Abstract

The rapid development of the hospitality business in Bali has led to increasingly fierce competition among hoteliers. This encourages every hotel business competing to provide the best facilities and services to maintain the continuity of its business. However, this is highly dependent on the good and bad performance of the service of the employees towards hotel consumers. Employee performance is influenced by a number of factors, including the work culture and work motivation of each employee. This research aims to determine the effect of work culture and employee motivation on the performance of non-star hotel employees in Denpasar-Bali. This research was supported by 100 randomly selected employees at 25 non-star hotels in Denpasar-Bali. Data collection is done by conducting direct interviews with prepared questionnaire guidelines. Furthermore, for the data collected, the analysis is carried out using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of data analysis show that work culture has a significantly positive effect on the employee work motivation, and likewise the work motivation has a significantly positive effect on the employee performance. On the other hand, the work culture shows a more significantly positive influence on the employee performance. Based on this, it can be said that the work motivation has a role as mediating the relationship between the work culture and the employee performance partially.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the role of leadership, work environment, and work motivation in increasing satisfaction a nurse's job at the Ganesha General Hospital. The number of nurses in the hospital was 135. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to research respondents namely all nurses totalling 35 nurses so that it included the saturated sample method. Data analysis techniques were performed using path analysis, hypothesis testing was performed at a significance level of 5 per cent. Data processing is done using computer applications. The results showed that work motivation, leadership and work environment were positively significantly able to increase nurse job satisfaction. Work motivation acts as a partial mediator in the relationship of leadership to job satisfaction and works environment to job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: Companies are constantly trying to maintain customer trust and loyalty in an effort to preserve business sustainability. Implementing environmental concerns in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is expected to achieve both of these aims. This study aims to analyze the roles of CSR, customer trust, and customer loyalty in business sustainability. Questionnaires were filled by 10 customers from each of 100 Rural Banks spread over 9 districts/cities in Bali, Indonesia. Data analysis was performed with SmartPLS 3.3.2 software. The research found that CSR, customer trust, and customer loyalty have a significant impact on business sustainability. The results also found that customer trust and customer loyalty function as mediation in the relationship between CSR and business sustainability. Implementasi kepedulian lingkungan dalam bentuk Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) diharapkan dapat mencapai kedua tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran CSR, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam keberlanjutan bisnis. Kuesioner diisi oleh 10 nasabah dari masing-masing 100 BPR yang tersebar di 9 kabupaten/kota di Bali, Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan software SmartPLS 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa CSR, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the regeneration of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung, Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Klungkung, Bali. The technique of collecting data through interviews was conducted on four groups of informants, namely business owners, craftsmen, children of craftsmen, and community leaders. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that regeneration attempts have not yet been successful due to several factors, including: 1) the younger generation’s lack of interest in weaving, 2) the number of promising job alternatives, and 3) the lack of love and pride in the younger generation for endek woven fabric products. The regeneration process functions through outreach carried out by networks of family, friends, and neighbors.Keywords: regeneration, socialization, weaving Mengungkap Regenerasi Pengrajin Tenun Endek di BaliAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui regenerasi pengrajin tenun endek di Klungkung, Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Klungkung, Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dilakukan terhadap empat kelompok informan yaitu pemilik usaha, pengrajin, anak pengrajin, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya regenerasi belum berhasil karena beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) kurangnya minat generasi muda dalam menenun, 2) banyaknya alternatif pekerjaan yang menjanjikan, dan 3) kurangnya rasa cinta dan bangga pada yang lebih muda. generasi untuk produk kain tenun endek. Proses regenerasi berfungsi melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh jaringan keluarga, teman, dan tetangga. Kata kunci: regenerasi, sosialisasi, tenun

