Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisai mengenai pembukuan sederhana bagi para ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha di rumah. Sasaran kegiatan adalah para masyarakat khususnya ibu anggota PKK dan kelompok wanita tani di Desa Cipasung, Kabupaten Kuningan-Jawa Barat. Melalui kegiatan ini para ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha di rumah termotivasi dalam membuat pembukuan sederhana dalam rumah tangga dengan mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran usaha mereka setiap hari. Dalam kegiatan ini melibatkan 19 ibu rumah tangga yang terdiri dari 12 ibu anggota PKK dan 7 kelompok wanita tani. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan praktek. Hasil Kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan adanya tanggapan dan interaksi yang sangat baik dari masyarakat dilihat dari motivasi dari para masyarakat khususnya para ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha di rumah untuk membuat pembukuan sederhana yang baik dan sistematis demi kesejahteraan keluarga. Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan homestay di Desa Muntei, Madobag Dan Matotonan, Kecamatan Siberut Selatan, Kabupaten Kep. Mentawai. Kegiatan pelatihan homestay ini dapat membantu masyarakat sebagai pengelola homestay dan pokdarwis sebagai lembaga pengelola desa wisata. Peserta kegiatan pelatihan ini berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil Kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pengelola tiga desa harus memahami pengelolaan homestay secara baik dan benar seperti kebersihan, pencahayaan ruangan harus cukup dan baik, tersedianya fasilitas mandi cuci dan kakus, dan ketersediaan air bersih. Hal-hal itu masih banyak diabaikan oleh para pengelola tiga desa wisata tersebut. Pengelolaan homestay yang baik dan benar. harus diperhatikan apabila tiga desa wisata ingin berkembang dan maju. Abstract

Pelatihan penghitungan harga jual dan harga pokok makanan di desa Bungaraya kabupaten Siak. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk Memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan bagaimana menghitung harga pokok makanan dan harga penjualan makanan untuk dijual oleh masyarakat disekitar Agro ekowisata Bungaraya kab Siak, Riau. Metode pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode klasik dengan cara presntasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta melalukan parktik agar peserta dapat lebih memahami materi yang telah diberikan. Materinya antara lain : (1) Pengertian dan kegunaan dari Food Cost, (2) cara menghitung harga pokok makanan, (3) Harga Jual yang sesuai dengan harga pasar disekitar. pelatihan menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan ini para peserta memiliki keterampilan dalam mengitung harga pokok makanan dan menghgitung harga jual makanan.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide counseling, training and socialization on how to make Simple financial reports in Kaduela Village are useful for business actors in Kaduela Village so that a description of the business's financial condition can be seen. The methods used in this activity are counseling, training, and socialization. The number of participants in this activity was 27 people. The tools and materials we use are projector screens and infocus. This activity is beneficial for business actors in Kaduela Village because the preparation of good and correct financial reports will make it easier for banks to provide business loans and make it easier for investors to provide additional business funds.

