Abstract

Penyuluhan adalah suatu kegiatan mendidik sesuatu kepada individu ataupun kelompok, memberi pengetahuan, informasi-informasi dan berbagai kemampuan agar dapat membentuk sikap dan perilaku hidup yang seharusnya. Hakekatnya penyuluhan merupakan suatu kegiatan nonformal dalam rangka mengubah masyarakat menuju keadaan yang lebih baik seperti yang dicita-citakan. Pemasaran Produk adalah seluruh proses yang dimulai dari analisis pasar, mengantarkan produk ke pelanggan dan menerima umpan balik. UMKM adalah usaha atau bisnis yang dilakukan oleh individu, kelompok, badan usaha kecil, maupun rumah tangga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan penjualan Usaha Bokoran melalui pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam program kerja ini yaitu berupa penyuluhan dengan cara memberi brosur yang berisi materi mengenai cara pemasaran. Hasil dari program kerja ini  memberi dampak yang positif antara lain mereka menjadi tahu bagaimana cara pemasaran yang baik, dan mereka juga bisa membuat akun penjualan di marketplace khususnya facebook. Dengan program kerja ini, pemilik bisa meningkatkan penjualan melalui pemasaran dengan cara menguploud produk yang dihasilkan di media sosial seperti Instagram, facebook dan lainnnya. Selain itu, juga bisa membuat konten yang menarik agar bisa memikat pelanggan.

Abstract

Kapok Randu has been used by kapok craftsmen in the Ungasan Traditional Village, Badung Regency, Bali Province, as mattress products and products for religious ceremonies. Currently, product sales are declining significantly. This is due to several factors, such as the production process is still traditional; the product design could be more complex and attractive. New product design innovation is needed to restore sales of this craft product. This community outreach program is carried out to introduce and train kapok craftsmen to create a more innovative and attractive product; thus better meeting market tastes. With more innovative designs, it is expected that sales of kapok products will be increased. The results of this community outreach program are: (1) Increase in the understanding of craftsmen on the importance of product innovation; (2) An increase in the skill of craftsmen in making an innovative new product, in this case in the form of attractive sofa cushions as an interior product; (3) There was a significant change in the design of kapok products before and after implementing a community outreach program. Product design becomes more innovative, attractive, and better at meeting market tastes.  ---  Kapuk randu selama ini telah dimanfaatkan oleh pengrajin kapuk di Desa Adat Ungasan Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali sebagai produk kasur dan produk untuk upacara keagamaan. Saat ini penjualan produk mengalami penurunan secara signifikan. Beberapa faktor penyebabnya antara lain: proses produksi yang masih tradisional; desain produk yang sangat sederhana dan kurang menarik. Inovasi desain produk baru dibutuhkan untuk dapat mengembalikan penjualan produk kerajinan ini. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih pengrajin kapuk membuat produk berbahan kapuk dengan desain yang lebih inovatif dan menarik, sehingga dapat memenuhi selera pasar. Dengan desain yang lebih inovatif diharapkan penjualan produk berbahan kapuk akan dapat ditingkatkan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa: (1) peningkatan pemahaman pengrajin akan pentingnya inovasi produk; (2) peningkatan keterampilan pengrajin membuat produk baru yang inovatif berupa bantal sofa sebagai produk interior; dan (3) perubahan nyata pada desain produk berbahan kapuk antara sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Desain produk menjadi lebih inovatif, menarik, dan memenuhi selera pasar.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has prompted an adaptation of new habits. In the health sector, telemedicine has developed into an option to reach health services. Health practitioners and patients are getting used to using telemedicine. However, with the easing of the pandemic situation in the new normal era, the sustainability of telemedicine is a concern. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of telemedicine for its users and how telemedicine can be a strategy for hospitals. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Respondents in this study consisted of hospital leaders, specialist doctors, and patients at several hospitals in Bali. Validation of data using triangulation technique. SWOT analysis is used to analyze telemedicine as a hospital strategy. The results of this study found that telemedicine was felt to be effective for use as a health service. This is based on the user's perceived benefits and success in meeting health care needs. As a hospital strategy based on SWOT analysis, telemedicine has strong strengths and opportunities compared to its weaknesses and threats. Telemedicine has become an effective health service for patients and health practitioners. As a strategy, hospitals can develop telemedicine to be even more advanced by improving quality that prioritizes cost efficiency, time, and effectiveness of therapy. This is based on the user's perceived benefits and success in meeting health care needs. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sosialisasi KUR dalam pengembangan UMKM di Bank BRI KCP WR Supratman kota Denpasar. KUR merupakan program pemerintah Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk memberikan akses permodalan yang mudah dan terjangkau bagi UMKM. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengabdian dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawanncara dengan informan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi KUR yang dilakukan oleh BRI KCP WR Supratman cukup efektif dalammeningkatkan pembangunan melalui partisipasi UMKM di kota Denpasar sebagai tambahan sumber permodalan. Namun, masih ada kekurangan dalam hal peningkatan penyebaran dan pemahaman informasi, serta mengatasi hambatan yang ada. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi tentang Bank BRI serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya dapat meningkatkan efektivitas sosialisasi KUR dan mendukung pengembangan UMKM Indonesia.

