. Penerapan pendekatan open-ended dalam pembelajaran dapat merangsang peningkatan pemecahan masalah.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan model pendekatan Open-Ended terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4Padangsidempuan dalam setiap aktifitas manusia di berbagai bidang. Matematika juga sebagai sarana berpikir logis, analisis, kreatif, dan sistematis.Dalam pembelajaran matematika pemecahan masalah merupakan inti pembelajaran yang merupakan kemampuan dasar dalam proses pembelajaran. Kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan permasalahan harus dimiliki agar mampu mengatasi persoalan yang berkaitan dengan materi sekolah. Pemecahan masalah memuat empat langkah penyelesaiannya yaitu 1) memahami masalah, 2) merencanakan masalah, 3) menyelesaikan masalah sesuai rencana dan 4) melakukan pengecekan kembali terhadap semua langkah yang dikerjakan. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah tersebut perlu dikembangkan keterampilan memahami masalah, membuat model matematika, menyelesaikan masalah, dan menafsirkan solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain eksperimen jenis One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa. peneliti menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan cara acak, dimana yang diacak adalah kelasnya. Pengacakan dilakukan dengan cara diundi dengan gulungan kertas, sehingga gulungan yang terambil itulah yang menjadi sampelnya. Yang mana peneliti menentukan subjek dengan teknik cluster sampling yaitu kelompok (kelas), sedangkan menentukan objeknya dengan random sampling. Setelah peneliti mengundi lima kelompok (kelas), maka yang terpilih menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah siswakelas VIII, yaitu kelas VIII 3 dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan keterampilan guru dengan mengguanakan instrument tes berupa pre-test dan post-test untuk siswa. Selanjutnya, data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan taraf signifikan 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi guru matematika dalam menggunakan model pendekatan open-ended dalam memecahkan masalah matematika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan daripada bahan ajar yang dihasilkan yaitu berupa LKS yang melalui pendekatan metakognitif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa SMP Negeri 2 Simarpinggan dan untuk mengetahui kualitas atau kelayakan kevalidan dilihat dari aspek penilaian dari para ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, kemudian untuk kepraktisan dilihat dari aspek penilaian hasil angket respon siswa yang berjumlah dari 10 orang sebagai responden, selanjutnya keefektifan dilihat dari aspek penilaian hasil tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diberikan terhadap siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 2 Simarpinggan sebanyak 30 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 2 Simarpinggan yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar angket validasi ahli untuk mengetahui kevalidan produk, kemudian angket respon siswa untuk melihat kepraktisan produk, serta lembar tes untuk melihat keefektifan produk yang dikembangkan. Validasi dilakukan oleh para ahli yaitu, ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa yang kemudian produk diuji cobakan kepada responden penggunaannya terhadap produk dan hasil tes siswa berdasarkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini sehingga diperoleh kevalidan produk dengan rata-rata persentase 91% dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”, untuk kepraktisan produk diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 84% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis”, dan keefektifan produk diperoleh hasil dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 84%dengan rata-rata persentase 84% dengan kategori “Sangat Efektif”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar berupa LKS melalui pendekatan metakognitif menghasilkan produk penelitian yang baik dan dapat digunakan untuk membelajarkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran Ludo Smart Math (LSM) untuk membelajarkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa di MTS S Hajijah Amalia Sari Batunadua dan mengetahui kualitas media pembelajaran Ludo Smart Math dilihat dari aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa kelas VII-A MTS S Hajijah Amalia Sari Batunadua. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan diantaranya 1) lembar angket berupa angket validasi oleh ahli untuk melihat kevalidan produk yang dikembangkan, dan 2) angket respon siswa untuk mengetahui kepraktisan produk yang dikembangkan. Validasi dilakukan oleh 3 ahli yaitu ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli Bahasa dab kemudian di ujicobakan berdasarkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil kevalidan produk dengan rata-rata persentase 83% dalam kategori “Sangat Valid”, kepraktisan produk dengan rata-rata 85,77% dalam kategori “Sangat Praktis” dan keefektifan dengan rata-rata 83% dalam kategori “Sangat Ffektif”.