Abstract

Tourism villages were formed to empower the community so that they can act asdirect actors in an effort to increase readiness and concern in responding to tourism potential ortourist attraction locations in each village. The objects of this research are 3 tourist villages inDKI Jakarta, namely: Betawi Cultural Village Tourism Village, Untung Jawa Island TourismVillage and Bhinneka Eduwisata Village Tourism Village. The purpose of this study is todetermine the IT-based marketing strategy used by tourism villages in DKI Jakarta. This studyuses AISAS theory consisting of Attention (attention), Interest (interest), Search (search), Action(action), and Share (sharing). AISAS explains the occurrence of significant changes in consumerbehavior patterns since the advent of technology. The research method uses a descriptiveapproach. The data collection technique is by exploring the tourist village managers and visitorsand observing the tourist villages and the digital platform used. In this study, the marketingstrategy used by the tourist village is in the form of a website platform, social media and mobileapplications. The tourist villages of Untung Jawa Island and Betawi Village use the potential ofthe three platforms, while the Bhinneka edutourism village has not maximized the use ofmarketing using digital platforms.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melatih inovasi olahan pangan lokal yang diolah secara rumahan sebagai upaya ketahanan pangan keluarga di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan mengolah singkong, pisang, sagu dan keladi menjadi olahan makanan yang sehat, metode tanya jawab untuk memberikan umpan balik pada peserta. Peserta pelatihan adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga berjumlah 30 orang. Pelatihan berjalan lancar dengan menghasilkan produk dari singkong yaitu lapik bairatti, bairatti si muntlu bagania iba, tetet gowgow dan mata magok. Olahan pisang yaitu kue bagok koloyo, bagok sirarak sileppak, magok sipurut dan pisang kuah kukus. Olahan sagu yaitu kue sagaik, kembang sagaik, cendol sagu dan singi ngiri. Olahan keladi yaitu donat getek, perkedel iba getek, satai lilit keladi dan perkedel keladi. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta sudah dapat menyediakan makanan sehat dengan berbagai pilihan yang disajikan.Saran yang diberikan adalah masyarakat dapat lebih kreatif dalam memanfaatkan lahan yang ada, agar terpenuhinya rempah dan bahan pangan memasak sehingga memudahkan mereka saat menggunakannya. Serta dapat berinovasi dalam mengolah bahan makanan menjadi masakan sehat yang dapat disajikan baik untuk keluarga maupun tamu. Kata Kunci: Diversifikasi, Pangan Lokal, Kepulauan Mentawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, family environment and personality on business success. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis using Smart PLS. The location of this research was conducted at the tourist destination of Lake Cipondoh. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling because the total population is the same as the number of samples, namely 63 entrepreneurs in the Lake Cipondoh tourist destination. The results of the study partially show that entrepreneurship education, family environment and personality have a significant effect on business success. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on business success, because in entrepreneurship education there is provision of skills in the form of self-development which can be understood as an effort to apply an entrepreneurial spirit and mentality. The family environment has a significant effect on business success, because from the family environment, entrepreneurs are inspired and receive support for entrepreneurship. namely high fighting power, courage and self-confidence, overcoming fear and anxiety, controlling every decision yourself, having an independent nature not depending on others. The value of the coefficient of determination of business success is 69.8%, the variable of business success is influenced by the variables of entrepreneurial education, family environment and personality.

Abstract

The advent of information technology has permeated all aspects of life, facilitating a myriad of conveniences in daily human activities, including those within the tourism industry. The nomination of Bhinneka Village, Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village, and Pulau Untung Jawa tourist village for the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award underscores the integration of technological advancements in the tourism sector. Nevertheless, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating within these tourist villages confront several challenges related to the production, marketing, and sales of their offerings. To mitigate these challenges, tailored assistance and training programs are being deployed with the objective of empowering MSMEs to enhance their business operations and to adeptly leverage digital platforms for promotion, marketing, and sales activities. This initiative necessitates a collaborative approach, wherein managers of tourist villages, Pokdarwis, and MSME stakeholders collectively endeavor to execute both traditional and digital marketing strategies, thereby ensuring optimal service delivery to tourists. The deployment of the Wisataqu.id application emerges as a pivotal tool in this context, offering substantial support to tourism village managers and surrounding MSMEs in their pursuit of digital promotion and marketing. This integration of digital tools is poised to not only elevate the visibility and accessibility of these cultural destinations but also to stimulate local economies by fortifying the tourism sector's foundation— the MSMEs.

Abstract

A6 model consist the attributes of tourist destination that are attraction, accessibility, amenities, available package, activities, and ancillary service. They both have an influence on increasing tourist satisfaction. Health protocol is also the perception to enhance tourist satisfaction in new normal. Consequently, health protocol plays an important role in boosting the tourist satisfaction in Cibuntu Village, West Java. This study analyses the relationships proposed in SERVQUAL, which consist five core components of service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The sample in this study was 200 respondents from the tourists who experienced at least one time of visiting Cibuntu Village. This study using questionnaires in the kind of Google form, consists of 23 items.Five hypotheses were formulated and tested. The finding of this study found from all respondents is also going down more than four time experiences. Then offer a promotion for the young generation or under 25 year old market segment. In the new normal, the application of health protocols determines tourist satisfaction in Cibuntu Village, West Java. The process of building, designing, and defining a sustainable tourism village, we must collaborate with the central government and local government in the new normal situation. Cibuntu Village should collect the data from the tourist visiting Cibuntu village and save it as guest history to offer a suitable promotion in new normal.

Abstract

Financial management counseling for home-based convection business actors in Jurangmangu, South Tangerang, was held to overcome the low understanding of working capital management, financial planning and risk mitigation. The aim of this activity is to increase participants' financial literacy so they can manage their businesses more effectively. The methods used include conveying participants' needs, compiling material, providing direct counseling, interactive discussions, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. Post-evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, with 100% answering correctly on the post-test counseling, compared to only 10-20% correct on the pre-test. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes the importance of good working capital management and financial planning to maintain business liquidity and stability. It is recommended that business actors continue to attend training and build good relationships with customers and suppliers to support the growth and desires of their business. Through the application of the knowledge gained, it is hoped that business actors can increase operational efficiency and achieve success in their business convection.
