Abstract

A6 model consist the attributes of tourist destination that are attraction, accessibility, amenities, available package, activities, and ancillary service. They both have an influence on increasing tourist satisfaction. Health protocol is also the perception to enhance tourist satisfaction in new normal. Consequently, health protocol plays an important role in boosting the tourist satisfaction in Cibuntu Village, West Java. This study analyses the relationships proposed in SERVQUAL, which consist five core components of service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The sample in this study was 200 respondents from the tourists who experienced at least one time of visiting Cibuntu Village. This study using questionnaires in the kind of Google form, consists of 23 items.Five hypotheses were formulated and tested. The finding of this study found from all respondents is also going down more than four time experiences. Then offer a promotion for the young generation or under 25 year old market segment. In the new normal, the application of health protocols determines tourist satisfaction in Cibuntu Village, West Java. The process of building, designing, and defining a sustainable tourism village, we must collaborate with the central government and local government in the new normal situation. Cibuntu Village should collect the data from the tourist visiting Cibuntu village and save it as guest history to offer a suitable promotion in new normal.

Abstract

The Prabu Geusan Ulun Sumedang Museum is located in the city center of Sumedang district which was established in 1950. Not only as a place to store archaeological objects, but also the museum can be used as a tourist destination for history and culture education in Sumedang Regency. This study aims to determine the management of the Prabu . Museum Geusan Ulun in managing collections, and authenticity, as well as preserving heritage tourist attractions. This research is qualitative, where data collection is done directly through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study that the Prabu Geusan Ulun museum is very likely to be one of the icons of historical tourism in Sumedang district, but it is necessary to do some other activities or attractions so that the museum is visited by tourists from both the Sumedang district community and people outside Sumedang. Historical and cultural education tours at the Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum are expected to improve the economy of the people of Sumedang Regency. Abstract

The development of tourism is increasingly interesting to study, given that many domestic and foreign tourists travel. Plus, the tourism sector is being promoted by the government. In 2016 the government established 10 priority tourism destinations as "new Bali" one of which is the Thousand Islands located in DKI Jakarta. This study provides an overview of how destination images can provide self-confidence, how the quality of the trip that tourists feel and the desire of tourists to visit again or not after visiting these destinations. This research is very important to do to see whether visiting tourists will visit again in the future. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, carried out in cross-sectional, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Respondents were tourists visiting the Thousand Islands. Sampling using the Clustersamplin method. Data analysis methods are validity and reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression, using the help of SPSS 21 for window software (Pramesti, 2013: 37–66).

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Tjampolay Syrup at the Cirebon Souvenir Center in Cengkareng. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis method. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique was used by 100 respondents who were visitors to purchasing Tjampolay Syrup at the Cirebon By-By Center. The research results show that brand image and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. A brand image that is linked to local and cultural identity succeeds in forming emotional bonds, strengthening trust and increasing consumer preferences. The integration of product quality with cultural heritage creates a more meaningful experience, gives consumers a strong reason to choose it, and strengthens the brand's positive image in competition in the local market. Tjampolay Syrup at the Cirebon Souvenir Center and influencing purchasing decisions, it is recommended to maintain the quality of raw materials and production processes, consider quality certification, present product variants or innovations according to customer needs, design attractive packaging that reflects the brand image, provide clear information about the product , advantages, and how to use it, as well as utilizing social media and online marketing to build their fan community. Abstract

