Abstract

The Risk Plan Study for PT Think Clean Laundry aims to ensure the company's vision is executed as planned and minimizes potential risks. The plan includes short-, medium--, and long-term goals, objectives, and risk management principles based on ISO 31000:2018. The Risk Management Framework is explained through leadership, commitment, integration, design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The risk management process includes risk identification, assessment, analysis, evaluation, handling, communication, consultation, monitoring, review, recording, and reporting. The main objective of this plan is to identify, evaluate, and manage risks that may arise in the company's operations, including business, financial, and quality risks. By implementing structured and comprehensive risk management, PT Think Clean Laundry is committed to improving operational effectiveness and efficiency and complying with applicable regulations.

Abstract

With the fast-paced urban lifestyle, there is a growing demand for convenient and technology-driven laundry care services. LALABO (Laundry Laboratory) is a laundry service that offers an integrated system supported by a digital platform and unique features such as express service and specialized baby laundry. The purpose of this research is to investigate the financial viability and performance of the LALABO business plan. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using a business feasibility study. Data were obtained through five-year financial projections, analyzed using cash flow statements, balance sheets, income statements, investment feasibility analyses, and financial ratio assessments as secondary data. Findings from the study indicate that LALABO incurred a loss in its first year of operation but achieved profitability with notable improvement in subsequent years. The Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 10.38 billion and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 37.42%, which exceeds the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of 12.07%, demonstrate that the business is financially feasible. Furthermore, the results of the financial ratio analysis show increasing levels of profitability, solvency, and liquidity. Consequently, LALABO has strong potential to become a viable technology-based laundry service business model. The study suggests that integrating hypoallergenic service differentiation with digital operational systems enhances both market competitiveness and long-term financial sustainability, providing an innovative model for the laundry service industry.

Abstract

Remedies Postpartum Care Center aims to provide holistic healthcare services for postpartum mothers, especially during the critical period of 0-14 days after delivery. During this period, mothers usually experience various physical, mental, and emotional challenges that require special attention. Remedies offers comprehensive services, including psychological consultation, nutritional care, lactation support, and recovery facilities with modern technology. With a structured operational planning strategy, Remedies strives to be a high-quality postpartum healthcare provider and provide a memorable experience for consumers when receiving services at Remedies. To ensure the effectiveness of care, the operational planning implemented includes human resource management, facility optimization, and the use of digital-based technology to improve service quality. In terms of marketing, Remedies utilizes digital strategies to raise public awareness of the importance of postpartum care, while expanding the reach of services to more mothers who need intensive support. Research on the effectiveness of postpartum care shows that holistic services such as those offered by Remedies can significantly improve the physical and mental recovery of mothers. With a data-driven approach and digital marketing strategy, Remedies plans to increase market share and become a leader in the industry. Thus, mature operational planning will contribute to creating more optimal and sustainable health services for postpartum mothers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis yang tepat dalam perencanaan usaha Dokter Molis, sebuah bisnis yang bergerak di bidang konversi dan perawatan motor listrik. Dalam menghadapi dinamika industri kendaraan listrik yang masih berkembang di Indonesia, analisis strategi dilakukan dengan pendekatan lingkungan eksternal dan internal, serta pemetaan posisi kompetitif usaha. Metode analisis yang digunakan mencakup PEST Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, EFE (External Factor Evaluation) Matrix, IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) Matrix, serta SWOT Analysis untuk merumuskan strategi yang relevan dan aplikatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Dokter Molis memiliki peluang besar di tengah dukungan regulasi pemerintah dan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kendaraan ramah lingkungan, namun dihadapkan pada tantangan berupa harga baterai yang mahal, ketergantungan impor, serta edukasi pasar yang masih terbatas. Melalui strategi yang berfokus pada inovasi layanan, kemitraan strategis, dan edukasi pasar, bisnis ini memiliki potensi untuk tumbuh secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan rencana bisnis yang adaptif dan berdaya saing tinggi

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive organizational environment, firms must leverage knowledge resources and employees’ emotional capabilities to stimulate innovative actions that enhance productivity. This study examines the effects of knowledge management and emotional intelligence on workforce productivity through innovative work behavior in the clothing industry in West Java. A quantitative survey approach was applied by distributing questionnaires to employees over a three-month period from November 2023 to January 2024. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The findings demonstrate that knowledge management and emotional intelligence significantly promote innovative work behavior. Furthermore, innovative work behavior has a significant positive effect on workforce productivity and acts as a mediating mechanism linking the antecedent variables to productivity outcomes. These results indicate that productivity improvement is more effectively achieved when organizations convert knowledge assets and emotional competencies into innovative work practices. The study emphasizes the strategic role of innovative work behavior in translating organizational resources into measurable productivity gains within the clothing industry context.

