AbstractProviding safe services is important in the implementation of health services. Medication errors are a failure of the treatment process that has the potential to cause harm to patients. The incidence of treatment errors can be prevented through increased understanding of health workers and the community regarding the safety of treatment. The active role of patients and their families during treatment process can minimize harm that may happened. This program aims to increase the knowledge of health workers and community as an important element of health services in order to prevent the occurrence of medication error. Efforts to increase knowledge are carried out through the holding of webinars for the community related to 5 moments for medication safety and treatment safety training activities for health workers. Knowledge change was measured using a pre and posttest questionnaires. The target of activities amounted to 37 people and 15 health workers. The results of the analysis showed positive changes in average knowledge with an increase in community knowledge (97.3%) and health workers (100%). The results of this activity become the provision of the community or health workers to increase their role in the safety of treatment with knowledge that has been obtained during community service activities.Keywords: Medication safety, health workers, community, medication error AbstrakPenyediaan layanan yang aman penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Kesalahan pengobatan merupakan kegagalan proses pengobatan yang berpotensi menimbulkan bahaya bagi pasien. Insiden kesalahan pengobatan dapat dicegah melalui peningkatan pemahaman tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat terkait keamanan pengobatan. Peran aktif pasien dan keluarganya dalam pelayanan kesehatan dapat meminimalisir bahaya yang mungkin timbul pada proses pengobatan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat sebagai unsur penting pelayanan kesehatan agar dapat mencegah terjadinya kejadian medication error. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan melalui penyelenggaraan webinar bagi masyarakat umum terkait 5 moments for medication safety dan kegiatan pelatihan keamanan pengobatan bagi tenaga kesehatan. Perubahan pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner pre dan post test. Sasaran kegiatan berjumlah 37 masyarakat dan 15 tenaga kesehatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif rata-rata pengetahuan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat (97,3%) dan tenaga kesehatan (100%). Hasil kegiatan ini menjadi bekal masyarakat ataupun tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan perannya dalam keamanan pengobatan dengan pengetahuan yang telah diperoleh selama kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan.Kata kunci: Keamanan pengobatan, tenaga kesehatan, masyarakat, kesalahan pengobatan

Family Planning Village is one of the strategic innovations that has been implemented by the BKKBN since 2015. However, its implementation remains not optimal during the 4 years of the program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the FP Village program in improving the community health status in Banyuwangi Regency. This was a quasi-experimental study with a qualitative approach. The research was carried out in two villages that have a FP Village program in Banyuwangi Regency, consisting of FP Village representatives located in the urban areas and suburban areas of Banyuwangi, starting from July to November 2019. Data was collected using literature study, in-depth interview, and FGDs. Based on the result of the study, the implementation scope of the FP Village program in Wringinagung and Gambiran was in accordance with the 2015 FP Village program technical manual. The development of the FP Village program can be done by making edutourism and utilizing local potential in the program implementation.

Since the world's covid outbreak, each country has issued a response policy, including prevention and treatment. One of the preventions carried out by Indonesian youth is to carry out special tests with much attached policies and tell the stories of various parties. The authors believe that today's television is full of practices between health conflicts and conflicts of interest of the parties. To prove these assumptions and allegations, we conducted an instant data search on the application of health journals and also social crises in Indonesia, and we found that the data was then taken by a phenomenological approach and then analyzed with data coding, in-depth analysis, rigorous evaluation and also concluding passing through the data. Various high interpretations to obtain valid and accurate data in answering the problems of this study. Based on the available data, then the discussion we found that the understanding of the physical test, which is a government policy has found that the issue of pollution is a problem where we found several interests and conflicts that occurred so that until now it remains an unsolved problem. Hopefully, this data will be valuable input for efforts to improve and provide the first service to understand the meaning of the PCR test in Indonesia.

The Healthy Indonesia Program with Family Approach (PIS-PK) implementation is a way to implement Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the health sector through family empowerment. The achievement of families visited in Banyuwangi District in 2017-2019 was 42%. Healthy Family Index (IKS) Banyuwangi is 0.08 (unhealthy category). That IKS is the second lowest value in East Java Province in 2019. Six PIS-PK indicators are far from the total coverage. The study purpose is to evaluate the implementation of PIS-PK based on the PIS-PK Regulation of the Minister of Health Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 2016. The type of research is descriptive exploratory research. The study was conducted in 10 PHC and the Banyuwangi DHO. The informants are the PIS-PK coordinator at the PHC, head of the PHC, and the team of PIS-PK at the Banyuwangi DHO. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions. Analyzing research data descriptively and thematic content approach. The stage of family visits and initial intervention has been carried out by PHC quite well. At the family visit stage, the data collection team has various perceptions of healthy family instruments, there are signal problems in some areas and not yet total coverage. The PIS-PK data analysis stage has not been carried out thoroughly. The stage of further intervention on health problems has not been carried out thoroughly by all PHC because the majority of PHC is still in the family visit stage. The monitoring and evaluation phase is carried out by most of the PHC from the PIS-PK preparation stage to family visits and initial intervention. Several PHC has carried out monitoring and evaluation up to the initial IKS analysis stage and advanced intervention. The implementation of PIS-PK in Banyuwangi is not fully following the guidelines for implementing the PIS-PK Regulation of the Minister of Health Republic Indonesia Number 39 of 2016.

