Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries facing the problem of economic growth, where one of the factors is inflation and government spending. West Sumatra is one of the provinces in Indonesia that is experiencing economic growth problems. This can be seen from the fluctuating inflation rate and government spending, which can affect the rate of economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and government spending on economic growth in West Sumatra Province in 1993- 2020. Methodology/approach – This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis using secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting and retrieving data through the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics for West Sumatra Province, namely sumbar.bps.go.id. the sample in this study was 28 years old starting from 1993-2020. Findings – It there was a partial and simultaneous effect of inflation and government spending on economic growth in West Sumatra Province from 1993-2020. With the regression results Y = 19.432 - 0.145 X1 – 1.892 X2 and a coefficient of determination of 50.9% means that 50.9% of the independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable, while the remaining 49.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Novelty/value – Inflation is the main factor influencing economic growth in West Sumatra province, while government spending is a supporting factor influencing economic growth in West Sumatra province. To increase economic growth in the province of West Sumatra, the regional government of the province of West Sumatra needs to maintain inflation stability in the form of price stability for goods and services and an increase in appropriate government spending to regulate the course of the economy by determining the amount of government revenue and spending each year which is reflected in regional expenditure revenue budget (APBD) with the aim of stabilizing prices, output levels, employment opportunities and encouraging economic growth in the province of West Sumatra. As employee retention has been an important factor in the Baltic region over the last two decades it is vital to understand how to retain employees.

Abstract

AbstrakPelatihan mengenai praktik perhitungan harga pokok produksi bagi usaha Peyek 5 KIC diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan dalam penjualannya. Penetapan metode harga pokok produksi yang digunakan yaitu metode Full Costing yang mana metode ini menghitung seluruh biaya baik bersifat tetap maupun variable, sehingga dalam 1 produk akan diperoleh berapa harga pokoknya dan usaha Peyek 5 KIC dapat menjual barang dagangannya dengan menggunakan keuntungan sebagaimana yang mereka harapkan. Usaha Peyek 5 KIC ini dijalankan oleh para mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Barat yang tergabung dalam kelompok UKM Kewirausahaan. Kami sebagai dosen Fakultas Ekonomi memberikan pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa mengenai praktik perhitungan metode harga pokok produksi.Kata Kunci: full costing, metode harga pokok produksi, biaya tetap, biaya variable AbstractTraining on the practice of calculating the cost of goods produced for the Peyek 5 KIC business is expected to maximize profits in its sales. Determination of the cost of production method used is the Full Costing method, in which it calculates all costs both fixed and variable, so that in 1 product the cost of goods will be obtained and Peyek 5 KIC business can sell their merchandise and use the profit as they have hoped for. The Peyek 5 KIC business is run by students of the University of West Sumatra who are members of the Entrepreneurship student activity (UKM) group. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan teknologi baru dalam transaksi pembelian beras menggunakan E-Money berbasis website. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengumpulan data melalui penelitian lapangan, penelitian perpustakaan, dan penelitian laboratorium. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode penulisan pengembangan sistem secara waterfall. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa teknologi ini mempermudah transaksi pembelian beras menjadi lebih efektif, terutama dalam pembayaran, dan membantu dalam pembukuan yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Cara kerja alat ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan RFID tag sebagai input yang digunakan sebagai identitas dan media transaksi pada sistem. Untuk mendapatkan kartu E-Money, kita perlu mendaftar langsung di Toko Divo HVL.

Abstract

The study of STIA BNM Pariamna students aims to examine the impact of personal factors on entrepreneurial interests, the impact of family factors on entrepreneurial interests, and the impact of personal and family factors on enterprise interests. In this study, the population is STIA BNM Pariaman students, while the sample is STIA BNM Paraman students who are active in the 2022-2023 general school of state administration by semester level, age, and gender. This study employs quantitative descriptive methods and an ex post facto research design. Online questionnaires were distributed to sample members to collect data. Techniques for Data Analysis Using the SPSS 26 Software This study discovered: 1) 1) At STIA BNM Pariaman, personal factors have a significant influence on entrepreneurial students' interests. 2) There is a significant relationship between family environmental factors and entrepreneurial students' interest at STIA BNM Pariaman. 3) Personal and family environmental factors have a significant influence on entrepreneurial students' interests at STIA BNM Pariaman

