Abstract

This paper discusses the role of teachers as facilitators in the learning process of Islamic religious education in state elementary schools. The main problem is what the reality is in the Islamic religious education learning process at Public Elementary School 91 Pammana. What are the factors that hinder the teacher's role as a facilitator in the Islamic Religious Education learning process, and what is the teacher's role as a facilitator in the Islamic Religious Education learning process? The author uses a qualitative descriptive research method in the form of written words from previously determined people. Meanwhile, for data collection, namely field research, the authors conducted interviews with school principals, Islamic religious education teachers, and students. The reality discovered by researchers in the field, namely the reality that occurred in the Islamic Religious Education learning process at Public Elementary School 91 Pammana in Wajo Regency in the pre-Covid-19 period when face-to-face learning was still implemented for lower grades, such as grades II and III, teachers Sometimes it still dominates learning, or it could be said that learning is still teacher-centered. For high classes, such as classes IV and V, the teacher has acted as a facilitator. During the COVID-19 pandemic, learning is done online or from home. Factors inhibiting the role of teachers as facilitators in the Islamic Religious Education learning process at Public Elementary School 91 Pammana in Wajo Regency: there are two inhibiting factors, including internal factors, in the form of the teacher's old habits in teaching. Meanwhile, external factors include the lack of supporting facilities owned by the school. The teacher's role as a facilitator in the learning process has been implemented, but it is not perfect.

Abstract

This article examines the impact of the implementation of moral aqidah learning outcomes on student discipline. The problem in this paper is: how is the subject of Aqidah Akhlak taught at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? How is the discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? And how are the results of moral learning implemented in the formation of discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? To answer these problems, researchers conducted qualitative research with educational, psychological, and sociological approaches. The data collection methods are in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out in inductive, deductive, and comparative forms. The results of the research show that the implementation of Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes in the formation of discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency, is not significant. Because student discipline in class is still lacking, for example, arriving late, still talking when the teacher explains, and there are still students who are late entering when the bell rings. Meanwhile, one of the objectives of learning Aqidah Akhlak is to form the character of students who are obedient and respectful to teachers.

Abstract

Ruang Intensive Psychiatrict care Unit (IPCU) merupakan ruangan yang dikhususkan untuk merawat pasien yang mengalami gangguan kejiwaan atau mental pada tahap akut. Kondisi ruangan tersebut dibutuhkan perawat yang mempunyai keterampilan khusus dalam merawat pasien tersebut, salah satunya adalah pelatihan psychiatrict emergency. Perawat yang belum siap secara fisik dan mental yang bekerja di ruang IPCU akan berdampak kepada ketegangan dalam bekerja dan berdampak pada stress kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pelatihan psyciatrict emergency dengan stress kerja pada perawat di ruang IPCU. Rancang bangun dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi dengan penendekatan cross sectional. Sampelnya adalah perawat yang bekerja diruang IPCU RS Radjiman Wediodiningrat yang berjumlah 37 responden, teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sample random sampling. Variable independennya pelatihan psyciatrict emergency dan variable dependennya stress kerja. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar responden yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan psyciatrict emergency mempunyai tingkat stress kerja dalam kategori ringan sebanyak 24 orang (64,9%) dan hasil uji statistic Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p value = 0,000. Hasil tersebut lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan yang digunakan α = 0,05 yang artinya ada hubungan antara pelatihan psychiatric emergency dengan stress kerja perawat. Pihak manajemen rumah sakit disarankan membuat program secara berkala tentang pelatihan psychiatric emergency bagi perawat di ruang IPCU agar kompetensi perawat lebih baik dalam memberikan pelayanan pada pasien dengan gangguan mental

