Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu upaya Pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian masyarakat berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Setiap tahun jumlah UMKM semakin meningkat, namun bertambahnya jumlah UMKM tidak diiringi dengan pemahaman dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM itu sendiri salah satunya UMKM Seruni yang berada di Desa Bogor Baru Kecamatan Kepahiang Kabupaten Kepahiang. Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai hukum dan manajemen menjadi kendala perkembangan UMKM dalam beradaptasi dengan zaman teknologi seperti saat ini. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang keuangan, pemasaran dan perizinan kepada pengurus dan anggota UMKM. Metode yang digunakan yaitu learning by doing dengan sistem ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta praktik pembukuan dan pemasaran digital, pembuatan kemasan dan inovasi produk dengan nilai tambah. Kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan tahap survey awal yaitu dengan melakukan kunjungan dan melihat secara langsung. Kegiatan selanjutnya yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan yang di bagi menjadi 3 tahap yaitu pengurusan perizinan Produk Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT) Pemasaran Digital dan Pembukuan. Kegiatan terakhir adalah monitoring, adapun hasil yang terlihat pasca kegiatan yaitu pemasaran yang tadinya hanya word to mouth marketing, saat ini sudah memberdayakan media sosial sebagai wadah promosi, pengemasan yang masih menggunakan plastik biasa sudah menggunakan plastik kemasan yang baik, begitu juga pembukuan yang sebelumnya belum tercacat dengan baik, saat ini sudah memiliki pembukuan sendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini membantu para anggota dan pengurus UMKM beradaptasi dengan perkembangan sistem pembukuan, pemasaran digital dan menyegerakan pengurusan perizinan PIRT.

This research aim to to know: influence of[is quality of product to satisfaction of [cutomer/ client] of merk car tire of Dunlop and tire of forceum [in] [Light/Ray] shop of Oli Paradise Fruit Sub-Province of Bengkulu South. Method which [is] used in this research use method of deskriftif qualitative. Sampel in this research [is] [cutomer/ client] of tire [in] [Light/Ray] shop of Oli Paradise fruit of Bengkulu South counted 150 people during October month;moon 2020. Pursuant to result of Test-Drive of kuesioner consist of validity test with SPSS 22 and test of reliabilitas by using method of Cronbach'S Alpha. Technique analyse [at] this research use descriptive analysis method and doubled linear regression analysis. Result of research indicate that: Result of doubled Analysis linear regression [at] merk tire of forceum [is] Y = 39,206+ (- 0,005 X1 )+ 0,42 X2 + 4,713, coefficient value of determinasi of R square equal to this 0,05 matter explain that by partial the quality of product have influence which [is] signifikan to satisfaction of [cutomer/ client] [in] Shop [Light/Ray] of Oli Paradise fruit of Bengkulu South. While result of linear regression test [at] merk tire of dunlop Y = 24,831+ ( 0,013 X1)+ 0,452 X2 + 3,786, with coefficient value of R2 equal to 0,50. This matter depict that quality of price and product to satisfaction of [cutomer/ client] very is having an effect on [of] signifikan [at] [Light/Ray] shop of Oli Paradise fruit of Bengkulu south. Inferential that quality of price and product [at] merk tire of dunlop very to be compared to having an effect

Family is one of the smallest elements in society. The family itself consists of wife, husband and child, where each member of this family has their respective rights and obligations and roles. A father has a role to give a living to an ex-gan and set an example for his child and wife. Whereas as a mother also has an important role in the family. A wife has the role of organizing and managing what is needed in the household, educating children, and helping husbands maintain the household. Based on observations of the family financial recording team used by RT mothers . 31 RW. 07 The Wide Outpouring of the Great Ratu Kota Bengkulu District is still done manually so that there is often an irregular difference in financial calculations and records. Based on the results of observations made by the Dehasen University School of Economics Community Service Team, the swelling felt the need for efforts to be made in order to increase the knowledge of digital financial literacy of RT housewives . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice Outpouring of the Great Ratu Bengkulu District. As for the efforts to be made, namely providing knowledge about counseling and training in how to practice in the operation of digital financial instruments. Devotional activities carried out by the team on RT mothers . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice The Great Ratu Bengkulu sub-district is carried out through 2 stages. The first stage: problem identification, lectures and training, introduction and practice of digital financial applications, mentoring the preparation of family financial statements. Whereas the second phase of the team evaluates the learning outcomes of RT housewives . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice Extent of the Great Ratu Bendangulu District with a post test result of 65% of participants able to answer questions raised by the team in the questionnaire. This shows the nautical as a great mother and mother able to understand the material provided during this PKM activity.

To find out the influence of work ability, work motivation, and performance on employee performance in the Employment and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin method That's 67 respondents.Determination test results of 0.678 or 67.8%. This shows that work ability and work motivation affect employee performance in the Employment and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province by 67.8%, while the rest (100 - 67.8% = 32.2%). Work ability and work motivation together had a significant influence of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Along with the development of the times, people want to use transportation to make their journey easier. Air tickets sold by PT Wahyu Septyan Tour and Travel Bengkulu city can make your trip both national and international easier. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of brand image, price, promotion, and service quality on the decision to purchase airline tickets at PT Wahyu Septyan Tour and Travel in Bengkulu city. The type of research used is quantitative. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The test results obtained are: 1) The partial test results show that the brand image (x1) has a significance value of 0.036 <0.05. Price (x2) has a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Promotion (x3) has a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. and service quality (x4) has a significance value of 0.037 <0.05. Thus, the results of the t-test (partial) indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of brand image, price, promotion, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions at PT Wahyu Septyan Tour and Travel in Bengkulu city. 2). Simultaneous test results with the provisions of significance <0.05. The significance probability number 0.000 < 0.05 means that brand image, price, promotion, and service quality simultaneously affect the decision to purchase airline tickets at PT Wahyu Septyan Tour and Travel in Bengkulu city.