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Badung dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motiviasi, kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja dan mutu pelayanan terhadap kepuasan kerja di UPT Puskesmas Badung. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,421 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 4,225; 2) Pengaruh negative tidak signifikan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja  dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar -0,030 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 0,374; 3) Pengaruh positif tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,184 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 1,741; 4) Pengaruh positif signifikan kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,302 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 2,915; 5) Pengaruh positif signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,184 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 1,741 lebih kecil dari 1,980 artinya ada pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatandi UPT Puskesmas Kuta II Badung; 6) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,253 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 2,716; dan 7) Pengaruh positif signifikan mutu pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,417 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 2,985.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, companies must be able to coordinate all company functions properly, so that company activities can run smoothly. Low job satisfaction in the company will cause various negative impacts such as absenteeism, strikes, sluggish work, changing jobs, and intentional damage. Employees with high levels of satisfaction will be able to overcome this because they have the responsibility and commitment to advancing the company. Conversely, employees who are more satisfied tend to be more effective so that they can increase company productivity. This research was conducted to analyze the role of work motivation, leadership, and work environment in increasing the job satisfaction of nurses at Ganesha General Hospital. Collecting data in this study with a questionnaire with the number of samples used was 135 nurses using the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique was carried out using path analysis, hypothesis testing was carried out at a significance level of 5 percent. Data processing is carried out using computer applications. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, and work environment were significantly able to increase the job satisfaction of nurses. Work motivation acts as a partial mediator in the leadership relationship with job satisfaction and works environment on job satisfaction. Pada era globalisasi sekarang ini perusahaan harus dapat mengkoordinasikan semua fungsi perusahaan dengan baik, agar kegiatan perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Rendahnya kepuasan kerja di perusahaan akan dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif seperti mangkir kerja, mogok kerja, kerja lamban, pindah kerja, dan kerusakan yang disengaja. Pegawai yang tingkat kepuasannya tinggi akan dapat mengatasi hal tersebut karena memiliki tanggung jawab dan komitmen memajukan perusahaan. Sebaliknya pegawai yang lebih terpuaskan cenderung lebih efektif sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat di rumah sakit umum ganesha. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 135 perawat menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada tingkat signifikansi 5 persen. Pemrosesan data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara positif signifikan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Motivasi kerja berperan sebagai pemediasi parsial pada hubungan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat di desa Bakas dengan tujuan untuk membantu dalam mengembangkan Koperasi yang ada di Desa Bakas yaitu dengan melakukan “Penyuluhan Koperasi yang Sehat” sebagai penunjang perkembangan ekonomi desa.Hal ini sesuai dengan tema utama dari pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat UNDIKNAS yaitu “Mewujudkan Perubahan Dalam Negeri melalui Insan Muda yang Kreatif, Inovatif, Cerdas serta Berkualitas dengan konsep Global, Smart, Digital berlandaskan Tri Hita Karana ”. Program kerja ini bertujuan untuk gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasar atas asas kekeluargaan, dengan tujuan untuk kepentingan anggotanya antara lain meningkatkan kesejahteraan, menyediakan kebutuhan, membantu modal, dan mengembangkan usaha.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pelaku UMKM Kota Denpasar menggunakan QRIS sebagai salah satu metode pembayaran non tunai di tempat usaha mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kota Denpasar yang telah menggunakan merchant QRIS untuk pembayaran secara non tunai. Kuesioner diberikan secara acak kepada pelaku UMKM di Kota Denpasar yang telah menggunakan merchant QRIS. Kusesioner yang diberikan berisi sejumlah pertanyaan atau pernyataan penelitian yang perlu dilengkapi dan dikirimkan menggunakan platform google forms. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Squares). Penelitian ini menggunakan model hubungan pengaruh, oleh karena itu hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis SEM menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, kepercayaan dan pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan merchant QRIS bagi pelaku UMKM Kota Denpasar. Persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan merchant QRIS bagi pelaku UMKM Kota Denpasar. Abstract

Since then, the government has taken a number of steps to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic in a number of industries. Restrictions on community activities affect business activities which in turn have an impact on the economy in the employment sector. To overcome the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, assistance was held for the Gelgel Indigenous Village community in order to help the community's economy in order to meet the needs of their family life. The assistance provided in this activity is to obtain cheap credit bailouts from the Gelgel Village Traditional Village Financial Institution (LPD) in the Klungkung Regency and District by providing loan capital for workers who have been dismissed due to the closure of the company where they work. work. This activity aims to help the Gelgel Traditional Village community in their economic sustainability. The method used is the method of analyzing the community situation. The results show that of the three indicators, namely interpersonal roles, information-related roles, decision-making roles, it can run well.

Abstract

Efforts are made to the development of sectors of the economy, business, and tourism in promoting the needed strategy which aims to determine the effectiveness of the campaign that carried the Department of Tourism Village Besakih in improving return the number of visits wisatawannya to the village of Besakih post pandemic Covid 19 In this method of community service activities, namely using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation.