Abstract

This research carries a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to explore the concept of E-Service Quality in various digital service sectors. By following the PRISMA protocol, as many as 53 scientific articles from the Scopus database have been systematically analyzed. The results of the study show that E-Service Quality consists of six main dimensions, namely efficiency, reliability, security, responsiveness, personalization, and service fulfillment, which synergistically shape user perception of digital service quality. However, most studies still address this dimension separately, so the understanding gained tends to be partial and not yet thorough. In addition, the utilization of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and real-time-based systems is still not optimally integrated within the framework of service quality. This study contributes by mapping various theoretical approaches used, ranging from grand theory, middle-range theory, to applied theory, and identifying the next research direction for the development of user-oriented digital service quality models.

The implementation of RFID in the Linen Rental system can enhance inventory management efficiency and minimize errors in record-keeping. PT. Think Clean Laundry is a service provider of RFID Laundry and Linen Rental, offering laundry and linen rental services for hospitals, hotels, manufacturing, and transportation, supported by adequate technology and resources. The company is located at Jl. Kawasan Industri Bekasi Fajar Blok D18 Mekar Wangi MM2100 Industrial Town, Mekar Wangi, Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi, West Java. Human capital refers to the knowledge and research discussing the role and contribution of human resources in the context of business and management. Human capital encompasses the knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities possessed by individuals within an organization. Planning Human Capital to ensure the success of the Linen Rental Laundry business using RFID technology at PT. Think Clean Laundry plays a crucial role in attracting and selecting the right employees, ensuring that the team has the skills and attitudes that align with the company’s needs.

Abstract

Mobile Fuel Station merupakan inovasi terbaru di Indonesia yang memungkinkan pengisian bahan bakar langsung ke kendaraan di lokasi yang fleksibel, terutama di area yang belum memiliki stasiun bahan bakar tetap. Fokus strategi pemasaran Mobile Fuel Station adalah pada segmentasi, targeting, positioning, dan bauran pemasaran untuk kemudian mengeksplorasi cara memperkenalkan konsep ini kepada konsumen, mengidentifikasi segmen pasar yang relevan, menentukan posisi Mobile Fuel Station dalam benak konsumen, dan merancang bauran pemasaran yang efektif. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa Mobile Fuel Station memiliki potensi besar untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada stasiun bahan bakar tetap dan memberikan layanan yang lebih nyaman bagi pengguna kendaraan roda 2.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital businesses in Indonesia presents significant opportunities along with increasingly complex risks, particularly in technological, operational, and reputational aspects. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ISO 31000-based risk management in enhancing the sustainability of digital businesses. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing various relevant scientific journals. The findings indicate that technological and operational risks are the most dominant, categorized as high to extreme risks. The implementation of ISO 31000 risk management, which includes risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation, has proven effective in improving operational stability, reducing potential losses, and increasing customer trust. Furthermore, this study highlights that risk mitigation strategies must be adapted to industry characteristics to achieve optimal effectiveness. Therefore, risk management becomes a key factor in ensuring the sustainability of digital businesses in the era of technological transformation.

Abstract

In order to preserve sustainability and accomplish organizational strategic goals, risk management is crucial, particularly for businesses involved in logistics and warehousing. This study uses the ISO 31000:2018 framework to examine how risk management is applied in Secure Stash. Implementing risk management helps the organization achieve its short-, medium-, and long-term objectives, including boosting partner and customer trust, operational effectiveness, and business sustainability, while also safeguarding it from internal and external threats. The ISO 31000:2018 risk management framework, which comprises risk management principles, structures, and processes, was applied in this study using a qualitative descriptive methodology. The study's findings demonstrate that applying integrated, organized, and sustainable risk management concepts can boost risk management efficacy and aid in the strategic decision-making of the business. Improved organizational performance and operational stability are other benefits of incorporating risk management into all corporate operations. The study's conclusion demonstrates how applying risk management based on ISO 31000:2018 on Secure Stash offers a methodical and flexible framework for handling the changing dynamics of the business environment. In order to keep their risk management system up to date with changes in strategy, technology, and external circumstances, businesses are recommended to keep evaluating and improving it.