Fenomena work-family conflict ini semakin menarik untuk diteliti mengingat banyaknya dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan, baik terhadap wanita bekerja itu sendiri, keluarganya maupun bagi organisasi tempat dia bekerja. Beberapa dampak negatif secara individual diantaranya adalah berkurangnya kepuasan baik dalam bekerja maupun dalam kehidupan rumah tangga, ketegangan dan stress pada diri wanita bekerja, gangguan kesehatan, dan ketidak harmonisi dan hubungan dengan anggota keluarga lain. Sedangkan dari sisi organisasi work-family conflict akan mengakibatkan berkurangnya komitmen karyawan pada pekerjaan yang akhirnya dapat mendorong perputaran tenaga kerja yang tinggi pada organisasi/ high turnover (Poelmans, 2001). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan secara cross- sectional, teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Responden adalah wanita yang sudah menikah atau pernah menikah, yang bekerja di Hotel, Pusat Perbelanjaan, Restoran Dan Sekolah Pariwisata didaerah Jakarta Selatan. Penerapan Work Family Conflict pada wanita sektor pariwisata menunjukan mean terbesar ada pada kuesioner “merubah rencana” dengan nilai 3.53 dan terkecil ada pada kuesioner “tuntutan pada pekerjaan dengan nilai 2.26. Sedangkan untuk variabel y, yaitu strategi coping, mean terbesar ada pada kuesioner “Planning” dengan nilai 4.04 dan terkecil ada pada kuesioner “Suppression Of Competing Activities”dengan nilai 3.31. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa para wanita pekerja sektor Pariwisata melakukan strategi coping untuk meredakan stress dalam bekerja dengan melakukan Planning yaitu berusaha berpikir mengenai bagaimana caranya mengatasi sumber stres. Diketahui kontribusi pendapatan wanita terhadap total pendapatan kelurga secara keseluruhan wanita pekerja sektor industri pariwisata memberikan kontribusi sebesar 58,76% dalam perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of using the application in ordering food and drinks, how satisfied consumers are with ordering services through the application. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and looks at the relationship between the service quality perceived by consumers when they come directly to the restaurant and the service quality perceived by consumers when buying products. Using an application that is calculated using the T test. The sample in this study was taken by random sampling and involved 100 respondents. The test results can be seen that the p-value of the satisfaction variable is 0.055 which indicates a value greater than 0.05, so a decision can be made, meaning that the average satisfaction of respondents buying food directly is the same as the average satisfaction of respondents buying food through online applications. The results of this study indicate that the overall digital food ordering application does not have a negative effect on customer satisfaction, which means that there is the same satisfaction between delivery and direct orders. Abstract

The development of tourism is increasingly interesting to study, given that the number of development of alternative tourist destinations and newly formed for domestic and foreign tourists who travel. Bogor Regency has a goal to improve the quality of tourist destinations. This study provides an overview of how an outdoor recreation attraction has an impact on local community satisfaction. The community receives and feels satisfaction as a host so that the hospitality of the community at a tourist destination can also give satisfaction to tourists. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, carried out in cross-sectional way, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Respondents are local people who live around Panorama Alam Pabangbon. Sampling using the Cluster sampling method Data analysis methods are validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, using the help of SPSS 21 software for windows. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people. Data collection using a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study indicate that public satisfaction about the tourist attraction of Bukit Panorama Pabangbon is satisfactory with an average value of 143.78 in the range of scores 140 - <170 with a percentage of 50%.

Abstract

Employee performance is the most important aspect in the operations of a company. In maintaining or improving employee performance, activities and plans are required by the HR Department. This study aims to analyze whether training and motivation affect employee performance. This research was conducted in a café located in South Jakarta, the samples were employees wich work in the café. This research applied a quantitative descriptive method with correlation and hypothesis testing. The result confirmed that the training variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient value of the work motivation variable is greater than the coefficient of the training variable, indicating that the work motivation variable tends to be more dominant in determining employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the pre-existing forms of creativity that the community will undertake and identify ways to increase community income. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach by taking a sample of 125 people from 650 existing populations. The results showed that the price sold by Saung Angklung Udjo with the indication that was presented based on the brochure was directly proportional, namely good. The performance of Saung angklung Udjo slightly reduces the sacred value in Sundanese culture because it changes its function to become a commercial performance. The emergence of Saung Angklung Udjo influenced the emotional motives of the millennial generation who were satisfied and happy with the appearance of Saung Angklung Udjo, thereby increasing the attractiveness of creative tourism. The Saung Angklung Udjo demonstration can provide investment opportunities, such as setting up a restaurant and a gift shop. Keywords: Creativity; Tourists; Income

Abstract

Financial management counseling for home-based convection business actors in Jurangmangu, South Tangerang, was held to overcome the low understanding of working capital management, financial planning and risk mitigation. The aim of this activity is to increase participants' financial literacy so they can manage their businesses more effectively. The methods used include conveying participants' needs, compiling material, providing direct counseling, interactive discussions, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. Post-evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, with 100% answering correctly on the post-test counseling, compared to only 10-20% correct on the pre-test. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes the importance of good working capital management and financial planning to maintain business liquidity and stability. It is recommended that business actors continue to attend training and build good relationships with customers and suppliers to support the growth and desires of their business. Through the application of the knowledge gained, it is hoped that business actors can increase operational efficiency and achieve success in their business convection.
