Abstract

This study presents a systematic review of existing literature on teacher conflict management through a systemic approach to enhance the quality of educational services. Utilizing the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 22 nationally accredited journal articles published between 2020 and 2024 were identified, from which 5 articles were selected based on relevance, methodological rigor, and contextual alignment. The findings indicate that teacher conflicts are predominantly triggered by ineffective communication, non-inclusive leadership practices, and misalignments in organizational values and culture. Conflict resolution strategies identified include internal mediation, conflict management training, collaborative leadership, and the reinforcement of value-based organizational norms. The systemic approach offers a comprehensive lens to analyze the interrelated organizational, interpersonal, and cultural dimensions influencing conflict dynamics. This review contributes conceptually to the development of an integrated model for teacher conflict resolution tailored to the socio-cultural realities of Indonesian educational institutions. Furthermore, it highlights the need for future research to combine contemporary conflict management theories with local religious and cultural frameworks in order to support sustainable, collaborative school environments, especially in the context of the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

Student discipline plays a crucial role in the success of secondary schools, where academic and social pressures frequently give rise to behavioral challenges. Issues such as truancy, tardiness, and rule violations hinder learning and disrupt the educational environment. This study examines how strategic management can improve student discipline in secondary schools, employing a qualitative research approach. Data were gathered through literature reviews and case studies across several institutions. Key strategies include data-driven discipline planning, active student organization involvement (OSIS, MPK, Scouts), optimizing homeroom teacher roles by Ministry of Education Regulation No. 25 of 2024, implementing a point-based reward and punishment system, and utilizing digital attendance and monitoring tools. Findings show that when strategically implemented, these approaches foster a favorable, sustainable discipline climate, reduce infractions, and improve educational quality. The study emphasizes the significance of strong leadership, character education, and community collaboration in cultivating responsible and disciplined students who are well-equipped for future challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of Teaching Factory (TEFA) management to achieve graduate competencies at vocational schools. Teaching Factory (TEFA) is a production and service-based learning model that integrates school learning with the needs of the industrial world. This approach aims to produce graduates who are competent, work-ready, and possess skills according to industry standards. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of TEFA management at schools, encompassing planning, organising, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up, has been carried out effectively. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that TEFA management implementation in schools includes planning based on industry needs, integrating learning with real-world projects, and evaluating outcomes based on work performance. Supporting factors for TEFA's success include close cooperation between schools and industries, the availability of supporting facilities, competent teachers, and effective follow-up management. However, this study also identified several obstacles, including limited facilities, a lack of continuous teacher training, and challenges in meeting the evolving needs of industry. Through optimal management, the Teaching Factory is expected to enhance the competitiveness of graduates and address labour market needs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and critically analyze the implementation of innovative learning based on the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework in the digital era and to evaluate its influence on enhancing elementary students’ learning interest. Conducted as a case study, the research focused on sixth-grade students at SDN Pekojan 03 and 05 in Jakarta. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that TPACK-based learning strategies foster a more engaging, interactive, and contextually relevant learning environment. The integration of technology with pedagogical strategies and subject matter content significantly enhanced student participation, enthusiasm, and curiosity in the classroom. Moreover, the application of digital learning tools contributed to increased student motivation and active learning behaviors. These results suggest that the TPACK framework provides a practical and effective pedagogical model to address 21st-century learning challenges in primary education. The study highlights the potential of TPACK in supporting the development of student-centered, technology-integrated learning, and offers insights for educators seeking to optimize digital pedagogies in elementary school settings.