Abstract

Pentingnya teknologi digital di era revolusi industry 4.0 menuntut perempuan harus bisa menguasai teknologi informasi digital untuk membantu perannya sebagai wanita pekerja, ibu rumah tangga dan kehidupan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan penting teknologi informasi digital di era revolusi industry 4.0 bagi perempuan Bali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di kota Denpasar dengan informan diambil secara pusrposive sampling yaitu 6 orang Ibu rumah tangga dengan berbagai profesi. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi di lapangan serta memeriksa dokumen pendukung. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa perempuan Bali bekerja menggunakan aplikasi email, Dropbox, Zoom dan Whasapp, sedangkan dalam perannya sebagai ibu rumah tangga dalam mendampingi anak saat belajar menggunakan aplikasi google meet, classroom, g-form dan Zoom. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari – hari aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Lazada, Sophee, Gojek dan Grab, serta aplikasi Instagram dan Facebook untuk sosial media. Teknologi informasi digital sangat penting bagi Perempuan Bali yang kental akan tradisi dan Budaya untuk membantu dalam mengetahui hari – hari baik upacara, koordinasi antar hubungan sesama warga banjar jika terjadi upacara adat serta bisa mengkoodinasi antar keluarga jika terjadi adanya kegiatan keagamaan

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian produk hortikultura : bagaimana attitude to brand memediasi pengaruh e-service quality dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui attitude to brand pada aplikasi Sayurbox. Data kuantitatif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu wanita karir dan telah menikah dengan rentang usia 18- 60 serta berdomisili di Kota Denpasar. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 110 responden serta pada teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling. Temuan yang diperoleh yaitu Sayurbox mampu menyediakan kualitas pelayanan online yang sangat baik kepada konsumen sehingga dapat membangun sikap positif serta meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian produk segar melalui aplikasi Sayurbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude to brand, attitude to brand berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, e-service quality berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui attitude to brand dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05.

Abstract

Counseling on Eco Enzyme Based Organic Waste Processing for PKK village meeting hall Pesurungan Kusamba Bali. The population of Klungkung district has always increased from time to time, especially in urban areas. The increase in demand caused by the increasing population in Klungkung Regency has implications for the volume of waste disposed of. In implementing this work program, using the lecture or counseling method. Counseling using an LCD projector with the theme of my work program, namely Counseling on eco-enzyme-based organic waste processing, invited 40 PKK village meeting hall Pesurungan, Kusamba Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. The resource person explained material on how to process organic waste into eco enzymes and carried out the practice of making eco enzymes to get a positive response. With this extension work program they can process waste properly and correctly and they can practice directly at their respective homes to make eco-enzyme that is environmentally friendly. The specialty of eco enzyme is that it does not require large areas of land for the fermentation process such as in the composting process. Making eco enzyme is very economical in terms of processing area and can be applied at home.

Abstract

This Community Service activity was carried out at an SME which is engaged in the production of Balinese endek woven cloth, namely Tenun Tinizhop. Since its founding in 2018, Tenun Tinizhop has played a role in efforts to preserve local Balinese cultural wisdom through authentic Balinese woven fabrics produced using looms, not machines. The aim of this community service activity is to increase the promotion of woven fabrics by encouraging innovation through information technology, namely a multi-channel strategy. Implementing a multi-channel strategy can increase marketing promotions and sales of endek weaving products so that the endek weaving business will experience an increase and sustainable business goals can be achieved.

Abstract

The transition of the marketing pattern of agro-tourism business actors during the economic recovery of the Tegallalang community to Agro-tourism in the Tegallalang area aims to find out how the marketing patterns and strategies are carried out on agro-tourism in the Tegallalang during the endemic period. This research is descriptive qualitative with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data collection method used in this study is by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings in this study showed no change in the marketing pattern carried out by agro-tourism business actors in the Tegallalang area where before the pandemic until the endemic period, agro-tourism in the Tegallalang still applied conventional and digital marketing patterns. At the point of marketing strategy, the findings obtained by researchers are more focused on online marketing strategies than conventional marketing strategies. In addition, this study shows a tendency for agro-tourism to choose social media Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, and Google maps as their marketing media. Another interesting finding found by conventional marketing researchers is they are still relatively used, this is evidenced by the agro- tourism business people who still apply word of mouth marketing through tour guides before the pandemic until now. In addition, the marketing strategy using the 4P marketing mix is still applied by agro-tourism business actors. Agro- tourism business actors in the Tegallalang area have also begun to implement other marketing strategies such as installing billboards, giving member cards, and giving business cards to each of their agro-tourism.

Abstract

According to a new study, the number of electronic money users in Indonesia will reach 772 million by November 2023. The study states that electronic money is increasingly popular in Indonesia because of its convenience and practicality. The author says technology has brought significant changes to the financial sector. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. Millennial customers think the BNI Direct Cash Management System is essential for business development. Payments have become easier with the BNI Direct Cash Management System, which is helpful for business owners and millennial customers. Applying the BNI Direct Cash Management System in payment systems in several research sectors can help with sound financial management as well as time and cost efficiency. Using the BNI Direct Cash Management System, this income optimization can occur because using the BNI Direct Cash Management System, both owners and the financial department of business actors can provide effective and efficient services with more comprehensive marketing access and obtain convenience in transactions, ease of transactions and speed of transactions, to increase people's purchasing power. This aligns with the expectations of people who want convenience in transactions, ease of transactions, and speed.