In a governance organization require the quality of human being as labour yielding result of optimal job as according to its job goals. Target of this research To prove Compensation and Job Experience have an effect on to performance officer of ASN in Satpol PP and of Damkar Sub-Province of Bengkulu South.Sampel of part of population as for in this research is entire/all Officer of ASN in Satpol PP and of Damkar Bengkulu south. Researcher take sampel by accidental sampling chosen some one who is assumed can deputize the the population which amount to 42 people officer of ASN. Result of Analysis linear regression of bergaanda the is Equation : Y = 15,435 + 0,464 X1 + 0,176 X2+E, this matter depict direction of regresi which are positive, its meaning of compensation variable ( X1) and Job experience ( X2) there are positive influence to Performance officer ( Y) [in] Satpol PP and of damkar Sub-Province of Bengkulu South.Level of coefficient value of determinasi from result of enumeration by using SPSS can know by coefficient value of determinasi of R square equal to0,570. Matter this means that compensation value ( X1) and job experience value ( X2) have an effect on to officer performance ( Y) equal to 57,0% while the rest 43,0 % influenced by other variable which do not check in research. Result of test of t level of signifikansi 0,05 explaining that by partial job experience and compensation have influence which is signifikan to Performance officer in PP satpol and of Damkar Sub-Province of Bengkulu South. Result of test of f at level of signifikansi 0,05 explaining that compensation , and job experience have influence by simultan signifikan to Performance officer at Satpol PP and of Damkar Sub-Province of Bengkulu South..

Counter Ervin Cell Bengkulu Selatan is a shop that is engaged in selling Smartphones, selling cards and credits for all operators and serving Hardware, Software and Smartphone Accessories services "and is one of the businesses that prioritizes service to its customers.This type of research uses quantitative research. The method of analysis in this study uses Validity test, Reality test, Calsik Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and hypothesis testing using t test. The number of samples studied was 96 96 questionnaires to buyers of goods at the Ervin cell counter.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 7.639 + 0.265 X1 + 0.351 X2 + 0.232 X3, this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that the variables of customer quality (X1) and service quality (X2) and product quality (X3) have a positive influence. on customer loyalty (Y) at the Ervin cell Manna Bengkulu Selatan counter. The value of the coefficient of determination from the results of calculations using SPSS can be seen that the value of the coefficient of determination from R square is 0.617. This means that the value of customer quality (X1) and the value of service quality (X2) and product quality (X3) affect customer loyalty (Y) by 61.7% while the remaining 29.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study this.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer experience and customer satisfaction on the intention to use the services of the Grand Seven One Manna hotel. The sample in this study were 90 respondents. The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Research Instrument Test the Coefficient of Determination of the Hypothesis. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if the customer experience increases, the interest in using hotel services will also increase. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if customer satisfaction increases, the interest in using hotel services will also increase. Customer experience and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if customer experience and customer satisfaction increase, the interest in using hotel services will also increase.

This community service aims to provide assistance in analysing the calculation of cost of goods produced in the ant sugar processing business in Belitar Seberang Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang lebong Regency. The mentoring method includes socialisation, training and direct mentoring to ant sugar entrepreneurs. The objective of this mentoring programme is to assist the palm sugar entrepreneurs in determining the cost of production and identifying factors that affect the cost of production.The results of the mentoring programme show that the cost of goods produced by palm sugar entrepreneurs in Belitar Seberang Village can be influenced by several factors such as raw material costs, labour costs, production costs, and so on. To reduce the cost of production, ant sugar entrepreneurs can carry out several strategies such as optimising the use of raw materials, improving the production system, and negotiating with suppliers.The conclusion of this research is that the assistance programme for calculating the cost of goods produced in the ant sugar processing business in Belitar Seberang Village has provided benefits for ant sugar entrepreneurs in the area. By knowing the cost of goods produced and the factors that affect the cost of goods produced, ant sugar entrepreneurs can make more effective decisions in managing their business. In addition, the results of this study are also expected to contribute to the development of the ant sugar industry in Indonesia as a whole.

This revolution era of oil fuel ( BBM) represent requirement of whole world society. Oil fuel not again bizzare goods because without existence of oil fuel hence entire/all activity and production will be burdened by for example motor and car can be run with existence of oil. Target [done/conducted] by this research is to know influence of[is quality of facility and service to satisfaction of consumer exist in SPBU 21.385.08 Town Paradise fruit Sub-Province of Bengkulu south. In this research of used sampel counted 120 people by using method of purvosive sampling with the meaning taken at random which is coincidence come to SPBU buy oil fuel. Result of got research by using meotde analyse doubled linear regression [is] the quality of facility and service have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of consumer that is both variable of x its value of him 0,000. Base decision making if variable of signifikansi less than 0,005 hence expressed to have an effect on Value of VIF and of Tolerance both [of] variable of[is quality of facility and service both of the same value of VIF below/under 10 and tolerance above 1,0. Inferential that quality of is same facility and service - is same do not have symptom of multikolonearitas. From result of enumeration by using SPSS can know by coefficient value of determinasi of R is 0,843 so that R square equal to 0,711. Matter this means that Variable value of X have an effect on to variable ( Y) equal to 71,1 % while the rest 28,9 % influenced by other variable which do not check in this research
