Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak pandemi covid19 terhadap pemanfaatan e learning. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus eksplorasi dan pendekatan penelitiannya menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi kendala dan akibat dari pandemic COVID-19 terhadap pemanfaatan e-learning. Dalam penelitian ini responden sebanyak 12 orang yang terdiri dari enam orang dosen yang diberi inisial D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6 dan enam orang mahasiswa yang diberi inisial M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6. Wawancara semi-terstruktur dilakukan dan daftar pertanyaan disusun untuk wawancara dikembangkan berdasarkan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pemanfaatan e learning yaitu sinyal yang lemah, server yang down dan sulit diakses,  penambahan biaya kuota internet, jam ngajar dosen menjadi  tidak terbatas,  kurangnya komunikasi dan sosialisasi antar mahasiswa dan dosen, penguasaan dalam penggunaan e learning yang masih rendah dan  penguasaan materi yang rendah pada matakuliah praktek. Selain itu adanya pemanfaatan e learning dapat mengurangi biaya (ongkos) bagi dosen luar kota dan waktu ngajar menjadi fleksibilitas, memudahkan melakukan pemutakhiran bahan ajar an pemeriksaan tugas . Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya pandemic covid 19 memberikan dampak positif dan dampak negative dalam pemanfaatan e learning.

Abstract

In this digital age, digital transformation has become a challenge for many businesses, especially SMEs. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are projected to benefit from digital transformation. The study will look at how digital transformation affects SME performance in Pariaman City. The study employs quantitative methodologies, namely double linear regression analytic techniques. The research data was gathered via a survey of 100 SMEs in Pariaman City. The study found that digital transformation had no substantial positive influence on SME performance. The findings of this study imply that digital transformation cannot be a one-stop solution for boosting the performance of SMEs. Governments should provide more assistance to SMEs in implementing digital transitions. SME actors must develop their digital abilities in order to make the best use of digital technologies. This study is designed to help the development of SMEs in Pariaman City and better understanding of the influence of digital transformation on SME performance.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and digital transformation on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) performance in Padang City. The research method used is quantitative, with a descriptive approach and statistical analysis. The research sample consisted of 40 owners and/or employees of SMEs in Padang City, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 22. The research results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of SMEs. On the other hand, digital transformation hurts the performance of SMEs. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that these two independent variables simultaneously have a significant impact on SME performance. This research provides empirical contributions to the existing literature and emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurial orientation and proper digital transformation management in improving SME performance. Furthermore, this research provides empirical evidence on the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and digital transformation on the performance of small and medium enterprises, which can contribute to the understanding of the importance of entrepreneurial orientation and the use of technology to enhance the performance of small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

In the digital era, the role of human resources in driving the adoption of technology and innovation in the SME sector is becoming increasingly important. SMEs that contribute significantly to the Indonesian economy face challenges in adopting technology amidst global competition. This study examines the influence of technopreneurship on human resources in the SME sector using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Through SLR, this study aims to analyze scientific literature to understand how the application of technopreneurship affects human resources in SMEs. The results of the study indicate that technopreneurship supported by the quality of human resources is the main key to successful business development. This study also reveals the importance of human resources in managing organizational change, building a culture of innovation, and facilitating continuous learning as well as factors that motivate becoming a technopreneur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of risk-taking on SME performance with entrepreneurial orientation as a mediating variable. The population of this research consists of SME actors in Padang, with 60 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Sobel test to examine the mediating effect. The results show that risk-taking has a positive influence on SME performance, while entrepreneurial orientation also contributes to performance improvement, although in a smaller proportion. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation is proven to mediate the relationship between risk-taking and SME performance, indicating its significant role in strengthening the positive impact of risk-taking on business outcomes. These findings imply that developing entrepreneurial orientation among SMEs is essential to optimize risk-taking behavior as a strategy for enhancing competitiveness and achieving sustainable performance
