Abstract

This study examines the financial planning and investment feasibility of Secure Stash, a technology-based startup operating in the warehousing service industry. Amid the rapid digital transformation and the expansion of e-commerce, modern warehousing supported by digital and Internet of Things (IoT) systems has become a critical component of efficient logistics and supply chain management. This research contributes by integrating a technology-driven business context with a comprehensive financial feasibility assessment, providing empirical insight into how digital warehousing startups can achieve sustainable financial performance. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using internal financial planning data of Secure Stash, including projected revenues, operating costs, capital structure, and investment requirements. Investment feasibility is evaluated using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC). These methods allow for a systematic assessment of both profitability and capital efficiency under startup conditions. The results indicate that the Secure Stash project is financially viable, with a positive NPV, an IRR exceeding the WACC, and a payback period within a reasonable timeframe for logistics startups. This study highlights the importance of integrating digital technology considerations with sound financial planning to support informed investment decisions and long-term business sustainability in the warehousing service sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Secure Stash, a startup in the warehousing services sector. In facing an increasingly competitive and dynamic market, the company adopts a combined approach of market penetration and focused differentiation strategies. Market penetration is carried out through the utilization of digital marketing tools such as social media, websites, and partnerships with MSMEs to expand consumer reach. Meanwhile, differentiation is achieved by providing technology-based warehousing services, including the use of IoT, data security, and premium customer service. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data were obtained from the company’s internal documents and supported by recent scholarly literature. The analytical tools used include SWOT, IE Matrix, and QSPM to determine the most relevant and effective core strategies. The findings indicate that market penetration is more suitable during the company’s early growth phase, while differentiation focus serves as the main source of long-term competitive advantage. These results reinforce the view that well-structured, technology-driven digital marketing strategies can enhance customer acquisition, strengthen brand positioning, and build customer loyalty in the logistics and warehousing services sector. Secure Stash demonstrates that startups can compete in traditional industries through service innovation and the appropriate use of digital strategies.

Abstract

The rapid development of social commerce has transformed online shopping from merely a functional transaction into an immersive social experience. This study aims to examine the influence of ease of use on purchase intention through a dual-path mechanism involving hedonic value and utilitarian value. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 150 social commerce users in Indonesia, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that four hypotheses were accepted while one hypothesis was rejected. Ease of use was found to have a positive and significant effect on hedonic value and purchase intention, but no significant effect on utilitarian value. Meanwhile, both hedonic value and utilitarian value positively and significantly influenced purchase intention. Furthermore, the indirect effect test confirmed the strong mediating role of hedonic value in the relationship between ease of use and purchase intention. These findings highlight that technological convenience serves as a key driver that should be transformed into emotional satisfaction and functional benefits to convert user visits into transactions. Therefore, platform developers are encouraged to synchronise navigation simplicity with interactive features to create a shopping ecosystem that is both enjoyable and efficient.

Abstract

The growth of e-commerce platforms in the automotive sector is accompanied by the rampant circulation of counterfeit parts, so consumer trust is a crucial factor for business success. This study aims to comprehensively describe and analyze the marketing strategy of PartGenie, an original car spare parts e-commerce platform that serves the business to consumer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) segments, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) strategies, marketing mix implementation, as well as sales strategies and revenue projections. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, sourced from primary data in the form of PartGenie business plan documents and secondary data from literature studies, analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results show that PartGenie formulates segmentation based on demographic, geographical, and behavioral dimensions, with positioning that highlights the guarantee of product authenticity and platform convenience through the tagline "Trust in Every Drive". The marketing mix is applied differently, namely the 7P framework for the B2C segment and the NICE approach for the B2B segment, with the sales budget allocation dominated by the B2B segment up to eighty-nine percent of the total ten-year projection. Revenue projections show an exponential growth trend, especially since the region's expansion in the fifth year. It can be concluded that the integration of STP strategy, adaptive marketing mix, and measured sales planning is the main foundation of the business growth of trust-based automotive e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial plan within the business plan for establishing PT Fita Auto Nusantara, a company operating the PartGenie e-commerce platform for the online sale of genuine car spare parts in Indonesia. The analysis focuses on five stages of financial planning: setting financial goals and targets, planning financial elements (revenue, costs, investment, capital requirements, and financing), preparing ten year financial statement projections (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow), investment feasibility analysis using Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP), and financial performance analysis through liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method based on document study of the financial projection data compiled in the PartGenie business plan document. The results show that the initial capital requirement of Rp16,000,000,000, sourced 50% from shareholders' equity and 50% from a shareholder loan, is deemed feasible, with a positive NPV of Rp24,483,775,713, an IRR of 24% exceeding the discount rate (WACC) of 11.50%, and a Payback Period of 6.41 years. The company is projected to incur losses in the first three years of operation before achieving positive net income in the third year, with significant profit growth and improved profitability ratios from the fifth year onward. However, the solvency ratio analysis indicates a period of unstable capital structure in the early years that warrants management attention. This study provides empirical insight into the financial feasibility of the digital automotive spare part platform business model in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a critical strategic agenda across industrial security services to resolve recurring operational inefficiencies and visibility limitations. However, technology-based security solutions face persistent customer acceptance barriers within business-to-business emerging markets. This quantitative study aims to formulate an integrated marketing strategy framework for digital security services and identify priority initiatives supporting technology adoption. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires administered to 19 enterprise security decision-makers across industrial sectors in the Greater Jakarta region. Quantitative assessments utilized multi-criteria strategic evaluation models, including internal-external factor matrices and strategic priority matrices. The empirical findings reveal that data-based performance measurement difficulties and reporting delays represent the most critical customer pain points. Furthermore, quantitative priority testing established drone patrol system development as the paramount strategic initiative. The investigation concludes that implementing the networking, interaction, common interest, and experience framework with advanced artificial intelligence and internet-of-things ecosystems optimizes market penetration, strengthens corporate partnerships, and establishes sustainable competitive advantages in emerging markets.