Koppontren (Koperasi pondok pesantren) merupakan lembaga yang didirikan agar pesantren menjadi lembaga yang swadaya. Lembaga ini memiliki peran penting terutama untuk pesantren yang memungut iuran kepada santri jauh di bawah standar biaya yang sesuai disebabkan oleh latar ekonomi santri yang berada di garis kemiskinan. Namun, banyak dari koppontren yang belum mampu menunjukkan performa sesuai yang diharapkan. Salah dua sebabnya adalah tidak adanya produk unggulan dan minimnya pengetahuan pengurus tentang strategi pemasaran produk. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dijalankan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang pengembangan produk unggulan dan startegi pemasaran produk serta pengurusan ijin produk. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta mampu memahami cara terbaik dalam memasarkan produk dan menghasilkan ide-ide produk unggulan yang akan dikembangkan pada koperasi pesantren tersebut.Selain itu peserta memahami prosedur dan persyaratan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengurus ijin produk.

Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) is an HIV/AIDS prevention program that has high evidence of effectiveness, especially for individuals who have HIV/AIDS risk behaviors. The behavior of using VCT services can be seen from the influence of perceptions and social support. This study has the purpose to analyze the correlation between perceptions and social support of pregnant women with the behavior of using VCT services in Banyuwangi. The method used in this study is an analytical observational with a cross-sectional research design. The population of this study was pregnant women in the Kembiritan, Sobo, Genteng Kulon, Kertosari, Singojuruh, and Singotrunan in the range of May - to November 2018. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Most of the respondents have a bad perception that is 51. 6%. The majority of respondents have poor social support, namely 84.1%. The percentage of respondents who have good perceptions and behaviors in utilizing VCT services is 62.4%. Meanwhile, 60.1% of respondents who have social support and good behavior use VCT.

Salah satu kebijakan yang diterapkan untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 yaitu pengurangan aktivitas diluar rumah atau sering disebut lockdown. Hal tersebut memengaruhi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat seperti bekerja dari rumah atau belajar dari rumah. Penerapan gaya hidup sehat di masa pandemi menjadi hal yang sulit dilakukan oleh beberapa kalangan. Kesehatan mata sering kali dilupakan. Alat elektronik seperti laptop, komputer, dan handphone meningkat penggunaannya selama pandemi. Kelelahan mata menjadi salah satu akibat dari penggunaan gadget yang terlalu lama. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui kejadian kelelahan mata dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu studi literatur. Artikel dikumpulkan melalui mesin pencari Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct. Kata kunci yang digunakan yaitu kelelahan mata, COVID-19 dan pandemi Artikel melalui proses eliminasi, skimming dan scanning hingga idapatkan 7 artikel sesuai dengan topik. Prevalensi kelelahan mata meningkat secara signifikan khususnya pada kalangan pelajar. Kelelahan mata terjadi karena durasi screen time dan jarak antara mata dengan layar. Gejala yang sering timbul yaitu pusing, sakit mata, sakit leher, dan mata kering. Kelelahan mata dapat diminimalisir dengan penggunaan gadget secara bijak.

This study discusses some of the latest trends in business marketing governance in the era of Automation by emphasizing what is happening in business today compared to the past. This study is based on published data in the literature and internet-based data from various research articles, newspaper reports, and various website sites that actively discuss marketing trend issues in digital technology days. We understand that the business now and in the past still have the same goal, but what makes the difference is the marketing work system that used to be conventional but has now switched to digital, namely by optimizing internet searches that are based on marketing objectives, all marketing content and all information related to trading electronics became the main discussion to get an understanding of marketing management governance in the era of all-technology. We then studied the electronic data search method carefully and concluded that the point was that we got the findings as an answer to this royal question reported qualitatively. Based on the data exposure and discussion, we can inform the audience that today's business managers must understand how to influence consumers to win marketing by minimizing marketing costs so that companies get profits and their business continuity. Thus, it is hoped that this study will obtain results helpful in developing business marketing science in the digital era compared to traditional marketing techniques.

Loyalitas konsumen adalah perilaku yang akan membeli produk atau menggunakan jasa secara berulang-ulang pada perusahaan yang sama, sedangkan loyalitas pasien dikaitkan dengan perilaku pasien untuk menggunakan kembali jasa yang diberikan oleh pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya di rumah sakit. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah scoping review. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui dua sumber data base yaitu DOAJ dan google scholar (dibatasi pada 3 halaman pertama). Adapun kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel yaitu: "Faktor" AND "loyalitas" AND "pasien” AND “rawat inap” AND “rumah sakit”. Artikel yang ditemukan sebanyak 23 artikel namun hanya 11 artikel yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit adalah faktor kepuasan pasien dan faktor kualitas layanan pasien. Terdapat faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit seperti faktor perilaku caring perawat, kepercayaan, kenyamanan, kemudahan, dan lain-lain. Kesimpulannya, pihak rumah sakit perlu memperhatikan bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pasien dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan karena banyak hasil penelitian yang berhasil menunjukkan pengaruh faktor kepuasan pasien dan faktor kualitas layanan pasien terhadap tingkat loyalitas pasien

Latar belakang: Industri pelayanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit saat ini semakin banyak dan berkembang, oleh karena itu secara langsung menimbulkan persaingan komersial antar penyedia layanan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, rumah sakit dituntut untuk menyusun strategi yang bertujuan memenangkan persaingan dalam pasar, yaitu harus memperhatikan citra dan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu kepada masyarakat agar dapat memuaskan dan menumbuhkan loyalitas. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap rumah sakit. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review. Pengumpulan artikel menggunakan google scholar yang tersedia free dan full text dan diterbitkan minimal 5 tahun terakhir (2018-2022). Hasil temuan yang didapatkan akan dianalisis dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Hasil: Seluruh artikel yang digunakan merupakan artikel dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel dependen loyalitas pasien. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa citra pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, yaitu semakin tinggi citra maka loyalitas pasien akan semakin tinggi. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, yaitu semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan maka semakin tinggi pula loyalitas pasien. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil yang didapatkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel citra dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien.