Abstract

This research is a development research which aims to develop textbooks with a Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to teach the creative thinking skills of Pancasila and Citizenship Education for elementary school students. To achieve the research objectives, Lee & Owens development research was carried out using the ADDIE model which includes analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. In accordance with the product development research criteria, it must meet the criteria of validity, practicality and effectiveness. In this paper, a discussion will be carried out regarding the effectiveness of research products whose process is lifted from the evaluation stage of the research activities carried out. The research subjects were 26 students of Class V SD Negeri 200106 Padangsidimpuan. The object is Teaching Material Products that meet the effectiveness criteria. The product development evaluation stage design uses a one group pretest posttest design. Research instruments include Observation Sheets and Tests. Research conducted shows the application of learning to obtain a score of 3.47 which is in the effective category. Achievement of students' creative thinking abilities with a significance value of 0.01 which is smaller than 0.05 and an N-gain of 0.47 which indicates the product being developed is in the medium category. Thus it is concluded that civics education teaching materials with a contextual teaching and learning approach to teach elementary school students' creative thinking skills are effective. Teaching materials with a contextual teaching and learning approach are very supportive in giving directions to students to provide diverse and varied answers as well as unique answers. Besides that, it is found in active student learning, enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of using Quizizz as a learning medium on students’ motivation in vocational high schools. This research employs a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a pre-test and post-test design. Two tests were conducted on the students: one using conventional teaching methods and the other using Quizizz.To collect the necessary data, the study used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS application through an Independent Sample T-test. The study involved a sample of 13 students.The results of the analysis showed a significance value of 0.018. Since this value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the use of Quizizz has a significant effect on increasing students' learning motivation. In conclusion, Quizizz can be an effective tool to enhance student motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the senior high school and vocational school levels

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Guru dalam membentuk karakter santri melalui pembelajaran kitab muntakhobat di Madrasah Diniyah Roudhotul Jannah. Tujuan dari peneliti ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan muatan pendidikan karakter dalam kitab Muntakhobat dan peran guru dalam membentuk karakter santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti ini dilakukan di Madrasah Diniyah Roudhotul Jannah, yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan non-formal yang menerapkan pembelajaran kitab Muntakhobat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada santri melalui pembelajaran kitab tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam membentuk karakter santri serta menjadi sumber bacaan dan ilmu pengetahuan yang bermanfaat.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of AI has transformed various sectors, including education. In Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam / PAI), AI has the potential to enhance effectiveness and inclusiveness through personalized learning, task automation, and active interaction. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and ethical issues remain obstacles. This study aims to examine the role of AI as a teacher’s partner in Islamic Religious Education and to analyze its opportunities and challenges. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs a literature review method by analyzing previous studies and relevant sources on AI implementation in education, particularly in the PAI context. The findings indicate that AI can support teachers by automating assessments, providing adaptive learning content, and facilitating immersive learning experiences through virtual and augmented reality. However, effective implementation requires digital literacy training for educators, improved infrastructure, and the development of ethical policies. These findings highlight the need for collaboration among governments, educational institutions, and technology developers to ensure AI integration aligns with Islamic values and enhances both cognitive and character development in students.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students' moral creed subjects in the learning process can be caused by the lack of use of learning media that suits the needs of students. This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in moral creed through the use of the quizizz application. This type of research falls into the category of classroom action research, which was carried out in two research cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data source of this research is all X grade students of MA Ma'arif Durensewu, totaling 16 students in the academic year 2023/2024 Semester 2. Data collection in the study was carried out using questionnaires, learning percentage assessments, observation sheets, and documentation with research instruments in the form of learning outcomes test akidah akhlak. The data obtained in this study were then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The indicator of success is determined by the criterion that 90% of students achieve learning outcomes that meet the KKM of ?75. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of students who completed the KKM in cycle I was 25% to 100% in cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes after using the quizizz application.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching materials based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) for third-grade students at SDN Pager 02 Purwosari as an effort to enhance learning engagement and instill values of religious moderation from an early age. Addressing the issues of low student participation in project-based learning and the limited availability of digital learning resources, the teaching materials were developed using the ADDIE model by integrating interactive media, staged project tasks, and contextual approaches suited to students’ cognitive development. Expert validation showed the materials were feasible for use, and classroom implementation demonstrated improvements in student activity, creativity, and understanding of religious and social values. Therefore, PjBL-based teaching materials are not only effective in supporting academic achievement but also in shaping students’ character to be more tolerant, collaborative, and independent.