Abstract

Communication plays a vital role in shaping the ethical and spiritual character of santriwati (female students at Islamic boarding schools). This study explores the internalization of Qur’anic communication principles—qawlan layyīna (gentle speech), qawlan karīmā (noble speech), and qawlan ma’rūfā (appropriate speech)—within the lived experiences of santriwati at Dayah Terpadu Al-Muslimun in Aceh, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach grounded in phenomenology, data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed thematically using Miles and Huberman’s model. Findings indicate that santriwati’s understanding of qawlan is shaped more by social experience and role modeling than by textual memorization. These principles are practiced adaptively in both hierarchical and peer interactions and contribute to the formation of moral resilience, communicative empathy, and Islamic identity. The study affirms that qawlan functions as a form of living moral grammar—an embodied ethical structure that regulates speech, intention, and social behavior in and beyond the dayah. This research extends the framework of the Living Qur’an from normative interpretation to performative praxis and offers a theoretical and practical foundation for developing Qur’anic-based communication ethics curricula responsive to the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penderita epilepsi sering mengalami hambatan dalam perawatan diri akibat kejang, efek samping obat, dan gangguan jiwa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan latihan perawatan diri untuk meningkatkan kemandirian. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas latihan tersebut terhadap kemandirian pasien epilepsi di RS Radjiman Wediodiningrat.Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan pre experimental dengan rancangan one group pre post testt design. Sampel sejumlah 38 dengan teknik simple random sampling technique. Instrument menggunakan lembar observasi kemandirian pada aspek kebersihan diri, toileting, berhias dan makan. Latihan perawatan diri dilakukan sebanyak 4 sesi latihan.Hasil: Sebelum intervensi, kemandirian pasien epilepsi terbagi rata antara kurang dan cukup mandiri (masing-masing 50%). Setelah intervensi, 78,9% menjadi cukup mandiri. Uji statistik menunjukkan intervensi berpengaruh signifikan (p-value 0,000), dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor kemandirian sebesar 13,05 poin.Kesimpulan: Latihan perawatan diri merupakan intervensi keperawatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pasien dalam kebersihan diri, toileting, berhias, dan makan. Intervensi ini diharapkan menjadi standar pelayanan dan kegiatan rutin terjadwal bagi seluruh tenaga kesehatan dalam merawat pasien epilepsi.

Abstract

Introduction: Depression is a common mental health problem in patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. However, handling the problem of depression in the hospital has not become a treatment concern, resulting in increasing non-adherence to dialysis patient therapy. This study aims to determine the effect of depression management on the depression score of patients undergoing hemodialysis. Method: This study used pre-experimental designs with One Group Pretest-Posttest. The study was conducted at the Malang Regional Hospital. The study population was chronic kidney failure patients undergoing routine hemodialysis in the hospital, with the sample criteria for depression based on the Beck Depression Inventory-II instrument, using the simple random sampling technique obtained from a total of 40 respondents. Data were analyzed quantitatively by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: There was an effect of depression management on the depression score of patients undergoing hemodialysis, and almost all respondents (92.5%) experienced a decrease in depression score. Providing depression management interventions carried out in 2 meetings was able to reduce depression scores.  Conclusions: Depression management has been shown to be effective in reducing depression in patients with all categories of depression, both mild, moderate, and severe depression to not depressed. Provision of interventions in the management of depression is necessary for patients who experience depression as a result of undergoing hemodialysis therapy to avoid non-adherence to therapy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of experimental science methods among students at TK Perjuangan Jalanjang, Bulukumba Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach with an experimental method (pre-experimental), specifically a one-group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study consists of 18 individuals from TK Perjuangan Jalanjang, Bulukumba Regency, which includes 11 females and 7 males. The instrument used in this study is an observation guide for science skills. The data analysis technique employs inferential statistics, which includes normality tests and non-parametric statistical tests. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that the application of the science experiment method has an impact on improving the science skills of children at TK Perjuangan Jalanjang, Bulukumba Regency. The average score for the pre-test is 7.7 and the average score for the post-test is 22.7. It can be seen from the results of the Wilcoxon sing rank test that there is a significant difference with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The implications of the research indicate that the application of the science experiment method affects the science skills of children

