Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia. Seseorang yang sehat berarti memiliki keadaan yang tidak sakit dan baik dalam tubuhnya. Pandemi covid-19 merupakan contohnya perubahan yang terjadi sehingga masyarakat harus berdaptasi dalam era tatanan baru pasca keberlangsungan pandemi, salah satu bentuk adaptasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah membudayakan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Kegiatan sosialiasi dilakukan dengan pemberian materi terkait PHBS dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Adapun tujuan dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan anak usia sekolah dasar di SD Negeri 4 Desa Tiga terkait PHBS dan mampu untuk menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sasaran yang disasar dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas 2-6 di SD Negeri 4 Desa Tiga. Metode pelaksanaan program dilakukan secara langsung melalui penyuluhan menggunakan media poster publik. Penyelenggaraan program diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang positif dengan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa serta ke depannya mampu untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatannya. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pada peserta. Dengan demikian, program ini memberikan manfaat positif terhadap pengetahuan peserta. Luaran program yang dihasilkan adalah media poster publik dan artikel yang dipublikasikan di jurnal pengabdian masyarakat. Keberlanjutan program akan dilaksanakan dengan melakukan kerja sama dengan stakeholder terkait.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling memengaruhi Self-Service Technology terhadap kebutuhan nasabah. Teori yang digunakan adalah Techonology Acceptance Model (TAM). Adapun populasi yang dipilih pada penelitian ini yaitu nasabah mobile banking di BPR Kabupaten Gianyar Provinsi Bali, dengan jumlah sampel 115 nasabah yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian databya dianalisis menggunakan Uji Measure of Sampling Adequency dengan program Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh yaitu dari tujuh variable dengan dua puluh tiga indikator faktor variabel yang dianalisis, hanya terbentuk lima faktor. Temuan hasil penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya dua faktor baru yang dinamakan  faktor  reputasi  dan  faktor  user  friendly . Dalam hal ini, faktor repuasi PT. BPR Sukawati Pancakanti mampu dengan cepat melayani nasabah dan ketika terjadi kendala custoumer service (CS) langsung menanganinya. Pada faktor user friendly PT. BPR Sukwati Pancakanti memberikan banyak kemudahan, di antaranya Bahasa yang mudah di mengerti  dan  fitur  yang  mudah  digunakan  semua  kalangan  usia.  Penelitian ini berimplikasi yang menyarankan PT. BPR Sukawati   Pancakanti   agar   lebih   mengembangkan   fitur-fitur   mobile   banking   dalam membangun kepercayaan, desain yang baik, dan kecepatan yang maksimal.

Abstract

The significance of customer happiness in business lies in its substantial influence on the enduring prosperity of a company. The primary objective of this study is to examine and evaluate the mediating effect of purchasing decisions in relation to the elements that impact consumer satisfaction, specifically brand equity and product quality. The present study employs a descriptive quantitative methodology, focusing on all Starbucks coffee establishments in Denpasar. The participants of this study consisted of consumers from eight Starbucks coffee establishments located throughout the city of Denpasar. The selection of participants was conducted using a simple random sampling method. The data collection methodology employs a Google Form using an interval scale ranging from one to ten points. The present study employs the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique, explicitly using the Path Analysis path approach for data analysis. The clever PLS program is employed for this purpose. The findings of this study indicate that the factors of brand equity and product quality exert a favorable and statistically significant impact on consumer satisfaction, either partially or via intermediaries, in the purchasing decision process. The purchase decision variable effectively acts as a mediator in the indirect impact of brand equity and product quality on customer happiness, albeit with a weaker mediating effect compared to the direct influence.

Abstract

The growth of a nation's economy cannot occur without the presence of strong financial institutions. The purpose of this research is to investigate a variety of factors that have an impact on the level of fidelity displayed by customers who use mobile banking. The trust of the business and the satisfaction of its customers are essential components. The research was conducted in a non-bank financial institution known as the Village Credit organization (LPD), which is situated in Kelan Traditional Village in Badung Regency in the province of Bali. The study included a total of 120 participants who were clients of LPD Kelan and regularly utilized Mobile Banking. The participants were chosen through the use of a straightforward random sampling method. The dissemination of surveys was done directly through the use of Google Forms as part of the process of data collection. Quantifying replies in the questionnaire is done using a scale that ranges from strongly disagreeing to strongly agreeing on a 1-10 point interval scale. For the purpose of this study, the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) methodology was applied to the data analysis, and the SmartPLS 3.2 program was utilized. The findings of this investigation indicate that all hypotheses have been confirmed. Client loyalty is directly and significantly influenced in a positive way by factors such as quality of service, trust in the provider, and overall level of happiness with the provider's offering. Conversely, the influence of trust and service quality on loyalty is mediated by customer satisfaction, resulting in a positive and significant impact. As a result, the level of satisfaction functions as an efficient mediator of the study model