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of growth in the number of UKM, growth in UKM Labor Force and growth in UKM Export Value on the growth of UKM GDP contribution in Indonesia and the magnitude of the influence. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the research are that there is an influence of the growth in the number of UKM, the growth of the UKM workforce and the growth of the value of UKM exports on the growth of the GDP contribution of UKM in Indonesia. 81.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the dominant base sectors in Sungai Banyak City and evaluate the level of labor absorption in these sectors. The data used comes from secondary sources, namely the websites of BPS Sungai Banyak City and BPS Jambi Province. The data analysis method involves a qualitative descriptive approach and quantitative descriptive analysis. The data collection period is 2018-2022. The analytical instrument applied involves Location Quotient (LQ) and labor absorption in the base sector. The research results show that there are four significant basic sectors in Sungai Banyak City in the 2018-2022 period. These sectors include Mining and Quarrying (LQ 1.11), Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (LQ 1.31), Construction (LQ 1.31), and Wholesale and Retail Trade (LQ 1.95). The highest labor absorption will occur in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sectors in 2022, with a total of 44,428 people. Meanwhile, the Wholesale and Retail Trade sector will absorb the largest number of workers in 2022, amounting to 15,013 people. The Mining and Construction sector, which is included in the other sectors category, accounts for 12,480 people in 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the internal and external factors for developing the Kerinci Lake tourist attraction and to determine the strategy for developing the Kerinci Lake tourist attraction. The data used is primary data obtained from respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SWOT analysis. Based on the study carried out, it was concluded that the strategy for developing the Kerinci Lake tourist attraction is in quadrant 1, namely the Rapid Growth Strategy. By using the SO strategy, the strategy for developing the Kerinci Lake tourist attraction is to maintain the existence of natural resources which have great potential as tourist attractions, establishing cooperation with other parties in developing facilities and infrastructure as well as tourist attractions. Apart from that, the strategy that needs to be carried out is to develop the Lake Kerinci tourist attraction with the aim of providing comfort and security by involving the participation of the community of the tourist attraction area and its unique socio-cultural (community traditions) to increase Opportunities in the current natural tourism trend in order to drive the community's economy and improve PAD.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate more deeply the impact of skills and abilities on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Kota Pariaman. The population of this research is 4,281 Small and Medium Enterprises located in Pariaman City where the number of samples is 98 SMEs. The technique used in collecting data for this research is to use Field Research, then the technical data analysis used is factor analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out using Statistical Program Social Scence (SPSS) 24.0 for Windows by using factor analysis, among others instrument test, classical assumption test, Goodness of Fit test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that a) There is a positive influence of skills on the performance of small and medium enterprises of 13.2%. b) There is a positive effect of ability on the performance of small and medium enterprises of 30.8%. c) There is a positive influence of skills and abilities on the performance of small and medium enterprises of 34.1%.

Abstract

The rise of knowledge-based technopreneurship has led to significant changes in work and the demands placed on organizations. Organizations are required to become a repository of innovation and nurture and retain talent resources. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the impact that technological entrepreneurship, process innovation, and administrative innovation have had on the structural performance of Krisnadwipayana University. Students who made use of various smart government services were selected through a process known as random sampling. A total of 700 respondents were asked to participate in the survey, but only 403 did so, yielding a response rate of 57.57%. After removing missing data, outliers, and questionable replies, 372 respondents were evaluated. SmartPLS 3.0 was used to analyze research models using PLS and SEM-VB. The findings of this study add to what is known about technopreneurship in the academic and public sectors. They look at how innovations in technology, processes, and management affect the academic and administrative success of Krisnadwipayana University students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived value, service qualityand consumer satisfaction on repurchase interest at the Agung Sungai Penuh distribution.In this study due to the large and unknown population. The samples taken were consumerswho made purchases at the Great Distro of Sungai Penuh City during the research periodor the minimum limit of 80 was obtained from 20 x the number of variables in this study.The sampling method in this study is the accidental sampling method, namely the samplingis based on the fact that they happen to appear in the research object. The results showedthat Perceived Value had a significant effect on repurchase interest. service quality has asignificant effect on repurchase intention. consumer satisfaction has a significant effect onrepurchase intention. The magnitude of the influence of 81.8% between Perceived Value(X1), service quality (X2) and consumer satisfaction (X3) on repurchase interest at theGreat Distro of Sungai Penuh City, while 18.2% can be explained by other reasons outsidethe study. this.