Abstract

Indonesia still faces nutritional problems in toddlers, especially malnutrition (wasting) and stunting, which can lead to the loss of a quality generation. The government has implemented a PMT (Supplementary Feeding) program made from local foods to improve nutritional problems in toddlers. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the consumption of PMT made from local foods and the nutritional status of toddlers with wasting and stunting. This study used a quantitative method with an analytical observational research type that used an ex post facto research design. Sampling used a proportional random sampling technique with a total of 43 respondents. Data collection techniques used an interview guide sheet, an observation sheet for changes in nutritional status in the form of weight data before and after the PMT program was implemented. The results of the study after conducting interviews with toddler mothers showed that the majority of respondents (58.1%) had consumed PMT made from local foods in accordance with the program's recommendations, and as many as 58.2% of respondents experienced an increase in nutritional status after being given PMT made from local foods according to the program. The results of statistical tests showed a significant relationship between the consumption of PMT made from local foods and the nutritional status of toddlers. Consumption of PMT made from local foods can improve the nutritional status of toddlers with malnutrition and stunting.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia dengan awitan epilepsi tertinggi secara global. Terdapat 30–35% kasus epilepsi pada anak dan remaja di Indonesia pertama kali terdeteksi saat berada di sekolah, baik saat kegiatan belajar, olahraga, maupun saat istirahat, namun banyak kasus yang tidak terdiagnosis dan tidak mendapatkan perawatan yang memadai. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang epilepsi pada remaja di sekolah menyebabkan remaja melakukan pertolongan pertama dengan salah saat melihat temannya mengalami kejang sehingga membahayakan keselamatan penderita epilepsy. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman remaja di sekolah mengenai epilepsi melalui edukasi kesehatan sebagai bagian dari upaya promotif dalam kesehatan jiwa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah jenjang Madrasah Aliyah di wilayah Kabupaten Mojokerto, dengan melibatkan 85 siswa. Metode edukasi dilakukan melalui ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi penanganan epilepsi di sekolah. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test guna mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat pengetahuan siswa tentang epilepsi, terutama terkait mitos yang keliru, penanganan pertama saat kejang, serta pentingnya sikap empatik terhadap penderita epilepsi. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi kesehatan berbasis sekolah efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan jiwa di kalangan remaja. Diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif dan suportif bagi semua individu, khususnya yang memiliki kondisi neurologis seperti epilepsi.

Abstract

Curah hujan merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem iklim tropis yang berperan dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem serta mendukung sektor pertanian, perikanan, transportasi, dan mitigasi bencana hidrometeorologi. Kota Bengkulu sebagai wilayah pesisir di barat Pulau Sumatera memiliki karakteristik curah hujan yang fluktuatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola transisi curah hujan harian di Kota Bengkulu tahun 2023 menggunakan model rantai Markov. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan data curah hujan harian dari Stasiun Meteorologi Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu selama periode 1 Januari hingga 31 Desember 2023. Tahapan analisis meliputi analisis deskriptif, kategorisasi data berdasarkan intensitas hujan, penyusunan tabel frekuensi dan peluang transisi, pembentukan matriks transisi, perhitungan peluang transisi n-step, serta penentuan kondisi steady state. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hujan ringan merupakan kondisi yang paling dominan dengan peluang stabil sebesar 89,33%, disusul oleh hujan sedang (8,33%) dan hujan lebat (2,34%). Peluang transisi terbesar terjadi pada hujan ringan yang tetap hujan ringan sebesar 90,2%, sedangkan transisi ke hujan sedang dan lebat masing-masing sebesar 7,5% dan 2,3%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Kota Bengkulu cenderung mengalami hujan ringan secara konsisten, sementara intensitas hujan yang lebih tinggi terjadi secara sporadis. Hasil ini bermanfaat dalam mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya air, mitigasi risiko bencana, serta perencanaan adaptasi perubahan iklim di wilayah pesisir.