Abstract

Study objective to to investigate the mediation effect of compensation on the relationship between participative leadership and work engagement, as well as the impact of career development, compensation, and participative leadership, career development, and work engagement. The research was conducted at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan offices in the Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua regions, targeting millennial employees, with a sample size of 73 employees from each office, derived through proportional sampling. The analysis was conducted using structural equation models - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), and data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The findings indicate that both participative leadership and career development positively and significantly influence compensation and work engagement among millennial employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Specifically, participative leadership directly impacts both compensation and work engagement, while career development affects these variables through the mediation of compensation. The study underscores the importance of enhancing participative leadership and career development to improve employee engagement and compensation within public service organizations like BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

Abstract

Aset terpenting dari sebuah perusahan salah satunya adalah tenagakerja atau karyawan. Perkembangan suatu organisasi tidak lepas dari peran karyawan yang bekerja di dalamnya. Untuk itu pemeliharaan dan pengaturan karyawan yang baik sangat penting dilakukan oleh manajemen perusahaan. Selain itu peran pemimpin juga sangat berdampak kuat terhadap perkembangan kinerj a karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenalisis pengaruh variabel Kepemimpinan dan Stress Kerta terhadap Kinerja Karyawan baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi Motivasi. Penelitian ini adalah penilitian Kuantitatiif yang dilakukan pada PT. Rajawali Asia Bali (AICE BALI). Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 responden yang merupakan pegarwai kontrak yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan link kuisioner melalui google form dengan skala interval. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) meggunakan program SmartPLS 3.2 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat di simpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen yaitu kepemimpinan dan stress kerja, memiliki pengaruh kepada kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun di mediasi oleh variabel Motivasi. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan diberikan oleh variabel kepemimpinan tetapi pengaruh negatif dan signifikan diberikan oleh variabel stress kerja. Untuk penelitian mendatang sebaiknya menambahkan variabel baru yang memiliki kontribusi lebih banyak terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Community service activities carried out in Paksebali Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province, were held with the aim of helping SMEs overcome obstacles, especially regarding financial literacy. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and insight of Paksebali village residents regarding financial literacy, guide them in preparing good financial reports, and utilize banking credit facilities to create sustainable SMEs. The problem that occurs in Paksebali Village is that many village residents who are involved in SMEs do not understand how to prepare good financial reports. They have also been unable to utilize credit facilities from banks wisely, as evidenced by the fact that there are still many bad loans or a lack of understanding about the mechanism for applying for bank credit. The first achievement of this activity was contributing in the form of knowledge transfer regarding financial literacy for Paksebali village residents, especially SMEs. Second, provide clear and clear guidance on how to prepare simple financial reports for SMEs and apply for credit as capital to build and develop their businesses. Third, the practice of preparing SME financial reports succeeded in increasing the insight of the Paksebali village SME actors, becoming more motivated by being directly involved in the practice of preparing financial reports.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with the theory of communicator credibility. The results of this study are; the communication strategy of the Bangli Regency Government in marketing Kintamani Arabica Coffee is; advertising in events, out-of-town trade missions through ministries, and digital promotions. The credibility of communicators in marketing Kintamani Arabica Coffee is quite good in increasing sales so that Kintamani Arabica Coffee can be famous abroad.The obstacles faced by the Bangli Regency Government in marketing Kintamani Arabica coffee include: (1) Lack of motivation, (2) Low capital, (3) Processing and packaging technology that has not been fully mastered by the government, and others.The Bangli Regency Government empowers the community by utilizing the natural resources it has, providing assistance in the form of direction, socialization, and training.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah elemen penting dalam organisasi, termasuk Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang bertugas melayani publik. Keberhasilan organisasi sangat bergantung pada disiplin dan keterampilan ASN. Pemerintah Kantor Gubernur Bali mengimplementasikan sistem E-Absensi berbasis web atau mobile application untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai. Sistem ini menggunakan teknologi seperti Global Positioning System (GPS) dan biometrik untuk memastikan akurasi data kehadiran dan mengurangi manipulasi. Meski demikian, penerapan E-Absensi menghadapi tantangan seperti koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, gangguan teknis pada aplikasi, verifikasi lokasi yang tidak akurat, serta kurangnya kesadaran disiplin pegawai. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan peningkatan infrastruktur jaringan, pemeliharaan dan pembaruan perangkat lunak, serta pelatihan dan sosialisasi rutin. Evaluasi berkala dan umpan balik dari pegawai juga penting untuk mengidentifikasi serta memperbaiki masalah. Dengan pendekatan sistematis ini, diharapkan sistem E-Absensi dapat berjalan optimal, meningkatkan disiplin dan efisiensi kerja ASN, serta mendukung Kantor Gubernur Bali dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik.

Abstract

AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic has forced hospitals to implement innovative steps to support the Indonesian government's large-scale social restriction program by moving from visits to virtual services via telemedicine. This study aims to analyze and explore the quality of telemedicine-based health services in the new normal era and explore other unique aspects of it. This study uses a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach focusing on HaloKIH telemedicine services at Kasih Ibu Saba Hospital. Data collection techniques through interviews with data analysis technique used are the interactive model, namely data conduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that the quality of HaloKIH's telemedicine service was considered very good because it had been able to adapt the criteria from the E-ServQual dimension, namely efficiency, fulfillment of needs, reliability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact. The new unique dimension that emerges is the adaptation of the local wisdom of the surrounding culture.  Keywords:E-Service Quality, Health Service Quality, Telemedicine, New Normal
